I am taking 250 mg test a week and my last blood test hemoglobin is 20 and hematocrit was 60 I just had a sleep study done and the doctor told me I do not have sleep apnea but my blood oxygen level was low does the thick blood cause low blood oxygen or does blood oxygen cause thick blood. And are there any anabolic that do not increase the thickness of blood. I currently donate blood regularly and take Omega 3s with every meal

Can steroids cause cramps and bad blood circulation? When I up the dose I get muscle spasms when I do a sudden move, and sometimes my arms and legs get kind of numb. I usually take testosterone, sometimes EQ. And oral steroids here and there.

Is HCG monotherapy better than TRT for life? There is a lot of debate on this subject but no one can give a clear answer. I've been on TRT+HCG for one year and a few months. I'm doing 200-250 Sustanon or Enanthate(Underground labs), split into 2 shots, monday, thursday and HCG, 1500IU, split into 3 shots: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Why do I feel a lot more libido and a lot more horny when I stop TRT and just stay on HCG? Is it because I'm using Underground Labs testosterone? Also, if I miss my testosterone shot, my libido goes through the roof. On the other hand, if I miss my HCG shot, my libido goes down the toilet. Also staying just on testosterone (without HCG) feels like my sex drive and desire goes down the toilet as well. Why is this happening? Shouldn't Testosterone alone, be enough for high sex drive and libido? What do you think, would HCG monotherapy be sustainable for life? What about down-regulation? I read a research with dosages of HCG up to 10.000IU/week, for years and there was no down-regulation.

Have you tried sublingual Viagra? I’m using it every day and find it superior at 25mg to 5mg Cialis. Great for pumps and boners. I think sublingual route has a longer T1/2 as well since it tends to last me all day.

I’ve only been on GH for 2 weeks and I seem to already be seeing water retention. Is this normal? And will it eventually go away, or will I retain water the whole time I use GH?

Lately I have been feeling off balanced feeling I'm on TRT of 150mg weekly for 2 years. Bloods are good only thing I see possibly is my shbg is awlys low at 11 and Ferratin is on low normal at 42 also last labs showed my TSH at 5.9 Coould anyone of these markers cause this feeling? Thank you Dr T

I have a question about Durasterid regarding hair loss but also regrowth. Is it possible to do a (microdosing) cure with it to minimize the side effects but at the same time achieve the same effect? Since the half-life of it is 3-5 weeks, this could possibly work or not?... So I have considered to use only every 2-3 days 0.5mg. Or is this totally wrong?

Hi ! I am on TRT ( 250mg test enanth. 3-4 inj. per week, 100mg deca per week, 750IUs HCG 2inj. per week ).
Even though my labs are on point ( regarding FT, TT, E2, prolactin, SHBG, DHT, DHEA etc ) I face frequent fluctuations in my libido and / or my erections ( sometimes, even with PDE5 inhibitors and / or cabergoline ), accompanied by penile desensitization. My genitals, are in good health, by the way but since I started TRT ( approx 2 years ago ) I've been facing this problem.
Given the fact, that I am using HCG, could I possibly try Gonadorelin, in order for my FSH, to kick in, also and boost spermatogenesis / libido ? If so, can I combine HCG and Gonadorelin ?

Ron can you ask the doctor if hgh makes your head bigger because I don't have this problem but people tell me they have it I been on hgh for six months now
That's actually a great question. I'm also wondering if the use of HGH prescribed by a Dr and used with doses of 1 or 1.5 iu daily will overtime give somebody a big head, big hands, nose, ears and jaws... in other words does it cause acromegaly?

Joe Rogan seems to have doubled his head and admits to using HGH. Whether it’s aging or HGH it’s a great question.
@Dman Dman indeed. So I'm just wondering if it's the "normal" use of HGH (1iu or 1.5iu), the abuse of HGH (higher doses) .... or maybe aging that gives that big head, jaw etc 🤔

@@Sinasi08 I will ask, and I do suspect those effects happen at higher doses than the 1-3 iu most people (who are not trying to be huge bodybuilders) use. I used 2-3 iu, at times 4, for a solid 18 months and had no growth of my head, nose, hands, or feet - and not the muscles either! As Dr T says, you only see muscle growth when combining AAS and GH in excess of 6-8 iu's a day. Supposedly Liver King uses 12-16iu of pharma growth daily, that's a LOT of $$$$$$$$$

I have oats in my post workout shake. Would I be better off without oats at this time? Just looking for calories and insulin release. Maybe follow it with grape juice or banana?
Also, when would be the ideal time to dose GH? 2.5 units a day. I know I can’t build much muscle with that dose, but want to at least take it at optimal time.

Do you think I could add 50 to 100mg/week of Trenbolone Acetate or Enanthate to my HRT protocol? Im currently on Sustanon 250, doing 200mg/week, split in to two shots and HCG, 1500iu, 3 times a week. I know that this route is not very used, however, it does not improve the symptoms with the cream, and it also did not have any side effects, even using this dose of 10mg/g
The morre Test the higher her Libido gets. Why give her Test at all?
