[BAKING INSTRUCTIONS]
OTG/Convection: Preheat at 190°C for 10 min. Then bake for 12-15 min.
Kadhai/Cooker(No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 30-35 min. Might take more or less time depending on the size of parcels and your kadhai/cooker.
[INGREDIENTS]
Activate Yeast:
1/4 Cup Warm Water
1 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Dry Yeast
*You can use my no yeast pizza dough recipe if you do not want to use yeast*
Dough:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 Tsp Mixed Herbs
2 Tsp Oil
Salt as per Taste
Filling:
2-3 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Small Chopped Onion
1 Small Chopped Tomato
1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum
2 Tbsp Sweet Corn
1/2 Tsp Oregano Spice Mix
1-2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
100gm Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
Salt as per Taste
Assembly:
Some Mozzarella or Processed Cheese
1 Cheese Slice

they are NOT better than dominos, this recipe does not even come close to the actual dominos recipe. There are no tomatoes corn in dominos receipe, this is more like a pizza topping

Bro I'd ordered once a zingy parcel Fromm Domino's their dough was not cooked property and the paneer was not fresh. So this is obviously better than Domino's...🙄

I also tried today but the colour was not coming.First l applied milk n baked for half an hour, no colour was there n extended the timer again .Bug invane.Then l polished egg ,little colour came but finally it the crust was hard n the bottom was hard. Can u plz tell me how did u baked

I tried this today... I made it using rotisserie oven... the top portion was very hard... actually in rotisserie oven there were options to cook i)top n bottom ii)top alone iii) bottom alone... I generally set it to top n bottom... shd I set it to bottom alone fa it to be little soft...?
