This may have to be my FAVORITE video nick spot on this collab was absolutely amazing! You taught Ryan and you taught all of us lots of good cooking skills and this video was divided into lots of segments which made it organized, and the video was long, so it increased are attention span by a lot. The beef Wellington at the end was good and Ryan did a fantastic job my rating is close to Gordon’s and it’s a 9.2/10 not bad Ryan, and Nick you’re a great mentor!

Fantastic work, Ryan! We are all so proud of you and appreciate the hard work you put into this. I rate the overall dish a 9.5/10. The plating is phenomenal. The meat is almost cooked perfectly. Only thing, that could be done better is the layer of prosciutto as the texture seemed quite lumpy. Otherwise, amazing!
I loved this! Ryan cutting vegetables! He hates vegetables! 😂 These 2 are so fun to watch , i never miss any of their vids. So what a treat to see them together! ❤ And Ryan is definitely learning something important! Haley is there, somewhere, i hope! 😊
