And finally, give it time, 2-3 weeks and don't eat garbage. Personal reason for me hopping on it is to finally bench 315. Been chasing it for 2+ years as a natty. I'm 5ft 8' 170 lbs..current max 285, hopefully this pushes me to at least 300. Ty.

Since creatine gradually accumulates in the muscle then it shouldn’t make a difference pre-or post workout. I take mine during the work out in my electrolyte water.
