  • How to make White Bread without egg, without dairy but still soft and fluffy. All you need are simple ingredients from your pantry and you will have your own homemade freash bread.
    Here's what you'll need:
    1 cup water (250ml)
    2 tbsp sugar(30g)
    2 tsp instant yeast(6g)
    2 and 3/4 cups all purpose flour (350g)
    1 tsp salt(4g)
    2 tbsps oil (30ml)
    Food for the soul:
    Psalms 143:10 Teach me to do your will, for you are my God; may your good Spirit lead me on level ground.

    Tried this recipe today. I needed a little more flour. But it’s been wet here lately so that’s probably why. I let it rise for 2 hours the first time and about an hour and a half the second time. Very light and fluffy bread recipe. I let it cool down for a little over an hour before cutting into it. My 13 year old son loved it and requested it for his school lunch tomorrow.

Too sweet, too salty, not enough salt, not enough sugar, hard dough to work with, dough too tough, dough too gooey, bread too hard. Your recipe perfect!!! Easy to work with dough.     I tweaked this recipe, with honey instead of sugar and i used toasted sesame oil in place of vegetable or olive oil. The results are astoundingly delicious!! The honey and the toasted nut flavor took it to the top. 1 cup of warm milk, 2 tbs of honey, 2 tbs of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of salt. I like being creative with food. Its a delicious food science project. 😊
    P.s the toasted sesame oil tempt is at 350° so, its a good oil to use for bread.

    I tried your recipe with the mentioned amount of ingredients but it did not rise. It was quiet wet with the mentioned amount but when I added more flour it became hard and the bread did not hold its shape.

      Your yeast may have been dead or your liquids too hot or too cold.

      Maybe the water wasn't hot enought, it should be almost-hot, like it is hot but you still can touch it and don't get a burn.

    Saw another recipe of yours of milk bread. The container size is 7*4*4. Is it ok for me to use a 9*5 ? In fact I just bought my loaf tin of 9*5*2.5 yesterday.

    Tried your recipe twice. Second time I used milk in place of warm water.First time came out perfect.Second time with milk,I felt the bread was dense but tasted very nice.s🎉second time I added total 40 gm sugar instead of 30 gm.What could be the reason for senseless?     Thank you very much. I did as told and it came out great. After a long search I found a great eggless bread recipe. 25 minutes was enough for me. Velvety Orange Loaf Cake, Velvety Lemon Loaf Cake Will it be good without egg..

    Mines was wet too and sticky so I dusted it with more flour and let it set for a long time and it rose my third time l just let it set longer

    It said 2 cups of flour and 3/4 but says 350grams?
    Isn't it that 1 cup is 250? So 2 is 500? 😢😢😢 I tried 350 grams and it is gooey . 😢

    I just did this recipe, and I don't know what happened, but the dough was like taffy, where did I go wrong? 😢. What's the amount if using active dry yeast? And for how long did you knead the dough?

      The recipe says instant yeast. Not active dry. Hope this helps

      So far, every recipe by Savor Easy that I've tried has came out perfect. I want to try this bread recipe but need to know if bread flour substituted for plain flour will still come out so light and fluffy.

      Bread flour is always the superior flour . You will see it be more soft and springy.
