I need the accountability. I make it a week or two on carnivore then I buy crap again. Over and over. June 1 weigh in 241.8 lbs
I know where you are coming from. Last 6 months doing the exact same as you….those binges would make me curl up into a ball causing me extreme stomach pain for day or two. Binge might be 1 day up to 2 weeks with anywhere from 12 to 14 pounds gained if it went 2 weeks. In last 3 months I finally just truly took a look at myself & my yoyo binges…told myself enough is enough. No more letting EMOTIONS rule the way I eat!! So now I Make sure I Always have Prepped Meats in my fridge!! No cheese or pepperoni it causes me to grab them first & they are inflammatory to my body & addictive. I’m Carnivore so that’s the type of meats I eat. ALSO I Never snack…ever….if my craving becomes unbearable that tells me I Did Not eat enough Fat & Protein at previous meal to be satiated. So at craving moment I Eat a Carnivore Meal…not a Snack. If & when I decide to eat a Ketovore meal or a complete day of Ketovore I ALWAYS weigh my foods & ALWAYS eat 20 Total carbs or less for that day.
Being an extreme sugar addict I know for myself I even have to watch the artificial sweeteners…..I very seldom have them….it causes my binges/cravings to start occurring in my body. Don’t want to take the chance……going in & out of being fat adapted during binges is so so hard…takes days of total control to get back to being fat adapted….WE ARE STRONGER THAN THAT MOMENT OF EMOTIONAL EATING….we can & will overcome our binges. Let’s do this June Challenge Strong & In Charge of our choices to eat Clean….it will be so Empowering Cowgirl1984x! ❤❤❤❤❤❤. Judy

That’s where I started more than two years ago. I’ve been 💯 % carnivore and maintaining with very little effort at 165 lbs and then I started having Stevia in my heavy cream laden coffee. My coffee drinking increased and my overall appetite increased and I put on an extra 15 lbs in less than two months. Now I’m officially off the flavored coffee and back to intermittent fasting. I’m excited for you because I know how much better you’ll be feeling as your journey progresses. Let’s go!

I’m in. Starting weight 375. I will do one 36 hour fast per week. I average 12,500 steps per day, I’ll try and bump that up to 15,000 per day for the month of June.

So I had an accident and broke 3 bones in my ankle. I had 2 surgeries to repair. I'm the only one on carnivore in my house. So when I couldn't get up to cook I ended up not doing it. So for the last 4 months while I was healing I was SAD. In more ways than one. I gained 23 lbs and the joint pain became unreal. I'm not walking yet but I am mobile and can cook for myself again. So 4 day on now. I think I peed 40 gallons of fluid so far. Joint pain already way better. So I was 278 lbs. But I'm so ready to be back on. No sugar, no carbs, no cheating. Love you guys.
Oh yikes! That sounds awful! I used to turn to SAD food for comfort too. After my appendix ruptured I did the same thing. I ate everything in sight.

Hi Guys! I had my yearly Dr. check up on Thurs afternoon & weight at 156. I’m 5’7” and 65 yrs old. I have been indulging for Memorial Day so gained a few #’s. However, last Aug when I started Carni - I was 178 lbs. tired, sick, high BP and on meds. Now? Feel great, norm BP now - no meds and my dr is giving me FULL blood work with EKG and the works. My Dr is low carb and very aware of Carni so I’m thrilled. I’m going to do Lion Diet now with you guys! I really want to get to under 150 for the summer. 👍❤️

Starting at 151.4 and, to give perspective, my husband is the same weight but a foot taller than me. I am doing this challenge for the weight loss but more for my mental health and getting out of the binge/restrict cycle. For that reason, I don't plan on fasting very much, but I will incorporate intermittent fasting every once in a while. My goal is a healthier relationship with eating and losing about 10 pounds or at least building muscle and losing fat.
When I began Intermittent Fasting I started by stopping my eating by 8 pm and Fasted until breakfast. It usually was a 10-14 hour Fast. So remember, when you’re sleeping, you’re Fasting. Good luck!

Yes I did pretty good for the month of May. I was 167 and I lost 4 pounds so I’m 163 so that was good for me. I generally only maybe lose 5 pounds a month. It goes slow thank you for the challenge. I was happy to be part of it, you all did well to me and you went on vacation

I do intermittent fasting, but never did 24 hours. I'm in, but I actually lost almost 2 pounds since last Saturday! So I am starting this morning at 141.3 lbs. I started over 2 years ago at 204. I'm currently doing a 7 day water fast plus 1 cup of black coffee and/or tea daily. I have wanted to fast for months but just couldn't get started. Finally did. Getting started is the most difficult thing.

Blessings from Northern Kentucky! I’m ready June Challengers but have a confession already 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I made it 2 hours before succumbing to my BP Coffee addiction! Thank goodness I’m on a month of June Challenge still have 29 days to work on this dang addiction of mine 😁😵💫. Hey I’m looking on the positive side there could be a box of Donuts sitting next to my coffee….my Old SAD way of eating.

71 years young, on no medication since 2018 when I was Blessed to have found the Ketogenic way of eating. I started as a strict Keto till 2022. Found out I was tired of constantly throwing away rotting vegetables that I was forgetting to eat. I naturally fell into Carnivore/Ketovore, IF (18:6), 2 meals a day. Now a days I’m probably eating Carnivore 6 days and one day might have a Ketovore meal.
I do enjoy once in a while doing Dr Boz 72 hour Sardine Challenge. I’ve completed about 4 or 5 in last year. Doesn’t hurt that I like eating sardines, mackerel, even cod liver in the can too. Usually once a week I crave canned sardines & mackerel with red wine vinegar & yellow mustard chopped all up in a bowl. My mouth just started salivating!!🤣🤣🤣🤣 It’s amazing how one’s taste changes when becoming carnivore & the choices in meats that you are willing to try. I now love Boars Head Beef Liverwurst👍👍

I'm in. I'm not posting my weight because I'm SHORT, lol, and people will almost immediately assume I don't need to lose weight. But I'm suffering from a lot of inflammation due to trying to add a few things back into my diet the past few months. My lw was about 15 lighter than today so I'm using June to jumpstart that! I'm an experienced extended faster so I'll be doing a similar fasting pattern as Larry, but only two days... Saturday and Sunday. If I feel good, I might throw the occasional Monday into the mix! Jumpstart June has begun 😁

I was rolling good in November and lost down to 160-SO excited to get to 150’s! …THEN, looking for holiday comfort and flavors, added stevia and cheese and stress from a sudden shift as a para pro and this morning I am at 178. I PLAN to fast Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I don’t do breakfast, so for me ends up being 26 hr fast. BUT
In summer I work in a kitchen for AFA camps where we dish up some pretty TASTY dishes and dessert so that will be a CHALLENGE on its own. I gotta put my armor on now! Lol

I think it’s safe to say Larry is sensitive to dairy, cheese in particular, and Cassie too, time to purge the house of it. Dairy is my weakness and I find it makes me eat way more than I otherwise would, I really noticed this with the keto chow shakes! The dairy ones I can drink and drink, especially with HWC, but when I have the Core version with Beef protein and butter, I don’t have any cravings, I’m satisfied after 1 shake. Love you guys. You got this!

Weighed in this morning at 136, and I’m planning on doing a 72hr fast every week. My weight goal is 125, but I’m doing this mostly to get rid of my RA pain and inflammation. Been mostly Lion diet the past 3 weeks, but I think fasting w/lion will help even more. 😊

Starting weight: 215.6. My goal is to lose at least 20 pounds this month. I am so inflamed!! I know I will lose 10 pounds in the first few days just by going back to clean carnivore. I allowed coffee, cream and cheese to creep back in and those are like gateway drugs to me. Once I let them in it is so much easier to say yes to sugar and carbs. Even though I know how sick they make me and the pain and suffering they cause. And once I am off the carnivore "wagon" it is hell getting back on. Best to ride this wagon train the rest of my life. I am so happy to have the support of this community!

Hi guys! This will be my first challenge. Started March 1 at 366 now 324.0. I cut out sugar, carbs, and artificial sweeteners. Had a few slips nut overall doing ok. Walking 30 to 40 minutes daily.
Had an emotional situation in March. still adjusting to my new life. emotional eating put a few pounds back on, so I am starting June at 205. going to be intermittent fasting as best I can, I did pretty good with that before. I want to join Cassie in the under 200 club!

Starting at 272. I traveled in May and got way off track, gaining 7 lbs. I am excited for a new month.
Back up to 146. I thought some was period weight but we'll see. I will fast at least 2 days a week. We've got this!

189.8. I've gained about 35 lbs since last Thanksgiving (about 6 mo). I've learned that I'm truly addicted to carbs and cannot moderate them. So, I'm up for the challenge. I'm also giving up sugar (real and fake) and am going to exercise at least 2 x/week. Best wishes everyone!

Starting at 179 today.
I too am up around 20 pounds in about 2 or 2.5 months. I need a good kick in the butt! Getting back to routine fasting and cleaning up my food choices!

I am so looking forward to June challenge as well. I have been maintaining the last 2 months. I need to lose some weight. My starting weight is 154.2. and I am hoping to get down to 145 by the end of June. I will be fasting every Wednesday and try to fast another day each week. I have not fasted in months other than intermittent fasting every day. I will be taking long fasts a little slow this month to get back into the swing of fasting. I love watching your channel.
