Thanks, good information. I sock the 5-6 prunes in the water for 24 hours to get rid of sugar. Is it still beneficiary for my osteoporosis as for male of 72?
Yes, I think it’s because of the boron... right? Unfortunately dried fruit causes me teeth sensitivity.., so I will always go for fresh juicy fruits....
Prunes are also rich in phenolic compounds, which may inhibit bone resorption and stimulate bone formation. In a clinical trial with post-menopausal women, researchers found that prunes may help prevent bone loss and preserve bone structure, reducing the risk of osteoporotic fracture. I love plums exactly as they are! But I’m a little afraid of the acrylamides they contain. Can you tell me how much acrylamide is inside the typical plum? Doctors are saying we’re not supposed to take in more than 117 micrograms daily. Thank you!
Don't you know that prunes are just dried plums? You have got to be joking with that question. I certainly hope you are. A prune is a plum that has been dried.😄
I eat them too fast, so I like to dry them out a little more in an open container in the fridge. Then I have prune jerky to snack on. Don't knock it before you try it 😝😋‼️
Thank you Jesus that you are always available to all who call on you night and day for whatever reason. Trust. 🙏

Plums or prunes??? Which one? They are two different fruits. 😯
The picture and heading shows prunes but she keeps saying plums. Hmmmm...
Prunes are dried plums like raisins are dried grapes. She keeps saying (dried) plums.
