I've been reading into a couple of rodent studies for nandralone that appear to show nandralone causing ventricular enlargement. So does this translate to human use and is there actually something about nandralone, compared to other anabolics like testosterone for example, that makes it potentially more harmful to the heart?

Is it true that longer esters like Testosterone Undecanoate (Nebido), elevate more red blood cells and hematocrit, than shorter esters? If that's the case, is it better to be on TRT on a fast acting ester like Test Propionate, which will cause less strain on the red blood cells and hematocrit and less estrogen spikes?

How is it possible that I get a crazy libido when my Estrogen is 110, with a total Testosterone of 2000 but I have a normal libido, when my Estrogen is 55 with a total Testosterone of 2800 ??? Why do I feel so horny on such a high dose of Estrogen and how will it affect my health, if I stay on 110 Estradiol, while on TRT for life?

If you take high blood pressure medication (lisprnicol and almodipine) and you go to donate blood for high hematocrit/ hemoglobin would recommend to not take the medication before donation because you have low blood pressure after the donation? To me common sense says to not take the medication because I would have even lower blood pressure and more dizziness .

Being on TRT, how long do I take supplements like: Fish Oil(Omega 3-6-9), Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, DIM, Calcium D-Glucarate, Vitamin K2, Lycopene, Nattokinase, NAC. Sometimes I can't train for 3 or 4 days because of problems at work or family matters. When I don't train I feel like I have nervous breakdown, stress, rage so I wonder can estrogen blockers help or maybe proviron please tell me what can do or take until I go back to train. Total testosterone 1500-3000 with Bioavailable T. low range and SHBG at 95% VS. 600-900 TT. Bioavailabe mid-high end normal with 20-40 % SHBG. Researching this now and Boron use 10 mg. 2 weeks on 2weeks off . Many implications dont want to write a book .

Can I mix UGL Masteron with Pharmagrade Test Undecanoate(Nebido), in the same syringe, to inject it all at once? Or will the UGL carrier oil, solvent and impurities affect the potency of Pharmagrade Nebido? Masteron is in Ethyl Oleate Oil and Nebido is in Castor Oil. Is it possible they could work together or will they cancel each other out and have less potency? Thank you kindly!

Does it make any sense to train the tibialis anterior muscle (front side of the lower leg)? There are devices that apply weight to the front of the foot and the tibialis flexes your foot up and down at the heel. Or should we stick to calf raises for the rear calf muscles?
Hey Doc, for a cycle of 375mg Test E per week and 300mg Primobolan per week, would you recommend running arimidex alongside this cycle? If so what dosage of arimidex would you start at each week?
Or do you feel the 300mg of Primo would be enough to prevent estrogen levels from rising too high from the Test E?
It all works together people that take finasteride have shit libidos and can’t get their tootsie roll hard bc they block DHT (which antagonizes estrogen)

Does Telmisartan affect libido? I read a good deal on google and forums like Reddit, where people swear that their libido has dropped significantly since they take telmisartan. If thats the case, what else can I use to lower my blood pressure? Are there any supplements that I can use instead? My questions pertains to blood donations while on PEDs
Can/should a person donate blood when they are on PEDs? I ask wondering what effect will it have on the recipient?
Will the recipient be affected in any way by the presence of PEDs introduced into their blood?
Will they test positive for PEDs after receiving the donated blood?
Will the recipient have issues with their blood hematocrit levels after receiving blood with a high hematocrit level as well as blood tainted with the PEDs that cause their hematocrit level to rise as well?
Or is the blood somehow cleansed of all extraneous products before being received by the recipient?

I have a friend that has added 50mg of Tren enanthate to his TRT protocol with fantastic results and no side effects. I was thinking about doing the same thing... What's your opinion doc? Iam on 500mg test E / 500 mg eq for 20 weeks cycle ! My first weeks i had an incredible results ( pump , strengh , motivation … ) right now i feel like my result are slowly declined ! I lose a little bit of motivation , pump in the gym not incredible , i traned 6-5 days a week ! Are the problem that iam overtraining? Should i take a week off should i take a break ? Week off ? EQ is a slow and steady muscle builder. Initially you probably felt just the Test. Ive been on the same cycle for 9 or so weeks and am still building muscle. I didnt get any rage or anxiety and have felt good on it. But i doubt you are overtraining and will still have more muscle to build, EQ is best in longer cycles.
Hey doc ! Hey ron ! I have a problem with my libido ! I start my 20 weeks cycle first 10 weeks 500mg test enanth / 250 eq and for the second 10 weeks will be 500mg test enanth / 500 eq / 20 mg rad 140 , i use 30 mg anavar pre workout 4 times per week ! Just for mind muscle connection ! .
At the beginning i had a very good libido and erection ! Until the 8 th week i start to lose some libido and erection ? My blood work ( estradiol normal range / progesterone 0,5 ug/L ! I used only proviron 50 mg per day for the first 8 weeks than i stoped it after start loosing my libido and erection ! What do you think is the problem ? Is low SHBG ? Duo to dht anavar / proviron ? Or progesteron issue !

this is going to sound crazy but I'm serious. Two of my girlfriends in the gym who train very hard and use some steroids claim they get orgasms when doing heavy ab exercises. Their trainer says this is for real and called a "coregasm". Is this from increased blood flow to the core? Or are they just hornier because they use steroids?
