    I love my X60 when I need isolation, but if I’m in a quiet room the X65 are my favorite headphones 😊
    They have much more details and a wider stage feeling.

    So great build, good look, comfort and very good tuning. I'm very surprised about technical performance. DT770 has good techs and great soundstage for a closed back, but judging by my experience with X65, X60 should be miles above. However, for those who are not into EQ, X60 looks like almost only choice. SRH840 and K371 are technically middling and build is a joke. DT770 is robust and reasonably priced, but EQ is a must.

    Not sure about the x60s, but the x65 open back has such insane detail it taught me where there were mistakes in mainstream recordings and that they are a tool more than for listening to music for pleasure, unless pleasure includes wincing at mastering mistakes make years ago.

    I had the 770 250 ohm.. And even beeing close back they show a kind of wide sense of stage.. Better than the 999 pro where the vocals are so far away from your ears.. In a game where high and bass win hands down.. The mids are basically forgotten somewhere.. Now happy owner of a 6xx

    The legends that you are speaking of, specially the Sony, have become legends in studios because they were cheap, will do the job for artists, easily maintained, built like a tank and studios have dozens of them in a closet. As more and more information is in todays music the former legends just won't cut it. Present and newly developed hp monitors nowadays are tuned to handle more information across the frequency.

      And also the hinge on the K371 breaks super easily. Do not take them to the gym these headphones have to be handled like absolute sissies else they break! Mine broke after 4 months of use. Bought in November 2033. And they just sent me a new one.

    This is the most Stupid Review I have ever seen!!! First of all: Off course the HI-X 60 is capable to reproduce "HiRes" Sound, with an Frequency Range from 5 to 28Khz!!! How long you are in this business? You know nothing after all this Years!!! I could write so many things that you get wrong or don,t have a clou about almost anything!!! But i want keep it short. This Headphone is not alone behind the Beyer in Terms of Resolution, Details, Soundstage, Clarity, Dynamics, micro Details and so on, but plays in a Price range double of the Price Tag of 430$ !!! Technically it,s a Headphone that plays in Regions of (for example) an Focal Elegia, or even an Dan Clark Stealth! And the build Quality is even better! Check the Review from No ThemeReviews! Maybee you can learn something! Nice Greetings anyhow, but for me this Headphones are an clear 5*!What i would criticice is the Sub Bass roll off and the Mid Treble! It,s to bright in this Region, at least for me and i am 50 Years old!

    • @SuperReview
      @SuperReview  Рік тому +10

      Hi-Res certification requires a frequency response that exceeds 40kHz, which the specs for this do not claim.
      And curious that your only complaint about the headphone is sub-bass rolloff, when that's something else it doesn't have. squig.link/headphones/?share=Super_OE_Target,Austrian_Audio_Hi-X60

      I personally think Mark is one of the best reviewers on UA-cam who always tries to be dead non-biased and rational about the products. Sometimes I do not agree with him, but he helped me a lot to save money on not-spending it on hyped products. If you prefer reviewers who are over excited in the beginning and change their words after a while, go check other channels (there is a popular one).

      @@SuperReview You don,t believe in this "HIRES" Certification BS the same as me! I mean everybody that have 2 Brain cells and know that cheap crapy China Bluetooth HP years ago got this Certification, must know that this is a hoax! I mean by that not Hires Files just the Certification!!! The 2. thing is: i trust my ears and they tell me, that the Hi- X 60 has the same Bass roll off as the Hi-X 55 and 65. Yes i do have the first 2 that i mentioned and i bought the 65 together with the 60, but choose to give it back and keep the 60. Frequency Graphs never ever can tell the whole Story and i give a s.... about them. I also have the Hi-X 15 which is totally different to the others. More Consumer Like! No Sub Bass roll off but a little boomy and muddy and has an even Higher Problem with the Highs. (harsh and sometimes really annoying because piercing, but still much better then the AKG 371 which i also own. The Akg 361 is one of the crapiest build HP ever, but Soundwise much better than the 371! And the bigest Problem with the Beyers (the old Generation), is that they all have the "Beyerpeak" around 8k. Everybody knows that. For the new Generation i must shut up, cause i never heard one. Peace!
