your channel motivated me so much that on the 1st jan I shaved my head. I had my hair below my shoulder for almost all my life, but with big balding spot on the top of my head and big receding hair line on the forehead I've been ashamed of my look for a long time now. My dad also has a new cancer so in support to him and for a renewal of my life if I could say, I let him shave everything with a clipper and now I'm using the remington every 2 days. Thanks for making this channel, I'm sure it's helping a lot more men than you would think

I’m genuinely really happy for those who find peace shaving their hair off I tried it 7 yrs ago due to ppl telling me shave it off you’ll feel better it’s had the opposite effect I’m completely devastated & have tried to take my life I understand it can help ppl there’s not much out there for ppl who don’t want or feel good being completely bald there’s no middle ground it always boils down to this it’s not a fix for everyone & it would be nice to see a bit of balance as it’s not guaranteed you’ll look or feel better but it’s very much sold that way I’ve given it my all & couldn’t feel worse 👎

There has to be more to your depression because shaving your head isn’t permanent, you can always grow back what you had before, look deeper into your soul my friend.
@@abelinoaragon9276that’s why there is options such as medication and hair transplants for people like him. As he said shaving your head isn’t a one fit all solution. Some people react differently than others.
Most people say I look better with shaved head and they say I have the right head and face shape for that. 😊
What people say and what people actually think can be two very different things. But as long as you’re happy with it then that is what really matters.

It’s mad right. When you’re in a secure place in life it is hard to understand but it’s basic projection in a nutshell. Unfortunately hair loss and the industry that has been created around it has dragged men down to very dark places to the point where they feel justified hating on their fellow man. A very sad thing.

This guy looks great bald/clipped short. He would look good with the full horseshoe too. When you have good bone structure and you're lean and or fit bald actually is its own good look.
Yea balding will always make you look worse in general as a rule because your face looses the contrast, but you can pull it off if youre already attractive. Most of it is in the face. Deep set eyes, dark eye brows, and a strong jaw are the key to pulling off being bald. You dont need all of them, but more the better. If youre jaw is weak, grow a beard and shape the beard, if youre jaw is strong, do stubble to add contrast to your head but still show jawline. If you have weak jaw, bad eyes, and light eye brows, you gonna look like a ghost (if youre lighter skin color).

Its kind of a meme example, but Jeremy Meeks is probably the best example I can think of. In that case an absurd example because is has almost perfect facial bone structure as well as the blue eyes halo effect. You cant get much better facially on a man then that, and absolutely no one is going to say he is not astetically pleasing because of his balding. If youre attractive already, balding can look good, it can be a boon, make you look more intimidating or masculen. Another example is Jason Statham. Both of these examples would look even better with thicker, darker eye brows. But in both of these examples they are already well above average in terms of facial structure. Balding is masculen, so you want to lean into the masculen traights of your face, darker colors, strong, sharp jawline (means getting lean so you can actually see it), deep set eyes(hooded eyes), dark thick eye brows, stronger brow ridge, high cheek bones, sometimes thicker facial hair, sometimes stubble if your jaw is strong, etc... Obviously you need facial harmony, you dont want extreme masculen or you look like a cave man, but you want to be leaning more to it and excagerating those traits and make up for the ones you dont. Genetics are king when it comes to looks. Its all about bone structure more than anything else. Anything that can be improved upon relatively easily is low in the totem pole of importance, the hardest thing to change is your genetics, especially your face. If youre ugly, balding is not going to make you more flattering, it will be another nail in the coffin of your looks, youre going to have to compensate a hell of a lot for it. It may still not be enough. Some people got a face only their mother could love. Having said that, if youre already losing your hair, it will look better to buzz it off, also more conveinient and easier to deal with. But a full head of hair compared to bald, is a no brainer. The hair will always look better, even if its cut real short like a buzz cut. The guy in video is a more normal example, buzzing it off highlighted his more masculen features, such as his eye brows, he has a good brow ridge, and decent jawline, he has a decent chin as well. Still he does not have a very masculen face, none of those features are strikingly above average, his best is probably his eye brows/brow ridge. They shadow his eyes, again, adding contrast. His bigget detracting featurs are probably the width to height of his facial features, he has a longer face, then wider face. His eyes themself are also somewhat bug eyed and poke out, not deep set, they are not hooded. He is average. Straight 5/10. Thats not bad, thats normal, he is not ugly by any means, but in general balding wont be a positive if youre not obviously above average in a few areas, but he can def pull it off it might make him more of a niche form of attraction. He could easily pull off the kinda metal head look. darker earings, maybe style the eye brows to draw attention to that, like how some poeple put the slit in them, stubble beard. For average dudes like him, small negatrive, not end of world, for ugly guys, youre screwed, for attractive dudes, doesnt even really matter and people will probably find you 'confident' or 'impressed' that you arent shy because of it. Essentially it will become a stand out feature, and will jsut make them realize youre other traits, theyll project praise and assume youre more confident in your own skin because you dont care that youre bald. For hyper attractive people, it almost wont affect your attractiveness at all, and may allow a niche form of attraction, on top of all the normal attraction. @@randyorton393

The problem with the " just shave it bro " dogma is that you will lack of options.
Your only look with basically be " bald + beard " .
Whereas when you save your hair with finasteride/ minoxidil/ hairtransplant : you keep your options.
Which means you can have a buzzcut, you can have long hair. You can have a classic short haircut etc etc...
You can even have fun shaving your head bald if you want to and then go back to long hair .
To me the bald head is kinda boring . I see bald clones everywhere, you guys just don't give yourself options in terms of look.
Better be bald than taking meds for ever imo. Especially if have a decent bone structure and you look good with that style

@@riccardo1569absolute cope. I’d much rather take a tiny pill once a day and look good, than buzz my head down for half an hour a day and look bad.
Maybe some people don’t want to have to take pills for the rest of their life and lose their testosterone. Also, Finasteride and Minoxidil don’t actually grow your hair back. It only helps to keep what you still have. So if your hair is already too far gone and looks like crap, might as well just shave it. And hair transplants aren’t all that great either, because they don’t actually fix the root of the hair loss problem and that hair will start thinning too.

I had receiding hairline since the age of 16 and went short 1mm at the age 17/18.
Now (2 weeks ago) I did a hairt transplant at the age of 20.5 and have experienced different things at a young age.

So my hair has been thinning and receding since 22 (Now 29) & I finally took the plunge to go completely bald and I honestly love it and my family and co-workers feel as though it looks much better… however my girlfriend tried every way possible to sway me from shaving it off whether that was by using hair thinning powder or recommending a wig of some sort or even a hair transplant. Long story short I shaved it off anyway as I didn’t want to fuss with using products everyday for the rest of my life and I can’t afford a hair transplant and although she didn’t hate it she did make a comment saying that she’s not attracted to “bald men” in general however she still loves me whether I have hair or not… Did anyone else have a similar initial response from their girlfriend?, if so how do they feel about it now?… I was just a little thrown off by her response knowing that it’s really not my fault that I don’t feel comfortable with hair for reasons of having a receding hairline and thin wispy hair which to me doesn’t look good.

I think what the balding younger guy needs to think through is the following. Is it something you can't learn to live with it or are you mostly concerned that now most attractive women your age will reject you based on it alone. Many women have gotten breast implants and some have come to regret it and have even had them removed. They thought they were making themselves more attractive to more men. They may have been better off simply deciding that if a man wouldn't be interested in them because of their breast size maybe that isn’t the type of guy they would want to end up married to anyway.

@@assassinskillz123 Absolutely, I couldn't agree more. I always advocate for doing whatever makes you feel confident . If rocking the bald look suits someone, and they're happy with that look, then go for it. However, if you know that hair loss is impacting your confidence due to your overall attractiveness, I think best to explore medical treatments or consider a hair transplant. At the end of the day, it's important to feel comfortable and confident in your own skin.
Unfortunately, due to my head shape and my overall attractiveness, I know for a fact I would look awful with a bald head, which would have a really negative impact on my self-esteem. That's why I'm currently taking finasteride to slow the process down, and hopefully, within the next year, I will be going for a hair transplant. We're only on this planet once, so we may as well look and feel the best we possibly can during this short time we're here!
