I am a 62 yr old male, on 200 mg/weekly testosterone and 100mg/ weekly nandrolone prescribed (nandrolone 6 months cycle) total testosterone blood work at 6 days 580 at 14 days 91. Do men of this age process it less efficiently? Been on TRT 3yrs, blood work full panel done every 90 days, all other levels in range, test levels steadily lowering on the same dosage. Thanks guys?

Hey guys! I'm 48 years old on TRT 200mg sustanon every week, 25 mg Proviron daily, 500mg HCG weekly plus a fist full of vitamins every day. My question is in regards to sterility. My wife and i don't use contraception.. I pull out, but I would love not to. We already have two beautiful children and we dont want any more. Given my TRT protocol, what are the chances of me being sterile? ... Or do I still need to be careful?

I’m on 160mg of cypionate a week(80mg twice a week) and 500iu of Hcg. I just had my bloodwork and my total test is 1197, free test is 298, shbg is 25 and estradiol is 88. I’m having water retention and brain fog and wondering if I should take an aromatase inhibitor or should I lower my dose instead. Do you think my estradiol is too high?

My prolactin is higher than the normal ranges and gives me penile insensitivity, is there any natural supplements that can help? I tried Cabergoline and had too many side effects.

Can I get away with MWF injection schedule with testosterone propionate? Also, you mentioned you take 1mg anastrozole per week. Do you dose it just one time a week?

I’d like to know if there’s a minimum safe dose of gh regarding bone structure facial changes hepatomegalia, heart enlargement. I mean Im 50 years old let’s say I’m taking 1 to 2 daily iu. For anti-aging And fat loss. Would that acumúlate for the next 5 years and see changes like belly gut or organ enlargement.

Some suggest starting a bicep curl in the overhand position (hands gripping the dumbbell from the top) and twist the wrist while curling until you are at the underhand position at the top. This is in Ellington Darden's book (doctor who worked with Arthur Jones/Nautilus), he called them "supinating curls". What does Dr. Touliators think? Effective or just a gimmick?
I was a big fan of Dr. Darden and his books on training were actually the very first ones I ever read. Over the years I have realized that much of what he suggested worked better on paper than it did in real life.
Don’t assume trt makes you sterile. I came off for my first two kids. My 3rd one I had been back on trt over a year and a half straight. No hcg or any of that. Also weren’t trying on purpose. I just can’t go back to pulling out
Ronnie Coleman has 10 kids - I have to imagine he was on gear at least once or twice when made a child
@@RonHarrisMuscle here’s the kicker though Ron. My first kid took 2 years, hcg, hmg, clomid all of that. So you really just never know!

What is the best exercise for women to tone underarms?
Hello everybody. What's your thoughts on taking T3 medication for extra fat loss without taking T4? How can do this safely? Thanks
i am 36 and been weight lifting for years. at my current age i am definitely stronger but my tendons are hurting unlike in my late 20s. any injectables that strenthens tendons? growth hormone maybe? you see cuban wrestlers have double the tendon thickness! "cuban sport program" thx
Just curious, how do we know their tendons were twice as thick? Were there MRI's showing that? Thanks
Thank you for the excellent content as always, and thanks for the previous advice on going to a TRT dose of testosterone.. I have another question I was wondering if the doctor could answer. Shortly after implementing Doctor T's previous advice, I tore my pectoral tendon benching and had to have surgery to reattach it. The surgery was a success, however, per the doctor that did the surgery, the hemotoma under the surgical incision got infected, which took about two months to clear up and have the incision finally close (During the two months, the doctors were squeezing the affected area to drain it one to two times a week, and it was covered with gauze. Looking at my right shoulder muscles now, (the arm that had the surgery) the shoulder muscles have significantly atrophied, and is much smaller in size. (To my eyes, its about half its presurgical size) As there was no tissue death from the infection, can I expect to be able to train the muscle back to normal, and is there anything that can help with this process other than the usual train, eat, sleep, repeat? Thank you in advance for your excllent advice.
Had low T on 300s, did a pct and now it’s 655. But my prolactin is really high (50).
Why it increased? Never took PEDs. And what happens if you have high prolactin ?
At 72 yo on .8ml every 7 days 33 years and still feeling run down can't work out, doctors still using 1980s medical beliefs,, Still need to find a good Doc ...
HCG helps with the reproduction of neuro-steroids (which stops or decreases on TRT), as well as some benefit when it comes sex drive.
Is it true at cialis has less side effects than viagra ? And if yes why ?
Viagra always made me nauseous and stuffed up my nose! Switched to Cialis and none of that anymore
@@RonHarrisMuscle I never tried cialis but I will , viagra even small dose makes me feel dizzy and mi heart rate goes up
