I have tried many exercises and finally settled for yours. I am still trying to get back into every day routine and yours is helping me with that. Thank you and for this advice too.
I really like how you're explaining everything, I usually loose interest part way through but I'm here until the end and I understand. I'm from Trinidad.
I make a smoothie every day for breakfast. My base is baby spinach, kale, cabbage and carrots. Toss in low calorie fruits (and low sugar content). Either water or unsweetened Almond milk depending on the ingredients. Sometimes I throw in a little tumeric, ginger, ACV and black pepper. Then I top it off with a couple pasteurized egg whites. I try to keep the smoothie under 100 calories. Filling, low calorie and low sugar.

First time seeing this video and am glad ,I have been try to lose weight after giving birth to my kids and it's been a series struggle, and after seeing this video I think things are about to change thank you 🇿🇦
To some people yes, but to some milk is their stable diet. I drink a glass of milk every day, eat cheese and yogurt and I have no problems, whereas I have an Asian friend who can't eat dairy products. The important thing is listen to your body, whatever you eat, if it's not good for you, your body will let you know. Either by bloating or a burning sensation. I try to eat everything in moderation and avoid too much sugar esp processed sugar as it's the main cause of inflammation in our bodies.

The best tasting infused water is lemon and ginger, my favourite!!! 1tsp of Coffee and 1tsp of lime mix works great for belly fat too.
