13 Min Leg & Glute Workout with a Dumbbell

  • Here’s a leg and glute workout you can do a dumbbell of choice. Our moves are a sumo squat, box squat and side laying hip raises with some internal and external work for the femurs which should be helpful for your hip mobility. We do four sets of 10. Hope you enjoy!
