That’s pretty cool and the easy set up of the cell service is awesome, that can definitely be a headache sometimes.
I almost consider building a little birdhouse over the camera or just a little box to keep the rain off of it and keep it out of the sun correctly. That’s pretty cool.
At 4:23 I thought you said "excuse my messy work, bitc_". I played it back several times and realized you send "bench" !!!
Flipped awesome! Thanks man
Thank You..Looking forward to the review 1st of next year in data usage & overall ease of us.. Keep up the good work Andrew.
Checking data currently isn't showing anywhere near the use I was expecting. That's a good thing
I have a Reolink Argus 3 and like it but this one is really nice! I like the fact you can have color night vision and can control it to see everything as opposed to just 1 view. Might be time to upgrade!
Glad you can see more of your land. Looks like a great product. God Bless
Thank you for watching, God bless
Finally got around to watching this one. Excellent call on "useful" information when you accepted those cameras! And also EIOTClub, thanks!
Thank you for watching!
I'll be looking into both of those, thank you Andrew. 😊
Thank you for watching
Wow! I have never heard of this system. Looks like you found the perfect security system for your homestead.
It's nice since it can be mounted anywhere
That's a good review I'm going to have to look into it thankx Andrew
Thank you for watching
I live in the woods of Ga just set up this camera and sim card combo and right away this worked just ordered 2 more cameras for my 94 acres.
They are well worth the money in my opinion.
I've used an internet based , 120 v powered, pan tilt zoom camera set up at our beach house for a couple of years so I can monitor the property from home. I view with Android phone via app or on PC. BUT I really like the solar power AND the Cellular option you reviewed. No worries about lost power or internet outages . That's a BIG plus.......
Yes it has a lot going for it
Those are awesome. Thanks Andrew.
Thank you for watching
Wow!!been anticipating buying this camera!and thanks to you!it’s a done deal!👍🏾
I've had mine now well over a year and longer, zero issues.
I love the concept. I have looked into WiFi cams before. Good review sir.
Thank you for watching
Evening Andrew and family. Wow thanks for another interesting video. 🇯🇲🇯🇲
Thank you for watching
Nice security cameras for your property. 🤠
Good review of a nice product!
Andrew. Thank you for showing this product I had no idea he even existed.
Pretty neat devices
I have several cameras from this brand. Awesome cameras and company. I had one that had a issue with the camera sensor, support was great in trying to resolve the issue. But in the end wasn't able to. So they sent me out a new one without getting the broken one back first. Which was unexpected and awesome.
That is great to hear
Hey Andrew that is a good investment right there. You definitely need to protect your property. I have a security system just like that but it's with another company. Back in June I was down in New Orleans eating dinner with my wife and her coworkers and my phone & my wife's phone went off showing someone walking up to my front door. I couldn't speak to the person cuz I was too far away from home but if I was local at home I could speak to them. I love this system. Just last weekend I was in my next door neighbor's backyard having some adult beverage 🍻 & my phone went off showing somebody looking at my truck 🚛 in my driveway cuz I have bought my truck 🚛 home instead of leaving it at my warehouse. Me and my neighbor quickly ran to the front of my house to see what was going on with my truck. I have nothing negative to say about this security system. especially when me and my wife are OTR drivers. This was a good review. I hope you are having a good weekend buddy. You take it easy.
I like that definitely keep us updated on that!!!!!
Will do!
Interesting Andrew. Thanks 🇨🇦
Glad you enjoyed it
Great video....38k...just getting STARTED....keep it up.
Thank you for watching and the support
I think that is the brand of camera that I have seen on TV lately. The couple hears a noise outside so they check the camera and it shows Big Foot standing at the grill, floating in a pool, and they were able to zoom in and also could adjust the lighting so they could see better. Pretty neat camera system!
Lol I sure hope I don't spot Bigfoot 😳
That's amazing thanks for sharing that
Thank you for watching
Andrew I’ve been using this same camera setup at a property I’ve been developing that doesn’t have power or internet and it’s been working out fantastic. It’s a great “self-contained” security camera solution.
Great to hear!
Jason since you have been using for a while, what do you see as far as video time for the 25 GB plan? Meaning how long does the data last in regards to video time. Or in other words how much video time will the 24 GB give me? We are purchasing 5 wooded acres in a neighborhood so neighbors are close and I want to see what is going on, if anything.
Thanks in advance.
@@chrishopper4375 I use the freedom pop sim with the 9 dollar a month 2GB data plan and I connect to the camera a few times a day for a brief checkup of things. I’ll say this I don’t ever use the 2GB a month I always have left over data. But I’m not staying connected for extended periods of time and I’m just using the low quality setting as it works for my needs. Using the 1080p setting constantly would eat up more data. If you use it similar to me and that 25 GB is for a year you should be in good shape.
You may not know this, but you can clear the sd card from your phone. Just remember to save any video you want to keep before deleting/clearing the sd card. You don't have to go to the camera itself and pull the card to clear it. I have 5 of these and have owned for a year. They are awesome!
Yep I found that soon after using these, I absolutely love these cameras.
A tip for you : Use Pan/Tilt/left/Right - Presets. That way when u want to view an specific angle when away instead of batlle with lag, trying to get the right angle- it automatic go to a preset angle when press of a presets/button.
Also : On the driveway camera - make a setting so it records maybe 5 -10 seconds before motion detection so u get the whole scene on tape. When a car enters the perimeter...
Great tips
Where you do this at ?.. I need to get this done to my cameras
Hi, Andrew! Thanks for the video and your honest assessment of the product. Thanks also for telling us about the contractor’s trailer. My OCD brain automatically started asking, “what in the world is that trailer doing in their yard?”
Lol not my trailer
Very good video. Down to earth..
Thank you for watching
Very cool. Keep us updated on your data costs down the line. Didn't know these were available without wifi. Thanks
Will do
No data cost involved. I pay 20 a month for the plan with T-Mobile. Never had any issues going over the data limits with the plan I have.
Sadly no T mobile service here... I checked
Hey Andrew, I’ve been looking for security camera alternatives that doesn’t rely on wi-fi so this video has been very helpful. Dave
Glad you found it useful
@@TKCL By the way, that platform you attached to your front-end loader-did you make that? Do you have any more details on it that you can share? It seems very handy. Dave
A friend did and I'm borrowing it. As soon as steel prices drop I plan to build one on the channel.
Good video my friend.
Thank you for watching
Nice looking cameras
Thanks, they should serve me well.
I'm using a Reolink IP camera 8MP facing my driveway. Also, have their NVR. works great
Your the second person to mention the NVR
look like nice systom
That camera is awesome. I might consider one of those on my off grid property for a game camera. It is to bad they don't offer them in camo. Thanks for the insight on something that appears to be a good product.
I agree, black or camo would be a great choice.
They got camo now
I just did a review on the camo
I think that camera is a really good idea, I will tell my brother and maybe we can get one… awesome thanks 👍🏼❣️❤️✝️🙏🏼🇺🇸 ❤️
Thank you for watching
Probably have to put some guy wires on the mast, winds going to blow it around. Nice set up.
Scared to see what's next
Putting one in your room
Funny I just got the same one's and was wondering on which service to use. Going to check out that company. Appreciate it Andrew!
Your welcome, they seem like great options for areas without wifi.
@@TKCL indeed, I'm excited to get the cameras up! I'm sure they give some good piece of mind. Take care!
They do.... Would make a sweet game camera too. I would love to see them in black or camo
@@TKCL mine came with a neoprene camo covering.
Wow, I didn't see that offering
Great, now i need a cherry picker!
And one more thing can you keep us updated on how long it'll last and how well the product is holding up especially in the Florida rainy season. Unless know how much data it goes to each month thank you so much for showing us to us.
I have had mine going on two plus years in all types of weather and much colder than Andrew will see. One is on a tree and the other on a building. No issues ever.
Yes I will
Nice setup, guess now you will see me coming. At the house, can you move the solar panel around the corner and still catch sunlight? Looks like it will be in the way when the gutters go on.
That's temporary, once the house is finished I'll have regular cameras. I'll move that one to another part of the property.
Motion cameras are nice to have watching over the property for sure. Wonder how much sway the pole camera will have?
Curious myself, especially in a strong storm.
@@TKCL could anchor some cables to it like an antenna tower
i got at&t service 30 bucks unlimited since i have more than 4 lines 👻👍 so far 2 months reolink excellent
I use 6 Reolink 4K cameras and Reolink NVR. Work well for me.
Nice, I hope to have good luck with them. They serve a purpose other cameras can't.
@@TKCL only thing close to what you have is Arlo Go.
Great video! Can you tell me how long the 360 24 GB card lasted you? Also, IMDb that time frame how much use on the cam? Looking everyday? Streaming a lot or not? Thank you!
I never paid attention to how much I used, the card lasted me the full 12 months. I have my cameras setup to not be triggered by things like a road, dogs, the wind ect and eat up my card.
Hey Andrew, how does the camera works in a storm and cloudy situation…. ? I am just saying I would like to know. And you mentioned it had a battery? And can you add a solar system to the camera for longer usage?
They come with solar panels. You initially charge the battery once, then the panel keeps it topped off. I have yet to have a storm for testing
They are very dependable. I have had two Reolink cameras that were remote for over a year before moving to our property. Andrew won’t have issues with cold, but the camera has functioned to -16 wind chill. I have solar on both and batteries never below 90%.
OK Andrew, I've been researching these to make my selection to purchase, but you said four times it has remote zoom capability where other reviewers tell me only pan and tilt (PT). Does it really have remote zoom capability? Will be waiting for your update video, hopefully you can address this and maybe show this feature.
I can zoom in on my phone, whether that's actual camera zoom or just enhanced image zoom on my phone I don't know.
I’m needing a similar set now. I’m wondering how the camera on the post and the card is doing after a year in service.
My cameras are about two years old now and I've had zero issues. They work surprisingly well.
Good job. Any ideas on how to protect it from vandalism?
Since it’s not connected to a siren or police, thieves can conceal themselves and steel it. Your thoughts please. Thanks!
Mount very high to where it's hard to access.
I really want this camera for my place but I'm waiting to hear about the costs of data usage.
I'll update in another month or so. I wanted to get a couple of months of actual use and monitor everything.
I have 5 of them. I pay $10 month for each. Each camera has 1GB and that is plenty. You can do 100's of videos with that. I've owned mine for a year now.
The full year 24 gig plan is around 8 bucks a month. I find it's more than enough data.
Just as a general rule, you should always connect antennas before powering radios…
It was an oversight, I forgot while talking to the camera.
I purchased one everything working out. One day I was charging it the light was Green in the back when I turned it on nothing the red.in the front is not working keep saying failure to connect? Let me know thanks
What Sim card are you using? What provider? Have you removed the card, reset the unit and tried again?
Also you guys have issues downloading videos?
or sending recordings to some place else ?
No issues viewing my videos
I didn’t see a follow up video. Do you have a link ?
Here you go ua-cam.com/video/gPYA1vxrPmE/v-deo.html
Is there a way to shut off the camera when you know there will be a lot of motion on the property ? Say it's out at a camp and you are having a party that day ? So you don't waste data
Absolutely, just turn motion sensing off in the app.
❤️❤️❤️
Wind gonna whoop ya
By wind you mean false alarms, blowing the pole around? Had this up for a couple of weeks now, zero false alarms. No storms yet to test the pole blowing around.
6:01 EOITclub 24GB/360day plan is $139. Sounds like it could get pretty expensive if your camera starts sending data in masses.
I was just on their website. It's $99 a year, the Sim is $6.99. I've been running these cameras for a year and a half, I've never even came close to maxing the plans out.
Am I right in thinking you'll receive a bill monthly from Att&t now? Plus Verizon.
No, you purchase the loaded data Sim card through EIOTCLUB and they provide the service. I don't do anything with AT&T.
@@TKCL okay thank you!
Put one by the shooting shack to monitoring your deer 🦌 population?
I am 😉
Will the camera work with Wi-Fi
No this model is for cellular Sim cards. They (Rio link) sell cheaper models for wifi.
What SIM card do you use?
Eiot club 25 gig plan, link is in the video description.
Are you paying two separate bills to add two cameras?
Yes, two yearly plans. About $8 a month per camera.
where is the zoom, i have one and no zoom i can find
It's two finger pinch zoom. When watching a clip you put two fingers on the screen and pinch in or out.
So I wonder if my ninja skills can outsmart the camera 🤔🤷🏽♂️
Come find out 😁
@@TKCL you would be too busy smelling your new man candles 😆
Ugh 😡
Your just jealous
@@TKCL yep I am. I would probably be smelling the candles also
Do u know why my Reolink will not connect??
No idea, did you get a data only sim for it? Who is the sim through? Remove the sim and press and hold the tiny reset button. Reinsert and see if it will connect
I just sent 1 back could not get it set up....and at the end it was a $11.99 a month to get it to work.....I am now going to find 1 to connect to His own Monitor....I do not need Goole to store my video for $11.99 a month
Don't know what you signed up for? 🤷 It's absolutely free if you store on the SD card and they even offer a free monthly plan for a single camera on their cloud. I don't pay anything because I store everything on my SD card.
i can't get eiotclub to work in my reolink go. 😭
Interesting, I know a lot of people running these cameras and that same card. Mine have been working great for about a year now.
@@TKCL i want to be one of these people! 😭
Reset the camera with the card out of it and try again.
@@TKCL tried this several times, several ways.
I'm so sorry to hear this, maybe the card is bad. I've had great luck with mine and so have many others.
All nice but how do you program voice alert??
Two way communication is almost IMPOSSIBLE due to speaker being to quiet (set up on the app to the max) then the camera's microphone is too sensitive it picks up telephone conversation from about 20 feet away but if you speak through the app the person outside has to be 10 inches from the speaker to make up what are you saying between the static and your voice. TOTALLY USELESS at this point.
No idea, I don't use the voice function.
5G is much a much weaker signal the 4G, for you to get a good signal, the antenna for 5 G would need to be mounted on your shed or closer. In a city, they figure 5G will need to put an antenna on every block to work properly
Oh wow, that's disappointing
I hate 5G, it is very spotty. I downloaded an APP for my Samsung ultra 21 to make it stay on 4G at all times.
Yes we're I live we have 4G, but when I go to areas with 5G my phone is much slower. I thought 5G was supposed to be faster.
Just don’t put it outdoors. Mine worked fine for a few months, then began to fog up every night from internal moisture. They are not sealed
😳 I hope I don't see that issue. It says it's waterproof.
Never had that issue with my 2 cameras. Both in harsh weather for two plus years. Must be defective.
Pray that you never need it:)))
Me too
