They have to be run 100-130k miles before their batteries are shot to match the environmental damage of battery replacement. But none of this is ready for real time and if we examine facts they are currently not proving their worth or claim in any facet. There was a 2020 EPA study that proved exactly that and a 2022 as well. It just never ends up on the president's desk for reasons... Also I live in the worst air quality area in the USA. A valley surrounded by mountains, pollen, mold spores, fires set to dispose of trash, mining refineries, field burning, and wildfires all make the air quality amongst the worst worldwide. Yet people think it's clean because they can't smell smog and don't understand air pollution and what damage 500ppm of wildfire smoke will do to you! 200PPM is just an average day and 300-400 is more typical. I believe science and fact and I hate to tell you but all of it dispel's fantasy land EV's. But we have too much money tied up with political connections and money to go the other route. I'm just waiting until we get to show off technology other countries have been peddling forever 10 years from now. It's how things seem to always go.
