It works well for day and a half, neutral and antibacterical. In 2018 I've discovered mineral rock and since then that is the only thing I've been using. 100% made from mineral salts, neutral, natural and no traces on shirts and works great

I stopped using deodorant a few years ago. It doesn’t make any sense why we put chemicals underneath our armpits near some of our lymph nodes. They get observed under the skin and into the body.

Yep, you are correct. When I am on the correct diet, I can cycle for over 8 hrs with no salt stains on my cycling clothes. They smell like they were just washed and I don't stink either. This is confirmed by others. Proper diet plus proper electrolyte balance goes a long way toward making deodorant companies go out of business!
It's true. I started eating nothing a very clean diet. No sugar, seed oils and nothing with wheat. I just eat fruits, vegetables and meats. I literally have no body odor. Also happier, content, and energy like I had 16 years ago.
The studies you showed actually did not support what you said at all. For example, the aluminum one. And countless studies have made enough data to tell that you absorb more aluminum from food than you do antiperspirants. Don’t spread misinformation, it is not kind.
Personally I use a natural deodorant with only ingredients that come from a natural source, like plant extracts. It may not be 100% perfect because there are still some additives in it but it's definitely a lot of times better than the normal ones.
It's actually worse. Plant extracts have many more chemicals with unpredictable properties. I'd rather have properly studied chenicals with known effects and use them effectivelly, thank you. Actually having less additives is usually worse, cause to garantee the same safety you'll have to put more quantities of those additives to make for the lack of more varied and more specific and efficient ones. A wide variety of additives are used in a sinlge product so they can be in very small doses, so non will have a detrimental effect on your body.
SO true! I was a vegetarian for the first 29 years of my life and deodorant barely even did enough for me. Went carnivore 8 months ago and now I no longer even need it! Smell better, skin cleared, lost 40 pounds, gained a ton of energy and mental clarity. It’s wild how much a meat based diet can change your life.
@Anon-Man.I second your observation. To your point, I was a life long bowel issues sufferer. Carnivore 11 months. Every time I have experimented with reintroducing a plant into my diet in any “appropriate portion” beyond just a tablespoon full, I get stomach pain, followed by intestinal discomfort and joint pain, followed by diarrhea the next morning if not sooner. I literally produce less waste, it hardly smells, and it’s less frequent. Why is no one mentioning that this may be good from an environmental point of view? Another bonus….my overall body odor IS indeed reduced. Dr Saledino may look a little crazy running around without his shirt on, but he’s not.

I have a hypersensitivity condition that affects all of my main senses especially my sense of smell. Strong smells like synthetic perfumes wreak havoc on me and manifest as severe migraines. I get over 20 migraines per month. Since I have been trying out different reactions to minimize my senses and reduce my migraines I have found that what you are explaining is 💯 accurate in my case. I am convinced that in my estimation that we are bombarding ourselves with too many chemicals. I currently have been creating my own natural oils using earthy compounds like woods oils and minerals and have had some success FYI.

It does affect body odor a lot. But in order for me to keep BO at a minimum I have to go full carnivore. Animal based is not enough, at least when it comes to the under arms.

Yep, you are correct. When I am on the correct diet, I can cycle for over 8 hrs with no salt stains on my cycling clothes. They smell like they were just washed and I don't stink either. This is confirmed by others. Proper diet plus proper electrolyte balance goes a long way toward making deodorant companies go out of business!

It's true. I started eating nothing a very clean diet. No sugar, seed oils and nothing with wheat. I just eat fruits, vegetables and meats. I literally have no body odor. Also happier, content, and energy like I had 16 years ago.

Personally I use a natural deodorant with only ingredients that come from a natural source, like plant extracts. It may not be 100% perfect because there are still some additives in it but it's definitely a lot of times better than the normal ones.

It's actually worse. Plant extracts have many more chemicals with unpredictable properties. I'd rather have properly studied chenicals with known effects and use them effectivelly, thank you.
Actually having less additives is usually worse, cause to garantee the same safety you'll have to put more quantities of those additives to make for the lack of more varied and more specific and efficient ones.
A wide variety of additives are used in a sinlge product so they can be in very small doses, so non will have a detrimental effect on your body.

SO true! I was a vegetarian for the first 29 years of my life and deodorant barely even did enough for me. Went carnivore 8 months ago and now I no longer even need it! Smell better, skin cleared, lost 40 pounds, gained a ton of energy and mental clarity. It’s wild how much a meat based diet can change your life.

@Anon-Man.I second your observation. To your point, I was a life long bowel issues sufferer. Carnivore 11 months. Every time I have experimented with reintroducing a plant into my diet in any “appropriate portion” beyond just a tablespoon full, I get stomach pain, followed by intestinal discomfort and joint pain, followed by diarrhea the next morning if not sooner. I literally produce less waste, it hardly smells, and it’s less frequent. Why is no one mentioning that this may be good from an environmental point of view? Another bonus….my overall body odor IS indeed reduced. Dr Saledino may look a little crazy running around without his shirt on, but he’s not.
This guy had a video basically saying the same thing. Vegan to carnivore. I am curious why people decide strictly on one side rather than a combination of the two. It just seems strange to me to deprive yourself of the benefits of the other end.
I know from personal experience that being healthy vastly improved the way I smelled, I rarely used deodorant, but sometimes, you just have to.. that being said, those “natural” ones.. don’t do anything.. at all. 🤦🏼♂️

I have used thai salt spray deodorant for years. If you put enough spritzes on, letting it dry in between, it is very effective
Check with your healthcare practitioner, but magnesium (not oxalate) will prevent smell. Also baking soda
*I make my own fragrances with whiskey, vanilla, rosemary, and lemon.* I also spray it on my outer clothes, not my skin.

I have a hypersensitivity condition that affects all of my main senses especially my sense of smell. Strong smells like synthetic perfumes wreak havoc on me and manifest as severe migraines. I get over 20 migraines per month. Since I have been trying out different reactions to minimize my senses and reduce my migraines I have found that what you are explaining is 💯 accurate in my case. I am convinced that in my estimation that we are bombarding ourselves with too many chemicals. I currently have been creating my own natural oils using earthy compounds like woods oils and minerals and have had some success FYI.
