    I don’t know if i am apple shaped i might be inverted triangle but it makes me too sad that i gain weight mostly in my upper body i am so jealous of pear shaped women😔

      I feel exactly the same , really!! . I understand your pain 😭😔😭😔😭. I have the sameeee type of body. And my body looks so weird in every cloth it's devastating. I don't even i have clothes to wear on normal bases plus I'm fat . Like... I'm 60 freaking kg 😭😭😭😭

      @@yoongisboopnose i don’t have thigh gap either and still i try to fit in blouses and most shirts,tshirts etc don’t look good on me because of my breast, back and arms

      @@namratajain378 you are kidding me right? Noone likes these body shapes everyone prefers pear and it looks better than being top or middle heavy. Shorts look bad on us they make our legs look very slim compared to our upper body we look like men😭😭

    Thanks! Can you do the goblet shape, inverted triangle, and square? In other words, focusing on body types with narrow hips, fuller stomachs, and larger upper halves…the less “thick” shapes I would call it.

    Sir I have a pear shaped body ( Triangle). So Upper body is short compared to lower body
    And i don't like to train my lower body to become lean. Just i want to increase my upper body sizee

    As an apple, while bulking( I am skinny) i end up gaining excess belly fat, how do i go about it?
    And losing back fat?

      It can be tricky, but you need to do more intense workouts when bulking

      I recommend focus more on 45min to 1hour walking and running in place workouts.

    Like if i talk about myself then the scene is i have MUSCULAR legs nd mostly my fat stores in Belly nd love handles tighs having stretch Marks at lower back hips my age is 22
    Whereas it take s me so hard to gain upper body like chest shoulders not getting muscle mass or fat there what can be the reason genetics? How can i fix it??

      You need to train hard. Lift heavy and do challenging exercises like pull ups and lots of push ups

    Thank you. I have a question tho. For the pear shaped body, if i want to lose weight When doing the HIIT Cardio and the Full body strength workout as you mentioned in the video. Which one should I start with? I heard once that it’s important to know which one to start with, but I forgot which one.

      Start with the short sessions 10, 20 minutes then advance to the harder ones

      I'd recommend you alternate cardio and strength workouts. All full body workouts

    I'm short waisted with long legs so I'm basically straight up and down. My waist is the same as my hips!!! Try buying womens jeans with that figure. I've never had a waist even when I was much younger and weighed less. I'm still at an OK weight but I look chunky because my weight lands in my middle! Oh woe is me! LOL
