Should you use all of these at the same time???? Or one at a time???

It's best to start with one at a time, depending on what your dog needs. Milk thistle or Dandelion Root are nice and gentle and may be a good place to start.

Can milk thistle be used long term? Esp if a dog is on long term meds that are processed through the liver? Thx
Also nettle long term? For allergies and arthritis?

It's a good idea to rest your dog with some herbs. A good rule of thumb is 3 weeks on and one week off or 60 days on and 30 days off. Milk thistle should probably not be taken long term - think about using milk thistle for 30 - 60 days after your dog has been exposed to something that might harm his liver and then stop.
