These are such great-looking vehicles, both inside and out. My wife and I are looking at either a Sport or Touring model. They seem to come at a reasonable price for what you get.
@@WTFCRLT1 ended up with a 2019 Touring model and it’s an amazing vehicle. Just took it on a road trip to the mountains above Santa Cruz, Ca and it handled great! Thanks again for the review
I laughed when you said the push start is looking old. I’m trading in a 2010 van for a cx9 - all i wanted was bluetooth and awd. so excited to get the the extras.
Dilemma. Was going to buy a 2022 CX5 PP. But now thinking about this. Single guy. Probably too big Thoughts? I read somewhere that the 5 feels like a tin can compared to this
The CX-9 is certainly larger than the CX-5 however it’s still not too large of an SUV. Very competitive with the mid size segment, it feels smaller to drive compared to suvs like the Toyota Highlander, Kia Telluride, Honda Pilot, Acura MDX etc which is nice, without compromising actual space. Personally, if I was single without kids I’d stay away from 3-Row SUV’s however with this CX-9’s driving dynamics and luxurious feel, if the price is right I’d probably consider it if I was looking for an AWD SUV. Thanks for the comment!
The extra power doesn’t actually require premium fuel. As long as it’s under 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside, you will more than likely receive that power with regular fuel. - Alex On Autos
I’d say unless you plan on using the 3rd row consistently, go with the CX-9. If you ever need to fit taller people in the 3rd row you could always slide the 2nd row forward a little.
@@brandon32689 that’s a nice buy too. Just didn’t want to go over $30k. I do agree that you ended up with a better value. Nice work in this inflationary environment 💯
GT all the way. Heads up display and you can have a variety of interior colors. With the Signature you only have the dark brown seats. I like the parchment color of the GT's interior.
Please disregard what I previously said lol the cx-90 DOES Have a 3rd row I’m sorry about that. It also has new 6 cylinder engines and standard AWD so it may be worth the wait.
I've watched well over 20 reviews on the CX 9 and none of them have covered the features in as much detail as you. Great review!

Agreed man it’s a great suv. Wish you luck! 👍🏼

Just keep the 3rd row down it’s nice and roomy inside, roomier than the CX5
227hp 310lb-ft regular fuel
250hp 320lb-ft premium fuel

New sub, great vid.
22 carbon edition cx9 or 22 Subaru onyx edition ascent?
The Subaru may be more spacious but Mazda is the better looker
Same here. Still can't decide between those 2. Ascent is slightly bigger than this. More safety features imo. But Mazda seems more cool

Can’t decide if I should buy a used cx9 Gt or signature or a new touring. Want to stick around 42k otd
I just got the touring
I ended up buying a used 2019 CX-9 Sport CPO 30k miles and $30k OTD.
@@XPUNKFoCuS I got a 2021 Gt with 2k miles CPO for 41k

I'm interested in getting the CX-9 but I'm wondering if I should hold out for the CX-90. What are your thoughts on that?
I don’t believe the cx-90 will have a 3-rd row but I do prefer it’s styling. If you don’t need the 3rd row, I’d go cx-90
@@WTFCRLT1
Oh wow, I did not know that. I'll be needing the 3rd row so thanks for the insight!

Lol no worries! Yeah, if that's the case, I'd rather holding out a bit. I just hope the price difference won't be too much.
I can’t be the only one bothered with the future tense in this video!
The username irony almost has to be intentional however if not, I’ll work on it lol.
@@WTFCRLT1 It will throw one off, won’t it? Hahaha. The review is great otherwise, my friend.
