- From 2016 to 2018, a total of 87 friends participated in this challenging video!
Thank you all and thank you to my friends who have been so patiently waiting for the short film to be done!
This is the first time we have tried to compose our own soundtrack with the help of ACG (Anime Comic Game) symphony Group.
We have always tried to make a variety of ACG fanfilm with our own style.
The most difficult was Dragon ball, it was very hard to make.
My friends sacrifice their free time to help me to get this movie done.
But when you love what you do, you just keep doing it until you get it right.
Thank you for the creation of the "Dragon Ball" characters and stories by Akira Toriyama.
And thank you Shonen jump and happy 50th anniversary!

This Fan Film is definitely what a real Dragonball Z Movie should look like if they made one, where the characters actually look real in makeup and CGI mixed. That would be great!

I'd definitely pay to watch the series/feature length episode if you fully created it what you guys did in that short time was way better than evolution 10 fold and stayed true to the story. Over the years fans are making much better content without a big budget so if hellywood actually got people like yourself that actually care about the fan base and actually know something about dragon ball or the anime in question like yourselves do then we'd have the manga/anime to live action crossovers we've all been looking for but I don't think that has happened once yet in the US sadly they care more about making money changing the story to suit them and whitewashing everything
Honestly if they did the first live action dragon ball movie like this I feel that we’d get more live movies because this is awesome

This looks absolutely stunning. This one, Light of Hope, and Fall of Men surpass my expectations. It's great how these fan films capture the heart of Dragon Ball and surpass Evolution (which had a budget of $30 million).

This is really breathtaking. Ive watched many dbz live action movies, short movies but damn I'm glad I found this in my recommendation. Great job, I hope you make some of it related to Bleach anime. The Live action really rocked so such great directors like you can totally outsmart it.
It baffles me that a few passionate fans can make some so compelling and true to the source, with very little budget. But a full movie production with so called "professionals" could put together just a few minutes of watchable material. Please give these people a blockbuster budget so we can have the DB movie we need.

Let me start by saying the special effects for a fan film are impressive. But the reason why something like this resonates so strongly as being better than any hollywood adaption could really comes down to this.
Its true to the source material. Nothing more....nothing less. Hollywood attempts to appeal to fans and non fans. This appeals to the fans. Simple
Give “em budget and a gym and this could be the greatest movie franchise in the world.
Again in 2024 the best movie part ever done for Dragon Ball.

Amazing fan film, I m very impressive and I have had a great feel good when Chala head chala start in last seconds , thank you for emotion. In each case we recognise each character with just few seconds. A very good job in final, seriously ask bank or studios for make the full movie 🤩.

The look is PERFECT. BBBUUTTTTT every live action does this wrong. When they threw ki blasts pleaseee add some recoil or knockback to their arms. It feels so much more fake if they simply lift up their hands and energy flys out. having straight posture as if nothing is pushing them backwards wrecks the immersion. the blast will have soooo much more impact on viewers im tellin ya. give them posture like they're trying to hold themselves up with this planet breaking beam comin out of them.
Well to be honest, there isn't recoil for them because of how strong they are. If they couldnt handle the blast they created then that would mean they put out more energy than the body could handle. It isnt a foriegn object like a gun. Its energy they create. So there would be no recoil. Throwing a ki blast to them is like throwing a dart for you. Follow through but you dont jolt your hand back when it's released.
i wanted to say, look at Piccolo they got him really good, but then i saw Frieza. Holy crap, u got him perfectly!
