I definitely disagree and think not. I got rid of both my C4 & Spectrum Intelligent Filter back to back! Sometimes you just want pure simplicity. Not everybody has time to go scrolling and digging around in a phone app etc..Or in the mood for a ton of editing. For me it's about dialing in the moment as fast as possible with something that gives me the diversity tone flexibility creative sculpting pallet of tools and all within a nob turn and a dip switch flip etc...and I'm as creative as I can dream hearing it! Solid Gold FX makes amazing array of diverse top quality pedals for those who dare want more and go beyond! A multitude of sounds can be found and created and without the need of a phone or PC. Much Love to Solid Gold FX 🎶🎶🎶👌 it's all subjective my friend. It's all a matter of taste with many great companies out there to choose from. And though Source Audio are amazing geniuses in their own right regarding their amazing super in-depth pedals galore they're just not made for everyone. A lot of people find out after purchasing you have to really spend time to get the most out of it and deep dive with expanded knowledge of how the best utilize it. Or else you won't be doing it true justice! Their pedals weren't the answer for me✌🏾

Damn if it isn’t getting crazy out here with all these new pedals!!! 🤨In the REAL WORLD tho’,..Bassists WILL be hard pressed to get to use ‘em all that much for just what you’ll be or have paid for. Unless you’re in a circumstance where songs & tunes will be composed with your pedals in mind plus the Band you play in let’s you explore & express yourself in sounds/tones,…chances are that you’ll find it rare to use your collection that much!! 😒JUST SAYIN’ Folks!! Real Talk from a Veteran Musician! 😕That commented tho’ …I do love & dig my Pedals!! ..and this one ain’t bad but I have to admit that I could reproduce most of the tones on just what I’ve spent on already!! Hey, which 9V Power Adapter are you using? Thomann doesnt give you one when you buy it and Im scared of noise coming from some adapters
If you want something decent, maybe get one from Boss. They’re lasting forever and I never had noise issues with these personally
So a modulator/lfo with tap tempo + octaver + fuzz/muff ... would be nice to kinda let us know a tittle bit more exactly what on the pedal board it could replace or combine with.
For me it seems hard to use in a live session, like so many stand alone multifunction pedals. It costs as much as 3 pedals, just my personal opinion.
Those who really love these sort of pedals know immediately how to utilize this
