- 60 years of doctor who WAS here. So here is a brief history lesson for how the series was revived in 2005 and giving in depth stuff about those amazing stories.

Eccleston leaving brought tears to my eyes
One of the saddest things was that 10 died alone. 9 had Rose and Jack and whoever else there with him, but 10 was alone.
I also believe he's actually the shortest living doctor in-universe canon? Like no wonder he came back as the 14th of that's true!!

@@annaneuburger9947 Yeah, Matt ages, like, 900 years in TotD, almost doubling his alleged age, although I feel like it only makes sense if the Doctor forgot about his age around the Time War. Funnily enough, in that Episode, Handles becomes the longest serving companion with about 300 in universe years under his belt (neck?).

Everyone is talking about how they waited so long for this video but only the OG’s remember that this video was posted months ago, but was removed because he didn’t like the audio and had audio issues when there wasn’t any for me at least
It's not even OGs who remember that, it's just people who happened to get lucky enough to see it when it was out. Like, I'm not an OG in the slightest but I remember when that happened and watched the whole thing

So happy that this video found me. Thanks algorithm. Doctor Who was so important to me. I was 11 in 2005 so it was pretty much there for my most formative years. I had a very bad home life and Doctor Who was my escape.
The seasons with the 9th and 10th doctors are so fond in my mind. I watched every episode dozens of times over. I definitely thought I was destined to marry David Tennant which unfortunately did not happen. I was so attached to the 10th doctor it took me years to watch the 11th, who I ended up not liking, but loved the 12th. Haven't watched it since then.
Also, John Barrowman (Captain Jack Harkness) graduated from my high school which is the one cool thing about my hometown.
The among us sound effect when Mr Saxon is first mentioned is absolutely perfect

I am really impressed with the quality of this video! Nearly twice as long as the classic Who video but covering a MUCH shorter timeframe, but also allowing you to explore The Doctor story by story! I can tell that a LOT of work went into this video, ESPECIALLY with the editing, so it's no worries that it took a long time to get out

The fact that the Fourth Doctor falls of a satellite tower and dies, but the Tenth Doctor jumps from a spaceship, crashes through a glass ceiling, points a gun at Rassilon, and then dies of radiation poisoning.
My theory is that if a Time Lord regenerates after sustaining an injury, they gain a significant immunity to that injury

While it can be seen as a joke, it’s actually a reference to the origins of the 9th Doctor’s leather jacket. As it turns out, it is an authentic U-Boat captains jacket, made in 1938, and was actually worn by a U-Boat captain.
