It is said that you CAN use the FCC mod in CE region. Just make sure, after you are done with the mod, that you turn the goggles on first, then the RC and THEN the drone. Depending on your start up sequence you can decide what mode the Avata 2 is in. So you can use CE mode for slow flying with more precision and the FCC mode for much more power and less sensitivity. ( I am talking about motor power/speed not transmission power)
I did the ham.file and the signals did improve. However, after I inserted the ham file, my easy acro mode does not work anymore. Options does appear on screen to be selected but when pushing the control stick nothing happens. Even in N mode and 10m up. 😞
for antihack it will be someday another hack :))) DJI and CE from 5 km to 1 or 2 km I would understand but 300 meters ? are you freakin normal ?!!! :))) DJI want from clients in CE to fly only around house garden :)))) in that case just dont buy it or GIVE it BACK to them and ask for money BACK

the FCC ham file mod will enable your goggles to have more channels and use more bandwidth thus increasing your range. unfortunately, those in CE region is locked due to regulation
I have a question, i bought my Avata 2 in EU, so i assume it's in C1 mode.... I live in South america, i guess after comeback to my country the Avata will be automatically into a FCC Mode? @@vernelfpv thanks a lot in advance

The ham works in CE only you can't see the channel I did it yesterday and I have much better penetration
