If you want a done-for-you plan, join the 6-week weight loss challenge. I will show you exactly what to eat and exercises to do to lose up to 10kgs (22lbs): briansyuki.com/your-challenge/
This is what I got from this video: 1. Water with lemon, every morning and before every meal. 2. I weight myself every 5 days. 3. Bought a treadmill and started walking for 30 minutes a day. 4. Eat dinner for breakfast, lunch at lunch and breakfast at dinner. You want the heaviest meal to begin your day and the lightest before you go to bed. 5. Eat your veggies!!!!
@@tembimakayi1552 uhmmm .. i wouldn't recommend this Tembi. try OMAD(Preferably Breakfast). also a scale will keep you disciplined. its gonna be hard losing weight if you dont have a scale. trust me.
@@tembimakayi1552 I personally don't eat dinner for breakfast, I heard swedish farmers would do this. They wake very early, eat a "hearty" meal in the morning, for they will work off their hearty breakfast until lunch and when they return home for "dinner", it's light, like breakfast, so they don't sleep with a heavy food in their stomachs.
@@NjabuloHadebe i feel like OMAD isn't sustainable, but if it works for you than yay, i'm glad you're satisfied. i just think that like after you see the results and you'd like to switch back to eating 3-5 meals a day won't that be detrimental for your body? i want something long-term
1.Drink 💧 water when you wake up.(before every meal also) 2. Weigh yourself 3. 10 minute workout 💪 🏋🏾♀️ 4. Eat vegetables daily 🥒🥦🥬 5. Eat a high protein breakfast 🍳
GREAT VIDEO! I was doing exactly this when I was losing weight regularly, even though every medical person was trying to discourage me from getting on the scale daily. I learned many years ago that when I don’t check in daily on the scale, I gain 5lbs weekly. I would also add that having a daily food diary is critical, as well as measuring food.
This doesn't work for people who have had eating disorders. It is too rigid and could potentially take them back into a very bad place indeed. I know.... I've been there. As someone who is now trained to diagnose and compose treatment plans for people with eating disorders, I can say that if you can't maintain a stable and healthy weight without these measures, there is a strong likelihood you have an underlying eating disorder.
I’m on my weight loss journey and I will start incorporating these tips into my lifestyle daily!! I was already weighing in each morning and the 10 min morning workout is a great idea!!! Very easy to start and commit to
If you are overweight/ obese and are trying to lose weight, it's actually not good to weigh yourself daily. The reason is that for bigger people, as we lose weight, we should be gaining muscles. Also, we lose and gain water weight. So the weighing yourself if pretty much giving you inexact numbers and it may discourage you (if you are gaining muscles) and it may falsely encourage your (if you are losing water weight). The best indication to know if you are on the right track is if you are losing inches. You should try to put on clothes that are too small for you or clothes that fit just perfectly and then see how they fit every 3 or so weeks. This is coming from someone who has lost 80+ pounds, has kept it off for almost 10 years, and is on her final journey to lose her last 60 pounds.
Thx. I just started with you last week. I drink a lot of water but I will be drinking 2 glasses before meals. I like what you said about the 10 minute workout.
I weigh daily. It helps me see how certain foods cause serious bloating. My weight fluctuates, but trends downward. I am low carb. Seriously enjoying your workouts. Thank you

Thanks for showing us the way, Brian! 🙌 Such great advice to keep these goals in the forefront of our day. I found the only way I can do veggies in the morning is with carrot juice, green juice etc. Really helps!
Hello Brian Syuki. I'm glad I came across your videos and I find it very informative. I'm over age 60 and retiree and do enjoy exercising for an hour. I love and enjoy watching your videos and I will try to cut down my exercise to 10 minutes by watching your selected videos. I enjoy drinking water but only 1 glass before each meal. For sure I will increase to 2 glasses per meal maybe that would make a difference. We enjoyed watching your videos and we shall continue to do so.
These are great tips Brian. I am currently in a weight loss challenge and I have 22 women who have joined me. I have been sharing my journey on my channel. I will definitely try these habits to my daily routine.
Thank you so much. I believer you because I have been doing all you mentioned and I’m seeing a lot of results 😇. Thank you so much for the confirmation.

Sensible advice, I am following this and doing your 20 minute walking workouts every day along with trying to walk 250 steps most hours. I will let you know how I get on!
@@briansyuki Yeah I do better on the days I do your exercises and it sorts my back out as well. Been counting my calories too alongside trying to drink water and keep the exercises up. Lost almost 5kg since start of lockdown.
Love your workouts. It would be nice to have time to go or passed rather than interval time. Also, being a step counter it would be great to see a step counter on each workout.
