Never say never. Your painting business can be ran many different ways. This guy does not know everything. And this is not a cookie-cutter kind of thing. There’s a client base for every painter many personalities are different. One painting contractor may enjoy working by himself while another would rather have a crew of guys. One guy may have peace of mind on his agenda while another has money on his. I’ve been painting for over 30 years and I’ve had my own business for 16. I make anywhere from $80-$125 an hour and I’m currently eating lunch in front of the house that I’m painting while the birds are chirping… Life is good. What is your definition of success? Cheers
Hi, I have a registered business. All I need is to get insured. Should I market my business and find jobs before I find subs or employees? Or should I find workers first? How will I know they are actually ready to work if I don’t have any jobs yet?
Hi Brandon, my husband recently started his Painting Business and he really needs help on how to manage his incoming money I am really happy to helped him but we both need help. is there any video, suggestions how what we can make sure we are putting money in the correct places. For example, how to separate bills, IRS tax money and how he pays himself. Anything will help us I will appreciate it very much.
