I love tomato soup. That soup looks awesome. That needs a good grilled cheese sandwich to go with it.
That looks and 'smells' amazing!
Like si eres mexicano y pensaste que era sopa se tortilla.
Chef Tom, you've accomplished what I thought was not possible......made what can be considered an entire meal without any meat (it almost hurts to say those words). Well done.
Jordan Schuler Any meat? Then what’s that Prosciutto?! :D
A garnish doesn't get to count as part of the meal :)
Will you be my Dad?
Chef Tom already has two kids... sorry. ;)
:(
Chef Tom, a Gumbo recipe would be greatly appreciated.
We'll add that to our list for sure!
Gumbo or Jambalaya for sure. 👍🏼
Good work as always chef Tom... One suggestion/question why not add some roasted garlic to this soup?
Love this channel so much. When are you guys gonna allow shipping to Australia? You're killing me here!
I’ve never really been a tomato soup fan-never got on the grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup train-I ate potato soup when my folks ate tomato soup. lol
OMG You're incredible! Broth of Life2?! Lol thanks for sharing
straight from grill to ziplock is ill advised. you risk burning plastic into your fucking food haha. just put it in a bowl and put saran wrap over it.
I gotta tell you the coals AREN'T white hot. The ashes on the coal are a light grey but the COALS don't get past orange hot
My man just bbq’ed a soup. Fuck yea.
fried prosciutto , nice touch
Take a shot every time he says char
Chef Tom, it is a fantastic recipe. Just try it at my grill and DO. My wife and me like it. Thanks for the cooking Show. Great Job. I will cook it again. Thumb up!!
Chef Tom job well done on the best ceramic cooker on the market... I will have to try this recipe..... northface jacket is sick AF
My new go-to comfort soup! I hope our technology gets to the point that you can digitally send the smells over the net.. But I digress, the old ways are the best ways. A pot of soup shared with friends on a cold, dreary day.... Absolute Magic.. Thanks Chef T... Mikal
Take what you made and add chili seasoning and your pick of meats, your have a really amazing chili. Sans beans if your a Texan.
How about you show your version of a picanha anyway you like I've seen it done sous-vide but never a traditionally smoked or different method love to see what you got or what you think
Still an excellent soup
I have been looking for a tomato soup recipe for the grill and this hits right in the spot....looks amazing ! thx for this my man !

This looks amazing! I can’t wait to try it myself
Looks delish Chef Tom! If only I had a charcoal grill :(
A chicken and rice recipe would be awesome.

Do a pork shoulder!!! Please
Wow nice!! Is the collor red or dark green? I cant see it. Keep them comming 👍
Kind of both... almost a dark red-brown, but you pick up some green as well.
Awesome looking soup....
That looks sooo good!
Real cool soup...
This is the first video I've seen where I was left scratching my head, wondering what the added value of putting the veggies directly in the coals. Would think it would be a bigger pain to rinse them off and can get the same char on the grill grates.
Sean Kehoe
I think just like cooking a steak directly on the coals, Chef is just demonstrating another technique.
Me personally, I use the grate also.
Thank you!
I need to make this now....looks awesome!
Thank you!
Charred carrots are always goodness 😘
100% correct!
Beard is on point bro. What products do you use on it?

Thanks!
Who does your beard? Where do you go?
rinse them afterwards 2:05 cheff I didn't see it.
You should never taste for salt on a piping hot soup. Take some out & put to the side to cool slightly first otherwise you can easily over-salt. Just sayin....
LOL it amuses me when UA-cam commenters critique the techniques employed by a classically trained, professional chef. Just sayin…
I never meant anything as an asshole, & if I came off that way I apologize.
Wow perfect
