I started making my own bread a bit over a month now. I bake a loaf about once every 5 days and this is my go to bread recipe. I love it so much. It's simple AND it tastes great. I truly recommend it for people starting to bake bread. It's truly a forgiving recipe. I want to add that if you're doing this recipe for the first time you should definitely cover it up with some foil about 15 minutes in because it browns quickly. The first time I baked this bread I burnt the top because I wasnt attentive, but I just removed the crust and it still tasted great.

I got a lot of excellent tips that I hadn’t heard/read before, and I think those really helped. My first loaf is cooling as I type - it looks beautiful, and smells divine. The way you explain how to let the dough rest and other snippets was SO useful. I made a loaf yesterday that was blah. And tried again today and omg! Soooo yummy. Thank you for this video!!!
