Quick question about Pregnenolone. Is it better to take DHEA or Progesterone instead of Pregnenolone for brain health? And what are the benefits to the health of the brain?
    10:31
Is it safe to mix Losartan and Telmisartan together. I am prescribed Losartan but when I bump up my test my blood pressure rises and the only med I can source is Telmisartan.
    11:43
I am taking 1IU hgh before bed. If I raise the dose I get daytime somnolence and lethargy as well as a bit watery. I am using hgh for quality of life only. Is 1IU acceptable/worthwhile long term?
    12:46
What you will suggest for someone who has total test in normal range about 550, but his Lh is very low, and free t is crushed? Prolactin is fine, estradiol in high normal range and SHBG also in high normal range. Thyroid is very good, and cortisol maybe in high normal range.
    15:29
Primo is known for its anti estrogen properties. What ratio would you run it alongside Test to control estrogen? A 1:1 ratio?

Is it a mental illness if someone always feels the desire to be bigger, stronger or more shredded even risking one’s health? How could this be addressed? Cognitive behavioral therapy, antidepressants etc??

When using 100mg of Pharmagrade Nebido/week(injected once, every Friday) and 300mg of UGL Sustanon(injected 150mg on Monday and 150mg on Thursday), so a total of 400mg/week, how high should my total testosterone be and how high should my free testosterone be? What about SHBG and Prolactin? The reason I'm asking this is that I want to check if my UGL Sustanon is underdosed, thus I'm waiting for my lab results
    22:25
Hey guys! I have a scary question for both: Is it true that men on HRT, like myself, will live shorter but have a better quality of life, rather than men that are natural, which will live longer but have a poor quality of life? Is it because HRT can give you heart and blood vessels issues and can increase the risk of heart attack and stroke? Is it possible to live longer and have a good quality of life while on HRT?
    25:12
You stated in a previous episode that using UGL may increase the risk of Alzheimer because of the heavy metals they might contain. Are you implying that if I stay on HRT for life, on UGL, I will get Alzheimer??? If that's the case, should I stop HRT? In My country it's almost impossible to find Pharmagrade testosterone so people here have to rely on UGL even for TRT What can I do?

Hi gents! Question: Just from a libido perspective, do you think that living on a higher dose of HCG only, for life, will make you more horny and give you more desire, rather than living on a smaller dose of HCG+Testosterone? A lot of men swear that HCG monotherapy, makes them a lot more horny than using both Testosterone and HCG together. If that's the case, isn't it better to stay on HCG monotherapy forever?

I suffer from ulcerative colitis, for the last 12 years. I am on biological therapy. My case, is pretty persistent. I have also been on trt, for the last 2,5 years. I am 29 y/o and have been on fitness industry, for the last 11 years. Urologist and gastroenterologist, agreed upon trt. The thing is, that both of them, believe it or not, suggested mild steroid cycles ( since i am already on trt and have an active lifestyle ), of Nandrolone, Oxandrolone and methenolone, in order to improve my well being and counter disease's side effects, such as excessive fatigue, malnutrition, anemia, enteropathic arthritis, cortisolemia, negative nitrogen balance etc. So, my question is, since those steroids aren't available, at pharmaceutical grade in Europe, how can i get them online and be sure that their quality is decent
    32:55
Thoughts on the immune system when on cycle, and how to improve it? also your thoughts on nolvadex/raloxifene shrinking existing gyno. i run 100 test prop, 250testE, 250EQ, and 25-50mg t-bol(kickstart 6 weeks). i also run 80mg a week of nolvadex for gyno. what should i supplement for kidney health, and general wellbeing?

Curious to have your opinion on using 7-Keto DHEA instead of straight DHEA to avoid conversion to estradiol. This is what Dr.Rand Mcclain suggests . Can you suggest a dosage protocol on 7-keto DHEA?

DHT has been consistently above reference range and I am experiencing hair loss. I reduced to 90 mg Test per week (two inj per week of 45 mg). Latest labs Total T 1035, Free T 137 pg/ml with a ref range of 46-224, and DHT 97 ng/dl with a ref range of 12-65. Doc recommends taking 1/2 mg of finasteride twice per week on injection day. What are your thoughts on finasteride? I've heard stories about finasteride syndrome. Any thoughts on ways to stop hair loss?

To clarify, I reside in California and have been using Dutasteride for several years to combat hair loss. It's unquestionably made a significant difference. The medication is both widely accessible and affordable, but it requires a doctor who's willing to prescribe it for off-label use. I can attest to the fact that it's effectively lowered my DHT levels to 12. Although I experienced decreased libido in the initial two years, it has since rebounded, and importantly, I've managed to retain my hair.

I'm finding that genetics and possibly a healthy life style is playing a huge roll in those that use TRT. Some guys in their 60s I've seen have excellent blood work even are higher than normal doses and no problems and some guy even very young end up with all kinds of problems from high blood pressure, sleeping problems, and other problems that made them quit. I really wonder what is going on if these guys are taking care of their health or had poor health over their lifetime and go on TRT with problems. Is it's genetics or a combination. Have no idea but for me at 54 everything improved and I had low hemocrate and blood pressure and no longer anemic. A year now and blood test show excellent and in normal range.

I fully agree with you. I have been using gear since late 1996 with only two 1.5 year breaks in that whole time, and my blood work and heart scans are somehow all good.

@@RonHarrisMuscle That is amazing my friend has been using gear since 1986 and has only been on TRT now for 3 years and getting 80mg a week of cypinate which I feel that's way way to low, I don't get it as he seems to be fine with it. I have always have to ask him how his blood test is. Again, I seen his results a few times now when he gets checked and it's all excellent! Again, I don't get it. So from all the things I've seen and heard over the years Genetics and good healthy lifestyle has to be why he does so well. Dr. Adeel Khan is really making a few breakthroughs and new discoveries in repairing and reversing many problems and so far follistatin gene therapy seems to be working. I'm on the waiting list and I'm 54 years old and ready to see what I can do as I age, I still get people flipping out when they learn I'm 54, many think I'm still in my early 30s so I must be doing something right! I really believe our future is bright and I believe we will see people starting to live over One Hundred years of age. We just have some bad people in the wrong places that need to be removed!

I think TRT can possibly reduce the lifespan. I was doing my own TRT, taking approximately 100-125 mg/week and my hematocrit/hemoglobin was still elevated (near the limit). This lead to a higher blood pressure, which I was already being treated for before I began. When I got off TRT for fertility purposes, my blood pressure dropped and I began feeling lightheaded. I subsequently cut the dose of Losartan in half, and my blood pressure normalized to around 120/60 - 125/70.
The other thing I experienced on TRT was difficulty with sleep. My sleep has greatly improved after coming off. I will say that I was still taking HCG (700 units a week split in two), so it's possible that my total and free testosterone was higher than the recommended amount.

    • @quantumfx2677
      @quantumfx2677 Рік тому +4

I'm 54 and before TRT my hemocrate was 36.7. norm 40.0 -50.0 after a year on TRT it went to 41.4. I always had low blood pressure and on TRT it did end up around 117 /71. And at times 122 /77 and no longer anemic with finally normal iron levels. Before TRT I was really on a short life span now all blood work is excellent! I just keep an eye on my blood pressure to keep it under 122/77 and cayenne pepper capsules seems to do it well. And this is at 200mg cypinate, split twice a week which keeps my testosterone in healthy range.

    Hello! Question please:
How can I travel with Ovitrelle (HCG), given the fact that it has to be kept at low temperatures, in a freezer? What if I travel by plane? I'm on HRT, doing 3 days/week HCG, so I can't just miss my shots, if I travel. Thank you!

It seems like 1970s bodybuilders took a lot of pharmaceutical Dbol but we don't hear about them having any liver damage. But today's underground dbol damages the liver. Is it some contaminant in the underground pills that damages the liver?

Has Dr T seen any literature in regard to Aspirin causing a slowing of the excretion of Testosterone esters thereby increasing the free T whilst on TRT?

    Hello guys! Question please:
My Hemoglobin A1C is 5.3% and my Hematocrit is 53.7, while on HRT. . .I am taking Berberine, Omega 3-6-9, Vitamin E, Vitamin K2, Stinging nettle root and NAC. Shouldn't these be enough to lower A1C and Hematocrit? Do I have insulin resistance? Is it because of the statins? Also having a Hematocrit of 53.7 means my blood is thick and its dangerous. How can I fix this? Thank you kindly!

    Hi guys! Question:
Doc, I'm on HRT and my LDL is 181, HDL 35 with a total Cholesterol of 219. What dose of Rosuvastatin should I take to bring it down, bellow 100? Should I take it every other day, like Dr O'Connor says? Also, will Statins increase my risk of Alzheimer or Diabetes?
    Later Edit: HDL 35

    Hi gents! Question please:
Can HCG be faked? My supplier is giving me Greek HCG(Pregnyl) and sometimes I feel it's not working, the way Ovitrelle(Pharmagrade HCG) is working. So I'm wondering, can Greek HCG from Merck Sharp & Dohme be faked? Thank you!

    Hello gents! My question is:
How can I have a total testosterone of 3000 and just look like a regular guy? What am I doing wrong? Is it because I have bad genetics or is it because my body needs even more testosterone to put some serious muscles on? I'm 40 years old, on HRT, 400mg of testoserone/week, my height is 1.80 meters and I whey only 85 Kg, looking like a normal dude who goes to the gym . . .Thank you!

Hey Doc. I did not have sleep apnea until after starting anabolics. I am currently using a cpap machine to treat my sleep apnea. Outside of weight gain caused by using anabolics which contribute to sleep apnea, what other reasons would anabolics contribute to worsening sleep apnea and what recommendations do you have to counter this?
I am not overly large but my neck size has definitely increased from anabolics.
I have heard you speak about testosterone increasing red blood cells/polycythaemia...would attempting to treat these issues assist with treating sleep apnea?
Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated.

Dr. All politics aside… did the development of the COVID vaccine include people on TRT in the clinical trials? Also ,(your opinion) would their be any increased risk for taking the vaccine or boosters while on TRT as far as blood clotting? It was mandatory For me to take it. I understand if you can’t touch this question. Thanks again..
