What I used for cravings and still do is because I have never surrendered to a craving from day one of being a Ketovore under 25 carbsper day ,18 months ! In a shot glass or even a little butter dish , I will put in about an inch of Extra Virgin Olive Oil , 1/4 tspn Cayenne pepper ( real peppers ) 1/4 tspn black pepper with a squeeze of a half of a small lemon then mix well and get it down anyway your able to and Cayenne pepper isn't hot the little kick goes away in 20 seconds ... Cravings Gone in about Five minutes , never tried to figure out what removes the cravings... if you need help with the little short lived heat you can do a Two second squeeze of real unprocessed honey... mix and down the hatch ... Read the science studies on Cayenne pepper and EVOO ... There very beneficial for the human body and repairs and fixes lots to the human body , Way to many thingsto write ! ! ! , it's great . Hi from Missouri. My town got 10-12 inches depending on who you ask. Hubby said closer to 12. He's so glad he has a snow blower. It get used once or twice a year. It is beautiful looking from the inside out. Too cold though.

The Bible Recap by Tara Leigh Cobble is another! She helped me get through the entire Bible! You read on your own and then listen to her 5-10 minute recap/explanation of what you just read. It was so helpful! ❤

I use Melaleuca Laundry Soap!! It's where I get most of my clean cleaning supplies and laundry soap. No Parabens and bad stuff!!! Their scents are even natural!!!

I feel mostly like my teen self since I still have mostly the same shape since then. I only fit junior sized underwear and pants. I don't have enough butt and hip for ladies sizes although I am 45. Only my bust is much larger since then. I'm a 34GG or 32HH. At my largest, I was a 34KK or 32LL. I had a breast reduction in 2015. I read romance, comedy, mystery, thriller, horror, adventure, science fiction, and fantasy. Terry Brooks writes my favorite kind of story. Heard they made a show of his Shannara series. J. A. Andrews, Jeffrey Kohanek, and Mike Mollman write similar stories. I have favorites in every genre I read. I also keep a journal of my favorite dreams. I used to hand write them in composition books. I was sick of the pages ripping out, getting stained, and water damaged. I type them in the Gabriola font (looks similar to my handwriting in some ways and different in other ways), print them out, and place them in page protectors in a binder. It's on hold as my all-in-one freakishly fell. Thought it only broke the charging cord. When I got the replacement cord, I discovered something is broken behind the screen as there are lines and colors blocking most of the screen but I can see my background picture past around the edges. Plus the duplex printing of my printer hasn't been working lately. I haven't had an income since July 17, 2023. No one has hired me for the skills I have since then. I plan to take a Step Up Construction course in the Spring. It teaches women in WV for free carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Likely need two more pairs of pants and some steel toed boots. I could wear my dresses and skirts at my last job. Most of the food I grew up eating contains garlic, onion, and ginger. I love all vegetables and fruits except beets and bitter melon. I eat more Weston Price/Nourishing Traditions. I feel best if I limit carbs, eat meat, and eat lots of vegetables. I tolerate rice, rice noodles, and rice flour since I am technically half Filipino. My mother is Filipino. I look solely like my Caucasian father's side of the family. I have my father's calmness, his mannerisms, and his hobbies (books and video games). Mom is dramatic. She panics easily. My brother and sister are dramatic as well but they are quick at getting angry. I get fullness from meat but get energy from vegetables. I rarely get sick since I prioritize sleep, stay hydrated, and boost my immune system with fermented foods and drinks. I love dogs especially Dachshunds but our (Lee's and my) son Daniel is terrified of dogs so can only have virtual ones. I don't like wearing makeup but Kosas is made for the skin care minded. Like the eye concealer contains eye cream. I love Totally Free cleaning products. It is scented with essential oils. Most synthetic fragrances make me feel sick. Most synthetic fabrics make me itch and rash.
Hey everyone, ANY ADVICE?? 50 y.o. woman here desperate to heal my body and lose some weight. Started a strict carnivore 12/15/25. Started before christmas because I was very serious and didn't want any sweets. I am highly motivated and for elimination purposes have been eating only beef, bone broth , butter and salt. I realize there could be times with no weight loss as the body is healing. Every comment I see,though people have massive weight loss, and i'm getting VERY discouraged. I lost eight pounds the first two weeks, which I know is just water. No weight loss since the first two weeks. I'm nearing one month with absolutely no weight loss. Zero carbs. I haven't seen anyone else say they went this long with no weight loss eating zero carbs. DOES ANYONE HAVE SOME INSIGHT??
