[INGREDIENTS]
Yeast Activation:
1 Cup (240 ml) Warm Milk
3 Tsp Sugar
3 & 1/2 Tsp Dry Yeast
Dough:
3 & 1/2 Cups (420 gm) All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Water
4 Tsp Butter
[BAKING INSTRUCTION]
Preheat Oven at 200°C. Bake at 200°C for first 20 min followed by 180°C for next 30 min.

@@samruddhimirgane9586 Today I tried with 9,4,4 measurements tin . I think for 11 u may need to increase flour little more or can do with same measurements

I have been following this recipe since an year. Works well every time. My experience :-
1. Fluffy bread every time.
2. I tried entire Maida, entire atta and a mix of atta and Maida. All came out well.
3. Now I use stand mixer to mix the dough. So it’s very simple for me to make the bread.
4. Tried with instant yeast and that bread did not rise well.
5. Haven’t tried in kadhai or cooker. So don’t know about that.
I love all your recipes and I have tried most of it, they came out well
