After upgrading the cured egg yolk, can Guga upgrade the "Butter of the Gods"?
I submit the following for consideration: make bone broth using bone marrow simmering for several hours with aromatics, allow to cool, and take the now solidified floating fat which is the "Butter of the Titans".
Also, if you then remove the solids and keep reducing, you'll end up with a non-veal demi-glace.

Hey buddy, before I say this, I know that you are the superior chef. That being said, I use honey in almost all of my home-made meat dishes. It goes extremely well with chicken specifically. My favorite ingredient when I am cooking for picky eaters (Which is pretty much everyone I cook for) is a mix of 1x1 honey and balsamic vinegar. Hey who knows, if you try it, you might like it.

@Guga and fellow Guga fans - Just a heads up, when he started coughing (yes I know he wasn’t choking, but in the off chance he did) it’s been agreed upon for first aid to AVOID smacking them on the back. This could lodge the item. Instead, just help them stay calm, encourage them to keep coughing (because remember, if they’re coughing, they’re breathing), and only when the coughing and breathing stops, administer the Heimlich to dislodge the item. Avoid reaching in their mouth. Only for babies would you utilize the back blows while holding them face down due to size. Hope this reaches someone who can save a life someday. Thank you for the awesome content!

Fry some cut in half champignons and spring onions until both having a nice brown skin. Then ad 50mil of Red wine, one half tablespoon of honey and 200ml creme. Add 2 pieces of garlic, half a teaspoon paprika powder, a pinch of pepper and salt (as much as you like) and let it simmer for 10 more minutes. Then use as Sauce. You can cut the mushrooms smaller beforehand of you like, but I like them bigger.
