Thanks! Can you do the goblet shape, inverted triangle, and square? In other words, focusing on body types with narrow hips, fuller stomachs, and larger upper halves…the less “thick” shapes I would call it.

I'm short waisted with long legs so I'm basically straight up and down. My waist is the same as my hips!!! Try buying womens jeans with that figure. I've never had a waist even when I was much younger and weighed less. I'm still at an OK weight but I look chunky because my weight lands in my middle! Oh woe is me! LOL

As an apple, while bulking( I am skinny) i end up gaining excess belly fat, how do i go about it?
And losing back fat?
It can be tricky, but you need to do more intense workouts when bulking

You need to train hard. Lift heavy and do challenging exercises like pull ups and lots of push ups

Start with the short sessions 10, 20 minutes then advance to the harder ones
