I’m going to be updating weekly. Week 1: Day 1: 23 inches Day 2: 22 inches Day 3: 22 inches Day 4: 22 inches Day 5: 21 inches Day 6 21 inches Day 7: 21 inches. I did this 3x a day and lost 2 inches on my legs. I was surprised because I saw results on the second day rather than the fifth /sixth. Week 2: Pending.

No words to say thanks.I put in extra pounds over 5,6 year period.I had been doing Zumba,HIIT etc but never consistently.Your workouts have so much variety that no one gets bored hence no loss of consistency.I’ve lost from 86 kg to 78.waist 36 to 32.5, chest from 40 to 39( breast feeding 6 month old)the most stubborn hip 45 to 43. My eldest is 9 year old and my hip size has never dropped a cm in that period. I am more energetic, less sugar cravings,not thinking about munching all the time and a happy mum.😇💐😘😍🤗
finally! I struggled with my thighs for over two years and no matter how many workouts I tried, I never achieved what I wanted. Wow! I tried this workout this week and lost 1.5 inches in my hips and .5 inch in each thigh!!!!! I also lost .5 inch in my waist. I was skeptical but wow. Thank you.

Day 5 only, already lost 1.5cm from hips- thats with missing two days in between, and after having half pint ice cream, and Ive Hashimoto’s disease. I do maintain low carb generally, and did yoga on one of the two days I missed. This is amazing- usually no exercise works for me, including the 30 min hiit workouts I've been doing.
I challenge myself for a week. I am 24 years old. Little bit background. I weight 56 kgs. My measurements Upper tummy is 29 inch. Lower tummy is 34 inch My hips 37.5 Upper Left thigh 22 Upper Right thigh 22 I am doing Lucy’s this workout & 15 minutes walking exercise ,belly fat workout, booty lift workout. Alright! Let’s do this. Day 1: completed. Feels energized.happy. Little tough. But made through whole exercise. Day 2: sweating sweating. Was also a little sore on hips and thighs. Completed exercise. Day 3: almost didn’t feel like working on exercise. Just being lazy. Had thoughts of what’s the harm in missing one day?! But I didn’t. It was just the matter of 7 minutes. Made through whole exercise. Proud of me.
In just over a week of this workout I’ve lost 1” from my thighs and surprisingly a half inch from my upper arms. A week later lost another 1/2” off thighs. Doing this just once every morning. Thank you Lucy!

Day one 😀 .. done ✅ . Started tracking my measurements and will update after 7 days. Update ( Day 7) If your scrolling to see if this works, YES this works if you follow what Lucy mentions. Loss 4.75 inches in total!!! Pear 🍐 zones: 1.5 inch from hip, 0.5 in from thigh, and 1.5 in from waist. In addition I did low impact cardio like Lucy mentioned 4-5x week. Hi Lucy, I have been doing some of your different challenges for a year now and I have gone down from size 12/14 to 10. I am so happy as it has helped me to control my diabetes too. I have been doing a variety of Lucy's 7-minute exercise videos for 9 months now. I can really attest to them making a difference with weight loss, toning, shaping and increasing cardiovascular fitness. I do this daily 5 days a week, together with using my spinning disc for waist trimming and walk my dog every day for 30 minutes. The weight loss is very slow for me, I feel that I am toning and strengthening and building muscles hence not showing much change on the scales but I tried some outfits on that were in my cupboard for an outing in the city tonite and I was so pleased that many pieces of clothing that I had been holding onto for years, still in good nic, now fit me so that was a pleasant surprise and a morale booster that I am making a difference. My doctor is pleased with me too. My cholesterol was a little high and I was borderline diabetic. Within 6 months of exercising, after getting my second set of blood test results back, my cholesterol is now dramatically falling, I am no longer borderline diabetic and my pulse rate has reduced, all thanks to Lucy's videos and a personal commitment. My doctor has said that it looks like I will not have to go on medication now and to keep at it. Thanks Lucy! :-)
Day 4 now, Im doing different variations - toning legs, loosing belly fat and this video. I dont see anything yet, but after doing those 3 videos... oh boy Im sweating! I will keep going until I see results but you need a healthy diet folks with it!
So I have finished the challenge and trust me I lost two inches from my hip. I'm not thick but my hip was very vide I wanted a body sculpting. I have abs .I have not found a video tht instructs on ab workout for pear shape .....but this is for those who search for result in comment section. I highly recommend this for what it is.
I have PCOS and it became very difficult for me to get into shape. Then I followed this pear shaped body exercise plus 20 mins indoor walking, and the results are amazing. My belly got smaller, those side flabs on my waist started disappearing. It works as magic.
Im on day 3 of this and i'm really liking this workout. Move 2 i find the hardest but i've lost weight already! can't wait to reach day 7 and see the results :)

I have been doing 7 minutes challenges for belly legs and pear shaped on and off .. but for the past 10 days i have been consistent ... along with one hour slow paced walk ... i have lost 2.5 inches from upper waist .. 2 inches from belly , 1 inch from hips and 1 from thighs .. but i also eat clean and now a days i am doing intermittent fasting ... so alongwith workouts and excercises ,, healthy diet matter alot ..

The minimum you can take is 1200 kcal dear. Pls dont take too little foods. You need it or else you'll get yoyo effect or you will even gain weight when your body turns into starvation mode.
I am so out of shape and my heart rate is really bad. I started this today and Unfortunately although it seems easy, but I had to pause it 2 times to catch my breath. I am sweating like a beast now. I hope soon I’ll be able to do this without pausing the video. Thank you 🙏🏼 I
I have to say now day 4, I am feeling great, sweating a bit less, no pausing, and I also add to my routine the 7 minutes for slimmer legs. I feel that my butt and thighs are getting more shapely and tighter. But still no size change as of yet. I maybe burning fat and making muscle a bit bigger, that might be why I still don’t see size change. I’ll keep you all posted.

I have lost 2cm off my waist, doing 7 day workouts. I only measure once a month, so couldn't tell which one specifically. I am pear shaped & the last 2 workouts I did were the apple and this one. 👍🏻👊💦💁🏻👟😀yass!!!
Just completed this workout before work. Love it. I am not "pear shaped," I am more "hour glass-curvy." Nevertheless, I love it. I find that since starting menopause I have been holding extra weight around my waist and thighs, so this will be helpful. Thanks Lucy.

I forgot to take any measurements so I can't tell you if I lost any inches but, I do feel as though my thoughts look more toned. I still have a lot to lose but hopefully I'm on the way. Next I'm going to do the ab and thigh 7 day challenge as well as continuing my couch to 5k challenge.
Thanks to this I've lost 6cm (2.36 inches) in my hips and all that after 7 days. Thank you so much Lucy! I also lost 2 cm in my thighs and 0.5cm in calves 😁😁. I will definitely continue with this program.😆

The waist and thighs look less flabby than it used to be, and have lost quite a bit of back and arm fat as well. @@angelanders7391 When I checked with the measuring tape by the end of week 1, I saw that I lost an inch from the hips and an inch from the thighs. The change was definitely noticeable - couldn't help staring in the mirror and going "Whoa, did that just happen?".

Am going to start the arm workout and this pear one from today and gonna be consistent. My hips measure 41inches and thighs measure about 24inches.. wish me! Day 1: Holy mother.. did i sweat.. its not at all as simple as it looks.. i didnt knw if i gave justification for the last move but i feel really great Day 2: i was able to complete the last move this time... and it gets better.. i combined it with 7min arms and cycling for 20mins.. feeling refreshed to face the day. and oddly my cravings for unhealthy food has reduced since this workout. Odd 😜But not complaining Day 3: its the festival of lights in india and stayed away from all sweets except for a few morsels of puffed rice.. i somehow squeezed in the workout and am super proud of myself Day 4: done Day 5: done Day 6: usually i would be sweating buckets by the third move but today i barely worked up a sweat by the 6th move.. happy to know that my stamina is improving so i a combining four of the 7 .minutes challange from today. Hi Lucy, I am following your 7mins 7days workouts. I am happy with the results as i had mentioned in my comment on that video but I feel my stomach is responding better to those exercises as compared to my hip part. So thought of trying these work outs from today.
I started today and I need to be honest... I dont think that just 7 minutes of this in one week will make my hips smaller. I am doing diet and strong exercises for one week and ı lost nothing of hips

Hi Lucy, I have been doing some of your different challenges for a year now and I have gone down from size 12/14 to 10. I am so happy as it has helped me to control my diabetes too. I have been doing a variety of Lucy's 7-minute exercise videos for 9 months now. I can really attest to them making a difference with weight loss, toning, shaping and increasing cardiovascular fitness. I do this daily 5 days a week, together with using my spinning disc for waist trimming and walk my dog every day for 30 minutes. The weight loss is very slow for me, I feel that I am toning and strengthening and building muscles hence not showing much change on the scales but I tried some outfits on that were in my cupboard for an outing in the city tonite and I was so pleased that many pieces of clothing that I had been holding onto for years, still in good nic, now fit me so that was a pleasant surprise and a morale booster that I am making a difference. My doctor is pleased with me too. My cholesterol was a little high and I was borderline diabetic. Within 6 months of exercising, after getting my second set of blood test results back, my cholesterol is now dramatically falling, I am no longer borderline diabetic and my pulse rate has reduced, all thanks to Lucy's videos and a personal commitment. My doctor has said that it looks like I will not have to go on medication now and to keep at it. Thanks Lucy! :-)
Day 4 now, Im doing different variations - toning legs, loosing belly fat and this video. I dont see anything yet, but after doing those 3 videos... oh boy Im sweating! I will keep going until I see results but you need a healthy diet folks with it!

So I have finished the challenge and trust me I lost two inches from my hip. I'm not thick but my hip was very vide I wanted a body sculpting. I have abs .I have not found a video tht instructs on ab workout for pear shape .....but this is for those who search for result in comment section. I highly recommend this for what it is.

I have PCOS and it became very difficult for me to get into shape.
Then I followed this pear shaped body exercise plus 20 mins indoor walking, and the results are amazing.

I have been doing 7 minutes challenges for belly legs and pear shaped on and off .. but for the past 10 days i have been consistent ... along with one hour slow paced walk ... i have lost 2.5 inches from upper waist .. 2 inches from belly , 1 inch from hips and 1 from thighs .. but i also eat clean and now a days i am doing intermittent fasting ... so alongwith workouts and excercises ,, healthy diet matter alot ..

Thank you for posting videos now I have the mindset to be healthier. Just to know my this only takes minutes and you feel it for hours is great. I'm looking forward to results. Can you do more than one workout without being sore? My doctor says I have to loose 100 lbs and that makes me very scared.Being pear shape is certainly different for me.

700kacal is too less. Take care
The minimum you can take is 1200 kcal dear. Pls dont take too little foods. You need it or else you'll get yoyo effect or you will even gain weight when your body turns into starvation mode.

I have to say now day 4, I am feeling great, sweating a bit less, no pausing, and I also add to my routine the 7 minutes for slimmer legs. I feel that my butt and thighs are getting more shapely and tighter. But still no size change as of yet. I maybe burning fat and making muscle a bit bigger, that might be why I still don’t see size change. I’ll keep you all posted.

I have lost 2cm off my waist, doing 7 day workouts. I only measure once a month, so couldn't tell which one specifically. I am pear shaped & the last 2 workouts I did were the apple and this one. 👍🏻👊💦💁🏻👟😀yass!!!

Just completed this workout before work. Love it. I am not "pear shaped," I am more "hour glass-curvy." Nevertheless, I love it. I find that since starting menopause I have been holding extra weight around my waist and thighs, so this will be helpful. Thanks Lucy.

I'm so pleased I have completed this 7 day challenge as I have started so many times but always got to day 3/4 then gave up. I forgot to take any measurements so I can't tell you if I lost any inches but, I do feel as though my thoughts look more toned. I still have a lot to lose but hopefully I'm on the way. Next I'm going to do the ab and thigh 7 day challenge as well as continuing my couch to 5k challenge.

@@anam2916 Super drago mi je zbog tebe. I meni se sviđa vježba i vježbat ću je svaki dan. Prošla 2 tjedna sam dobila centimetar i pol u bokovima tj. guzi jer sam vježbala sasvim suprotnu vježbu. Naravno rezultati su bili jako brzi, ali se ne osjećam lagodno s velikom guzom, mala i utrenirana je ipak mnogo ljepša, po mom mišljenju.

Have got the Pear Shape plan mentioned in the link: am starting it today (along with the exercise in this video, will also be doing a 7 min belly fat workout and a walking for weight loss workout everyday). Here's hoping it's all uphill from here. Carpe diem!
EDIT: Have been doing this regularly for a month now, and the results are very much rewarding. The waist and thighs look less flabby than it used to be, and have lost quite a bit of back and arm fat as well. As for wearing tops and tees that used make me look too beefy, I don't look much that way now. Super effective workout, and will continue it further. Thanks, Lucy! 😃
In a week, did you lose a lot from the hips?
@@angelanders7391 When I checked with the measuring tape by the end of week 1, I saw that I lost an inch from the hips and an inch from the thighs. The change was definitely noticeable - couldn't help staring in the mirror and going "Whoa, did that just happen?".

@@angelanders7391 Oh yes you can. This made all the difference for me than the typical gym workouts - Lucy's exercises are more effective.

So here are the results-no significant change seen in hip size at all...inner thighs have been decreased but not much..just a lil bit.. according to me the workout made my lower body burn only uptil 2nd or 3rd day..as it was not burning after that no change was seen ..moving on to next hitt workout

Day 1: Holy mother.. did i sweat.. its not at all as simple as it looks.. i didnt knw if i gave justification for the last move but i feel really great
Day 2: i was able to complete the last move this time... and it gets better.. i combined it with 7min arms and cycling for 20mins.. feeling refreshed to face the day. and oddly my cravings for unhealthy food has reduced since this workout. Odd 😜But not complaining
Day 3: its the festival of lights in india and stayed away from all sweets except for a few morsels of puffed rice.. i somehow squeezed in the workout and am super proud of myself

Also i lost 2kgs since i started her workouts for the past 2weeks.. now i have created a playlist of my own of a set of lucys exercises so it would round up to an hour.

Hi Lucy, I am following your 7mins 7days workouts. I am happy with the results as i had mentioned in my comment on that video but I feel my stomach is responding better to those exercises as compared to my hip part. So thought of trying these work outs from today.
