    You've reached a whole new level of acceptance. The first stage of accepting balding is shaving it all off. The next stage is the realization that you can survive no matter what your hair looks like. I think I'll stick with my current chrome dome but thanks for being such an inspiration 🙏

    • @Baldcafe
      @Baldcafe  9 місяців тому +36

      I think so man. Went pretty much as deep as you can go balding wise. I feel it’s mission accomplished and not time to really get to my purpose of ending balding insecurity for as many men as humanly possible.

      I think that heavily depends on your age and relationship status though… I am 26 now and single and the girls I date have no problem with my hairloss, but I think that is due to the fact that I shave my head and I am sure I would have far less dates if I grew my hair longer!

    • @BH-ix7nq

      @@eswarjurido you want to be dating people that shallow anyways though?

    • @FilippoCardoni
      @FilippoCardoni 9 місяців тому +4

      @@BH-ix7nq Would you date someone that is largely overweight, has oily, greasy hair or that has long hair under the armpits? No, you wouldn't. Would you be considered shallow for that? I don't think so, there's al imit to everything, including how much you can just "let go and live how I want"
      If you're young and you are losing hair, you ought to shave it off, or you look like you're 50 yo or at the very least, someone that really doesn't bother to even look remotely nice.
      I get that it's your head, your choice, but at the same time, it's other people's choice not to date you if you look 30 years older than you are.
      It's not being shallow, it tells a lot about a person... usually it means they don't even want to take 30 mins every 3 days to shave what little hair remains. That tells a lot.

      Honestly it can even look better for some men. But if you have a rather narrow head, the hair on the sides will just make your forehead look even taller. So in most cases completely bald just looks better. I stll respect any guy who lets the remaining hair grow out. I don´t even want all men with hairloss to shave their head because it makes us baldies look less special xD

    I'm 26, shaved my head 2 weeks ago cuz I have some aggressive recession around my temples and wanted to see how I'd look with it shaved. No deliberation, no second guessing, just walked to the bathroom and shaved it. Felt good, weird but good. Personally I prefer myself with hair, but there's no need to be afraid of how you look without hair. Accept what you can't control and you'll be happier

It forces you to fully let go of judgment and delve into full acceptance of yourself. Total respect👏👏👏 For me the biggest lesson from this is that bald or balding guys live their whole lives worrying about what other people will think of them this includes me. This video is inspirational for me as it shows that other people dont really care whether your bald or balding or anything else inbetween. When you shave or buzz your head regularly every time you do it means you have to think about the problem. Theres such a freedom or release about not having to think about the next time you have to shave your head in case someone notices your balding or horseshoe shape. If we can all learn to care more about ourselves and less about other people's opinions who you may not even know this has got to be good for your mental health. Thanks Harry for putting things in perspective 🙏

I think it will help you stand out from the crowd in a positive way, too many people are all copying each other and looking the same but when you do your own thing, you look uniquely yourself. I suggest a white partially buttoned up shirt with leather cuffs to really compliment that masculine care free look the pony tail gives you. Maybe add a dark necklace as well.

    All the stages you lliked are all my favourite stages too, I'm so glad you are free of your invisible chains and can absolutely rock these looks!

    The beard issue is the key thing here, maybe if you can some help with your skin irritations (you probably are ON IT already lol)
    but the beard looks great with that growing hair 'Romaneske look'
    I can't empathize enough how great this video is mate! Super inspired by your journey and so proud that you have the sheer balls to pull these looks off!
    I am torn between your end look, slicked back with the beard, and the earlier look where you suddenly started to really feel the hair growth around 5+ months mark! The beard really sets it off! 👊

    You would be an ideal candidate for a hair transplant, your donor area where they pick the transplanted hairs from is very strong and thick. You would get a phenomenal dense hairline. But respect for you sticking to your truth and embracing your bald look. I'm 25 been dealing with hair loss since 19 and I'm starting to come around to shaving it.

    Love the horseshoe bald look, with a trimmed beard. As you say yourself several times in the video, you kind of like it. So yes, that 7th month look is now my favorite, I might even go for it myself.

    Month 7 and 12 are my favourites, also like the shorter beard combo in Rome. Somehow this has made me feel like I have too much hair aha, I want that Greek look now, ill just have to wait a bit longer for now and keep the shaved look, awesome video as always.

    I'd call that short hair a Gladiator cut ;) Looks very natural and good on you as well. I was just wearing that for a few months but the summer heat prompted me to shave again, feels great. Much love man.

    You look great with natural hair and a not too long beard! Months 5 and 10 are my favorites. The mustache also suits you very well. You look happier with hair. I also shaved my head many years ago when I started balding. But then I thought about letting my hair grow even though it's obvious that I'm partly bald... I don't agree with that idea that all of us who are balding want to hide our baldness or are insecure or things like that, I think that on the contrary, we know that we are somewhat bald but we also like how our bald spot looks with some hairs there... regards!

    Something I've noticed here in Saudi Arabia is that a lot of people prefer the balding look than shaving it all off. It's all about accepting yourself and being comfortable with your own skin so to speak.

    I finally got time to watch this in full and WOW what a journey mate! Awesome 😎 I kinda feel like you should keep the hair though. I have been really tempted to grow mine out since watching your videos doing this. I really don’t have any anxiety about my baldness since shaving my head and I actually love shaving it and the look but I always wonder if I grew it out would I still be anxious about it?! I’m kinda ocd and always hated my hair for being fluffy and curly and all over the place and shaving solved that! But I really like how it looks on you and it’s really making me curious, mine would be completely grey though 😂

    I think the look you had at 5:56 and 19:04 looks quite good with the beard as well. I used to be one of those people who would say just shave it of if you're balding but i changed my mind on that now. Do whatever makes you feel good.

    I love this video and acknowledge the strength, patience, willpower and acceptance it took to see it through. I have almost the exact same type of hair loss and it's interesting to see what it would look like after a year and a half. Also, I quite agree with you, I liked the 5 to 6 month mark as well, where the sides weren't too long, but trim enough with the beard to get that Greek Philosopher look. My favorite shot is at 4:58. Superb!
