Finally, you have returned.it's great to have you back.I find your review's to be honest.I value your opinion because when I go to GNC,I am alway's offered a product that I am not interested in. I am currently on this product, and like your review I am having a lot of digestive problem's.I could not finish the product and found myself just purchasing German creatine to mix it in my pre and post workout drink.I have a question? Will you ever do a review on protein powder's?I hope so.

Good review dude; however, I think the product can be effective if just taken post workout since your body can only absorb so much. I don't see the purpose of taking it pre and post workout. That way, you get the most out of your money.

If not this creatine..... which do you find to be the best bang for your buck?

honestly bro, the best creatine bang for your buck is micronized monohydrate creatine. Its extremely cheap everywhere and it will last you long, and the effects have always been proven by several studies to work. Make sure its micronized though!

Tell your friends to take the Crea-Ten post workout....or just have it with a post workout meal since it taste good...forget about the protein powder....if they like protein powder so much just consume a couple of shakes during the day before workout..WTF...protein powders are the end all be all.

hey man, the createn is always taken post workout, its the best time to take creatine so whats why they took it then, and I do too, but protein is also easier to take in right after a workout too, and if i were to choose between the two, id take protein over creatine, its just more essential. But obviously both is better, so a flavourless creatine would be good since it easily mixes well with protein!
