I’ve got a Eheim Vivaline LED 240 which is 4ft long. Looks like I got a choice of 30w 99cm-130cm or 33w 115cm-145cm. Would you recommend getting the longer sized one to give maximum light?
@@MicksFishUk I've got the older type ; however I've been looking at this new Aquasky ones. Building a new Tank now for my RTG I got him from Planet Planet Arowana. I live in Jersey channel Islands. You?
Heey mike, im building a 2000litre tank and im interested in the fluval lights. The tank is gonna be only fish. Maybe a few low skill/needs plants if i can get away with them. The thing is aquasky or plant 3.0, price aint a issue i just want the best colors on my fish. I know u use plants on your big tank. Can u explain why and would u do that again now u have the aquasky too?
Really like em, eh? Try even contacting Fluval when something malfunctions with these Aquasky lights and you'll be in for a real surprise. Fluval customer service is non-existant! THE worst.
2500k is not ideal for growing aquatic plants, its more beneficial to terrestrial plants for flowering & fruiting. Around 6500k is the usual range required for good healthy growth, however 2500k would more than likely be ok for low light plants
I have 7 of these in varying sizes and they are great, and the app settings are great once you know what you are doing!🙃
I have these lights, they are great! Very impressed with them! The app is great too and easy to use!
Hi, is it 115cm with those adjustable brackets or without ?
