It's time for the GUI to not look like Windows 95. Seriously, this receiver can handle 8K video, but cannot display anti-aliased text with their on screen menu system?
I just helped my friend install and wall mount his new LG CX1 last night and now he wants to upgrade his setup for all 2.1 and started looking for info for a good budget AVR that supports 2.1 today, right on time. Thanks sir!!!
Thanks for your review. I have been waiting a year for a receiver that had more than one HDMI 2.1 ports that would support the Xbox Series X and PS5. Due to your review, I was able to find this at a local Costco and picked it up. This one does the trick with all features on.
I got the 750 for fathers day,I was happy with it but the 2 rear channels went out after 2 weeks of average use, finally returned it yesterday and picked up the 760,so far so good, sounds great with my older klipsch quintet 3 5.1 system, haven't used the pass through's yet but will probably try some other day,all that said, reciever is a great buy for the price.

Glad I came across your video. Thanks for saving me HOURS of OCD research and headaches trying to compare features of different brands verses the money. Now I can feel confident in buying this receiver from Costco.
Great review! I''m not look for budget receiver but, I find your reviews interesting in that they help the entry level buyers get the best bang for their buck. Thanks.
After shopping around for a full featured entry level AV receiver, I wound up buying a Costco Membership just to buy this, as it appears to be the best deal out there at the moment even with membership added on to the total.
Good to know!! A Costco membership is such a good value that you'll end up saving even more in the end if you shop there regularly. Thanks for watching :)
Just got mine yesterday...so far so good! It is powering SVS Prime Satellite speakers and a SB1000 Pro subwoofer. I really haven't messed around with it too much but it sounds better then I expected. My HDMI 2.1 cables should be arriving today then I can get my ps5 and TV connected and see how much of a difference it really makes
How are liking it? I just ordered my SVS prime bookshelf’s, center, satellites, and sub. I’ll be running my ps5 through this AVR if I don’t find a better option.
I have everything looked up. I have my Directv tv hooked up via HDMI to the Cable/Sat. I have the Roku Ultra hooked up via HDMI to the media player. the Denon is hooked to my tv via HDMI arc. When I turn everything on, it keeps loading Roku first instead of directly to Directv. I’d like to have Directv as the default, but not sure where to do this. Thanks in advance Roger
I love your review videos. Really thorough and informative. I just picked up an LG C1 and PS5. I’m looking to upgrade from an old Denon that only output 1080p. This new model looks like it might be a winner!
I literally just bought the Denon S750H a month ago lol. I got it directly from Denon refurbished for $325. I'm totally happy with it, but when I upgrade my TV, I know I'll want that updated hdmi.
LOL Hey that's still a really good AVR for the price. It's nice to have that future-proof HDMI but if you want to run a next-gen console through your surround sound setup, you could resort to using something like TOSLink between the TV and the AVR while still getting a HDMI 2.1 connection between your TV and your console. Thanks for watching 😀
Am I the only one who finds it hilarious that "Cables dont matter" was essentially a mantra for like two decades, and now cables actually matter a lot. Anyone remember the old $125 Monster HDMI cables that no one needed? : )
LOL yep! Times are changing. It'll be exciting to see what new technologies come out... 8K120 gaming for instance... until we have to buy the compatible cables for it 😂 Thanks for watching!
@@TwoGuyzTech Thanks for making them! As someone who adores music and surround sound, but has been sans receiver for a few years, they are an amazing resource, and I really appreciate the amount of work you put in to help people like me parse the sea of options available. I'm still debating my final choice close to a month later, but your videos helped with the frustration from being overwhelmed.
I can wait til they start making certified refurbs. Nice receiver though. I wonder if they would ever had ATSC 3.0 tuners to receivers? I know that would boost the price of them another 200 bucks, but it would be nice to not have to wait to mid range tvs integrate them.
I just bought this yesterday and I do have a Sony XH900. Sony just release the official 120Hz VRR firmware and I can confirm that 120Hz (on the PS5) as well as (up to) 120Hz on the RTX 3070 with VRR/GSync works as expected with 2 connections to the AVR (Game and Aux1).
So I've got a Samsung Q70A. For months I used PC to TV, TV to old receiver. It did 4K 120hz with no issue. Now that I bought a 4K 120hz receiver I've run the connections all to receiver and put the one HDMI 2.1 connection to the TV. I've enabled 8K enhanced and Denon says my TV doesn't support 4K 120hz or 8K 60hz. PC only gets a 4K 60hz signal now. I'm lost. Game mode is on with the TV, that allows it to do 4k 120, so if there's something I'm missing that you got right or you've got suggestions please let me know. Thanks
@@garretttaylor7896 HDMI inputs might need to be configured to enhanced mode. Denon does typically 3 inputs 8k/4k-120, and the other 3 as 4k/120. I had no issues with mine. 3 do 4k/120Hz/VRR just fine. Are you using freesync or something? Sometimes switching that off and back on might reset the signal. Also make sure the TV is connected to the eARC HDMI port.
I just purchased this denon avr at my local costco and for some reason I can't seem to dial in the right sounds for my highs and mids. Can you help me out on where to tune that? Great video btw. Thanks.
Use a mic and REW. Don't need a high end mic to at least get your speakers pointing in the right directions and angled as necessary. Also room correction etc before touching any of the audyssey festures build into the AVR.
I'm up grading my system after about 10yr and bought this unit. it does work great overall. but doesn't have a built in sub amp to run my passive sub. so don't waste time and money with the wire to RCA adapter it wont work. the built in speaker setup works great to balancing the room and testing all your speaker.
Thanks for watching! As far as we know in our experience, there aren't any receivers that offer a powered subwoofer out channel - you'll need to get a dedicated amplifier for your subwoofer to drive it 👍
@@TwoGuyzTech yeah I had an RCA receiver that powered my subs before this on that worked good beside the size of speaker it had. But after buying the klipsch reference I had to my a new receiver to get the full new sound. But after trying to use my old subs it didn't work
I have an old Denon 1910, which has been great so far. Not amazing, but very functional after learning curve. Manual is necessary, if your earlier AVR was not a Denon. Not really different with Audyssey correction or my manual setting. I really like the stereo and direct mode for UA-cam.
I want to create a home theater and I am very interested in bass and Dolby Atmos. I do not listen to music. Only action movies and PlayStation Five, and I'm thinking between creating a wired or wireless home theater. The best receiver is a wireless M soundbar cables
Yes this AVR has a Zone 2 - which you can find in the manual we linked in the description - but using the second zone will disable the upper 2 Atmos channels, so you'll only have 5.1 surround capabilities. Hope this helps!
Hii. Question :o. On the setup screen in your video, it says “verify you have ALL these items before continuing” And then says “Ethernet cable” Do I really need that to use this? It’s going to be super far away from my wifi box.
If I buy a emotiva amp to power my front 2 speakers, can I plug that into my s760h? I see it has phono rca in but will that also work with other speakers still plugged into the Denon terminals? Like hand in hand with my surrounds?
I keep hearing about “entry-level” “budget-friendly” receivers. What specifically does that mean in terms of non-entry level receivers? What features would those types of receivers have that this does not?
So I recently purchased this receiver and hooked it up to my projector.. Any idea how I can have the receiver turn on when I turn on my projector? when I had the S-750H It would automatically turn on when I turned on my Epson5050UB.. Anyways the S-760H is by far worth the upgrade for the 4K!
Thanks for watching! There should be some sort of setting in the S760H to enable HDMI CEC features (this is what lets the Denon tell your projector to turn on when you turn on the AVR). We don't remember exactly where it is but the digital manual should mention it. Hope this helps! :)
@TwoGuyzTech - You have tried and tested both TSR-700 and AVR-S760H. My old receiver is giving some trouble and want one of these two. I need clean/crisp sound. My old receiver was 50w per channel and I barely used half the power. I have 3.1 setup. No surround speakers. Occassionaly I might want to listen to audio only stuff in pure stereo setup from the system. I have Yamaha Tower speakers. Not interested in bells and whistles of modern tech. I have a newer XBox that I use for bluray/4k movies sometimes. A lot of info. Sorry. Which one would work better for me? Or in a simple question. Excluding tech features, just for clean sound which one you liked better?
Thanks for watching! And no worries. If we want to answer the simple question, we really did like the way that the Denon AVR-S760H sounded over the TSR-700, and it had everything working right out of the gate. We also haven't tested the newer revisions of the TSR-700 so we're weary to give them a recommendation on their HDMI capabilities and other stuff. Hope this helps!
Thanks for a great review! Just ordered this directly from Denon since it is sold out most other places. Unrelated question. What Lav mic do you use for these videos? It sounds really great and clean.
Having a lot of difficulty getting any sound on this, can you help? we had one, then disconnected it, could not get it to work, Menu comes up fine, but no sound, bought a second , same thing NO sound, we've connected it to more than one source to test, PLEASE HELP!!
Thanks for watching! Sorry to hear about the problems you're having, what kind of speakers and source are you using? For surround sound we'd recommend testing with an HDMI source like a Blu-ray player.
As we mentioned in the video, we think this AVR has the best sound out of all of the AVRs that Costco has recently offered - the TX-NR595 included, which we reviewed on our channel
I have a 4k DVD player that also plays SACDs. Would this receiver play those @ DSD 64? Specs say the digital audio inputs are optical. Just wondering if it would recognize digital audio on HDMI that was not part of a video signal.
Thanks for watching! This receiver is compatible with a 5.1.2 setup, but if you want to use Zone 2, you need to use regular wired speakers. Using Zone 2 will disable the ATMOS channels unfortunately. Hope this helps!
@@TwoGuyzTech I wonder if this Denon model could replace the Yamaha Rx V6A (it´s not easy to find and is gettin more expensive than last year...) But looks like it hasn´t the same features
Not very familiar with receivers but just upgraded my dad's old receiver and the dialogue only comes from the center speaker is that normal ? Also the dialogue sounds terrible, sounds worse with the dialogue enhancements on. Could it be the outdated speakers?
I bought this AVR but when I connect my smartphone to Bluetooth, there's a long delay between the sound and video (when I watching videos in UA-cam or Netflix ) is this normal ? Is there a way to fix this ? Note: lip sync is ON
Yep this sounds about right unfortunately. You're not supposed to stream stuff like Netflix or UA-cam from a mobile device over Bluetooth to an AVR because you won't be able to take advantage of any of the other features of the AVR and you'll get the delay issues as you mentioned. This is fine for music but we recommend a streaming device that connects over HDMI for anything else. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching :)
@twoGuyzTech thank you so much, this is my first AVR so actually I don't know how it works🙈. But now I know that I have a great receiver. Thanks again.
Please can you confirm if these AVR-S760H is enough to efficiently run the Klipsch Reference Dolby Atmos 5.0.2 plus the Klipsch R-12SW subwoofer, meaning in handling the wattage channels of the home theater ??
This is nice but the Yamaha TSR-700 is probably the better buy for budget receiver. This is a 75 watt per channel receiver while the Yamaha gives you 100 watts. Fir people with tower speakers, those extra 25 watts will be big.
I'd have to agree with you plus they actually have preouts for the fronts everyone trading in there tsr700 I feel are downgrading their sound for hdmi features that hopefully yamaha fixes if they don't I will use earc I know some of you can't so I understand good luck all!
@@DINightslayer I don't know what to think. There are lots of people saying that Yamaha is going to replace the HDMI boards with 28gbps boards. That means the video will be clipped to 4:0:0 chroma I think. They need to have at least 40gbps bandwidth. And they need to say what they are going to do quick because they are being returned to Costco like crazy. Also, the TSR-700 has ridiculous lip sync issues to this day on eARC. The delay is super frustrating and needs to be fixed. It wasn't mentioned in this review, but the S760H doesn't have these delay issues.
Was gonna go buy the AVR-S750 model at Costco soon for my home theater set up. Not worried about the $40 difference so is it worth it to wait a little and get this newer version instead? Thx
Hi, what are your thoughts on sound output if 7 speakers are connected, as it shows that it only produce 75w with 2ch driven, and there is no preout to hook up amplifier. Will it give good output with 5.2.2 setup ?
This absolutely depends on what kind of speakers they are, what size room you want to fill, your desired listening level, etc. This receiver should be fine with most speakers out there as long as they're fairly efficient - the receiver will direct power to whatever channel needs it at any given time so the rated output should be more than enough. But, of course, the only way to know for sure is to try it yourself. Thanks for watching!
Not sure this will help but on both this NEW unit & our now returned 750 predecessor-We used the 7 speakers we have in BOTH of the 7 speaker option layouts. I too expected big problems with it being under powered but it is FINE for us at least. We have 2 Large Tower Klipsch speakers (set to Small in settings speaker-manually) with Klipsch Center-For the Rear (or should I say almost BESIDE us but a bit behind at an angle) we have old BIC Bookshelf units that face out with speakers going out in THREE directions. From the TV to the rear speakers is about28-30 feet long by 40 feet wide (open layout SORTA) . With the large speakers plus the stout Sub this has had NOT ONE SINGLE issue with driving all we run and at a sound level I feel most would be MORE than happy with. The sound is CRISP-CLEAN with just the right amount of punch & detail I need to JUST make it good enough for ME. Sorry for the long post but hope it helps someone? For the PRICE? Hi was wondering if you were going to talk about the new Klipsch Reference Cinema System 5.1.4 with Dolby ATMOS at Costco and what's the best receivers for this system like budget wise and up I like this receiver but I don't know if it's good for the Klipsch Reference Cinema System 5.1.4 with Dolby ATMOS
Hi thanks for watching! We chose not to review/mention that system as it seems to be made with very cheap/inferior materials and is not a good value. Of course, we haven't heard it, but considering the whole system together with the subwoofer only weighs 64 pounds, we'd suggest looking elsewhere. With that said, this receiver would run the 5.1.4 pack you mentioned just fine.
I got one of these the other week for 400. My only complaint is that I cannot for the life of me…figure out the HEOS app and connection. I am somewhat tech savvy but I swear the app is broken and I see no purpose for it.
I'm not seeing a connection on the back panel to allow for a direct connected IR extender -- is there a way to do that with this unit, or do you have to use an "eye" on the front screen?
I have the Sony 85 inch x91j, the Klipsch Reference Theater Pack with the Denon s750h. Ps5 is using the TV hdmi 2.1 ports. TV using the arc port to the receiver. Any reason or need to switch out receivers?
@@Mario_World24 If you're only watching Blu-rays and stuff it won't make a difference, but if you want to run your console through the AVR (rather than using ARC), you'll need the AVR-S760H if you want to make use of 4K 120Hz
Thanks for watching! We think both the S760H and the new Onkyo TX-NR6050 (which we're currently in the process of reviewing) would be good picks depending on availability at your Costco warehouse. The Onkyo is a little bit more money (coming in at $99) but it has a higher power rating and more features. We've tested it with our PS5 @ 4K 120Hz HDR10 4:2:2 32 gigabit which is the max that the PS5 can do, but Onkyo says on their website that it can pass through full 40 gigabit signals (for devices like Xbox Series X). We'll give our impressions on it and how we feel it compares to the Denon once our review comes out! Should be sometime this week.
@@TwoGuyzTech I use a PC as well and currently play content at 4k 4:4:4(RGB) 10bit 120hz in HDR. According to what people say, you need 40.1 gbps for that. So I guess I would be right at the limit for that receiver but better than Yamaha's TSR-700 which only supports 24 gbps even with their upgrade board.
Thanks for the video, just picked one up yesterday from Costco on sale. I have the TSR-700 as well, trying to figure out which one I should use for my theater set up and which one for the ceiling speakers that will be used for music in the other parts of the house... any recommendations?
With only one hdmi out, does the AVR and tv automaticly switch from ”movie mode” to game mode? I have allways bought recivers with two hdmi out, so i can have different settings for movies and games on the tv. Then i just program my harmony to switch between the two hdmi outputs. In this case i dont have to swap modes on the tv. I would be verry happy if the tv and AVR would do this automatic with one output. I have an lg C1.Thanks for the awsome review!
Thanks for watching! Yep the receiver should put the TV into game mode automatically thanks to the Auto Low Latency Mode feature built into HDMI 2.1 so you don't have to program that into your remote anymore. Cool stuff!
HDMI Upscaler Sets the mode for upscaling 1080p and 4K HDMI content to 8K. Auto: Upscale 1080p and 4K HDMI video to 8K based on the monitor’s capabilities. Off (Default): 8K upscaler is disabled. I hope someone sees this and can give me some guidance on this. I just recently started diving into the world of sound systems. I just bot the s760h and I know that the advertised watt/channel is off always but I had a question regarding this. Could you add a 2-channel amplifier for the front two speakers to this system to allow more Watts/channel to the other speakers? I thought of doing this but I don't know if this receiver can do that, just thought this would make the ability of the receiver to push more sound to the speakers in major Dolby atmos situations not start to bog down the sound quality.
I know this video was posted a while ago but I have a question in regards to Possibly powering my turntable with a separate stereo amp like a Cambridge, I still have my speakers running through here and bypassing. Is that possible with the Denon receiver? Can I have my home audio stuff plugged into here but then by pass the internals in order to use the separate stereo receiver for my vinyl playback?
I want to buy Klipsch speakers to pair with this AVR, but not sure which Klipsch speakers to get since there are so many choices. Can you recommend a set to get most out of it?
I keep seeing receivers compatible with alexa, google assistant, and siri but I don't actually know what features that gives me. Can I tell my homepod to play my favorite 90's playlist on my a/v receiver? That would be awesome to do that hands-free.
Hi. Costco has Klipsch R-625FA 5.0.2. Tower speakers are 100watts RMS. This denon receiver is 75watt per channel. Is it ok to run 100watt speaker on 75watt? Is it underpowered since I read underpowering a speaker causes distortion. Thanks 👍
Thanks for watching! Yep, the Denon should be fine because the 100watt RMS rating of the Klipsch towers is the RMS power handling. You can go lower, and as long as you don't hear distortion and try to crank the amplifier beyond reasonable levels, thereby overdriving it, you'll be fine. We'd also suggest checking out the Onkyo TX-NR6050, we were really impressed with it as well and it has a slightly higher power rating. We reviewed it here on our channel. Hope this helps!

Finally, one that works, awesome news for lots of folks.
Thanks for watching Nemo! Yeah it's pretty awesome!

@@TwoGuyzTech actually I didn't know that. I got it running thru the ARC right now, but I can just use the optical too. So thanks for that info!
Am I the only one who finds it hilarious that "Cables dont matter" was essentially a mantra for like two decades, and now cables actually matter a lot. Anyone remember the old $125 Monster HDMI cables that no one needed? : )

Is there any video of the best set up for this reciever?
I just bought this yesterday and I do have a Sony XH900. Sony just release the official 120Hz VRR firmware and I can confirm that 120Hz (on the PS5) as well as (up to) 120Hz on the RTX 3070 with VRR/GSync works as expected with 2 connections to the AVR (Game and Aux1).
Thanks for confirming that! It's nice to finally have working 120Hz on the X900H :)
Thanks for watching as well :)
Waiting for update for my 75 x90j
Thanks for the review but still not at my Costco in Jacksonville.
I just bought it in amazon (a little bit overpriced due to my country), but it's an excellent AVR. This review convinced me, thanks.
Great video! Liked and subscribed!
Thank you very much!
But after trying to use my old subs it didn't work
8:40 why do you recommend this for the Costco Klipsh 5.0.2 even when this AVR can do only 75W but those speakers need 100w ?
Thanks for watching! Let us know if this might just be the AVR you've been waiting for... 👀
Does this receiver pass the full 40 Gigabytes per second for HDMI 2.1?
I have an old Denon 1910, which has been great so far. Not amazing, but very functional after learning curve. Manual is necessary, if your earlier AVR was not a Denon. Not really different with Audyssey correction or my manual setting. I really like the stereo and direct mode for UA-cam.
I want to create a home theater and I am very interested in bass and Dolby Atmos. I do not listen to music. Only action movies and PlayStation Five, and I'm thinking between creating a wired or wireless home theater. The best receiver is a wireless M soundbar cables
Does this have a zone 2. i have ceiling speakers in garage and outside. if not whats the best option to get those hooked up to system. please help
Yes this AVR has a Zone 2 - which you can find in the manual we linked in the description - but using the second zone will disable the upper 2 Atmos channels, so you'll only have 5.1 surround capabilities. Hope this helps!
Why haven't they added front channel pre-outs? Would that compete with another entry receiver they have?
Hii. Question :o.
On the setup screen in your video, it says “verify you have ALL these items before continuing”
And then says “Ethernet cable”
Do I really need that to use this? It’s going to be super far away from my wifi box.
I got this a week ago, hooked up Klipsch cinema reference speakers, calibrated to my liking. Living in hog Heaven watching movies
I still cannot figure out how to enable the voice control function on DENON AVR-S760H.
If I buy a emotiva amp to power my front 2 speakers, can I plug that into my s760h? I see it has phono rca in but will that also work with other speakers still plugged into the Denon terminals? Like hand in hand with my surrounds?
I bought one and when I turn it on the power light is blinking what should I do ?
Thanks for watching! Return it or contact Denon support. Sounds like you probably have a bad unit.
I keep hearing about “entry-level” “budget-friendly” receivers. What specifically does that mean in terms of non-entry level receivers? What features would those types of receivers have that this does not?
denon 760h vs x1700 ? I don't see the difference
At 7:19, how do you access the menu shown in the video?
I’m planning on buying this receiver soon, also getting 2 Klipsch R-12SW 12”s. Would this be a great fit ?
Hello, can you add a separate amplifier to the unit?

As we mentioned in the video, we think this AVR has the best sound out of all of the AVRs that Costco has recently offered - the TX-NR595 included, which we reviewed on our channel
Well now, time to switch. Anyone interested in buying an Onkyo TX-NR595? Used less than a year.

Yes, as we mentioned in the video
Thx
Yes 100% get the 760
Hi, what are your thoughts on sound output if 7 speakers are connected, as it shows that it only produce 75w with 2ch driven, and there is no preout to hook up amplifier.

What about the Onkyo TX-NR6050 that Costco now is selling?
Are you able to hook up Amazon Alexa to be able to play music from anywhere in the house? Like if I’m in bedroom with a small dot 4 can I ask Alexa to play over the Denon?
The onboard phono inputs are eye candy phono stage is inadequate, you'd be better off without it and using an external phono preamp/phono stage. How does this AVR compare to the same offering by Pioneer's VSX935
I have an older Samsung TV UN50HU6950 and PS4. Would it be worth it to upgrade to this? I don't think I would be able to utilize the HDMI 2.1 without upgrading the tv and ps4. My Onkyo is dying so I do need something better.
Thanks for watching! It all depends on your speakers and if you want to be futureproof for next gen TVs and game consoles. I'm not sure how this compares to the power output of your Onkyo but if it's an entry level unit, this would probably be a great replacement. Thanks for watching! :)
Thinking about pairing this up with Klipsch Reference Cinema System 5.1.4 with Dolby ATMOS will it utilize the speakers to its full range?
Can this AVR stream FLAC music (16/24-bit) via home ethernet network from a host PC, say with Plex server running on the PC?
I have the Sony 85 inch x91j, the Klipsch Reference Theater Pack with the Denon s750h. Ps5 is using the TV hdmi 2.1 ports. TV using the arc port to the receiver. Any reason or need to switch out receivers?
The only benefit would be to add 4K 120Hz/HDMI 2.1 capabilities to your setup :) Thanks for watching!
With the TV being a native 4k 120hz, would that make a difference in your opinion?
@@Mario_World24 If you're only watching Blu-rays and stuff it won't make a difference, but if you want to run your console through the AVR (rather than using ARC), you'll need the AVR-S760H if you want to make use of 4K 120Hz
I recently bought one. What are good speakers that go with this?
I might return my Yamaha TSR-700 and get this Denon receiver if it truly supports 4k 120hz 10bit RGB Full through passthrough.
Just wondering if I could plug this directly into a PC Graphics card such as a RTX 2080 for a direct audio? WIll it work?
Cool stuff!
This model and the 660 are the same price. Is there any reason not to go with the 760 over the 660?
HDMI Upscaler
Sets the mode for upscaling 1080p and 4K HDMI content to 8K.
Auto:
Upscale 1080p and 4K HDMI video to 8K based on the monitor’s capabilities.
Off
(Default):
8K upscaler is disabled.
This item can be set when “HDMI” is assigned for each input source.
This function is not effective when the input signal is “x.v.Color”, 3D, sYCC601 color, Adobe RGB color, Adobe YCC601 color, computer resolutions, compressed video or HDR
Besides can I connect a 5.1.4 home theatre to 5.1 receiver..will it have any issue on the home theatre?
I have an HT-R990 Onkyo with no sound .. Guy at the shop can't fix it says no DTS chip can be found..What should i upgrade to ?? Thanks..
Well i guess nobody knows ?? WOW
Where do we find a 7.2 speaker set to hook up to this receiver? We're scouring the internet for them but we can't find a decent complete set!
Denon had a real older system RMS power was awesome.
We love this system ua-cam.com/video/Nk1HpROn-98/v-deo.html thx for watching! :)
I keep seeing receivers compatible with alexa, google assistant, and siri but I don't actually know what features that gives me. Can I tell my homepod to play my favorite 90's playlist on my a/v receiver? That would be awesome to do that hands-free.
ya,but will it do 4K/120Hz @ 444 or RGB ?
422 won't cut it
Others have shown the receiver passing through 4K/120Hz @ 4:4:4 without issue from an Xbox Series X. Thanks for watching!
How is better Denon AVR-S760H 7.2
Or onkyo tx-nr6050 7.2
@@TwoGuyzTech Thank you for your advice. Going to see your review on Onkyo TX-NR6050 👍
I saw this in store yesterday. I am looking fur a unit that I can connect a blu-ray player to and also a roko streaming stick. The old system i had failed, and it had built in streaming apps. This week be connected to a projector. Will this unit work? Or do you know of other units with streaming apps built into it, at around the same price point?
Thank you
Thanks for watching! Sorry to hear that your old system has issues. Yep, this unit would work great if you added on a separate streaming device like a Roku streaming stick or NVidia Shield Android TV box (our personal recommendation for Home Theater!).
Hope this helps! :)
I wasn't "that" interested in the content, just mildly curious. I wasn't even going to watch the vid, but for some reason decided to read the comments. After reading the reply to Michael Smith I immediately gave a thumbs up and am about to watch the vid in it's entirety and will forward it to my audio-holic boys to watch. Finally, a man that won't take shit thrown at him. BZ to TGT...
LOL Thank you very much for the comment. We're glad someone respects it & we appreciate your support. 👍
I was pretty disappointed I could run 4K 120hzbon my 750H :( as I have a Ps5 and LG C9 130hz VRR tv. Easy way around though was to plug the console directly to the tv and tv through reciever. Not sure if there are downfalls to this method though.
Isn't the TSR-700 a better receiver, in terms of power and A/B speaker switch?
