DUDE YOU FUCKING ROCK Thank you super talented and a highly knowledgeable teacher I've been playing for 15 yrs discovered drop d very early and never looked back lol
Great lesson mate, really helped. Great teacher. Out with the LP Gibson, heavy metal setting on my new amp, and lets see what the neighbours think of my new techniques. Subscribed
it would be nice if you also threw in tabs of what u played in this video to give us newbies something to start off with and add too something to think about for u :)
It is me again, nice to see that you've made some BM lessons recently. I am curious how high is Majesty and Decay by Immolation and Enuma Elish by Rotting Christ on your list? :) Keep up the great work!
quality as per....dies irae or twilight of the gods by bathory thank you please\m/ p.s im growing a viking inspired beard in anticipation of either of aforementioned metal masterworks...keep up the great work....let your raven fly!!! \m/
Do you remember what setting position your low mid and high are set at on your amp and/or pedal that help you achieve the tone of distortion you have here, and if so can you share please or any opinion what would be good settings? Please and thank you! \m/
And also, I am planning to get and audio interface for a guitar, but I am kinda limited in the amounts of money... I've seen you used Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 in one of your videos, it is very affordable. But what are cons of this one? And are there any better alternatives available for the same price?
Niķita Zrelovs I think it's great for the money. If I was to go back in time, the only thing I would do differently is to buy one with more inputs for recording more instruments/tracks simultaneously.
Awesome video Simon it's like I'm putting alot of pieces of a puzzle together listening to your lessons keep up the good work Sir .
👍
This is something I've been wanting to know for awhile as a beginner... thank you!

Great video you are really helping me. I have a line 6 mark 4. 75 watt amp how can I get my sound somewhat close to yours ??
Liked the video just for the major third camera look lol
Nu metal is known for using Drop tunings. But can you do Nu metal in standard tuning?
Do you remember what setting position your low mid and high are set at on your amp and/or pedal that help you achieve the tone of distortion you have here, and if so can you share please or any opinion what would be good settings? Please and thank you! \m/
FreakDaGeek kind of sounds like reverb on 5. Maybe just a suggestion peace
