Success story guys, for any of you who wanna check if this channel is worth it, IT REALLY IS this is the only channel that helped me do the right things. I went no contact and all of that and I understood my ex's mentality because of this channel. When I went no contact he did not only miss me but I discovered his lies and how terrible he actually was.. he talked to me and said he missed me and he was waiting for me all that time to text him and that he was suffering without me. This is sooo true. Social media is completely useless. Radio silence is the way to go. You need to appear dead to your cold, harsh and heartless dumper. If they don't care about you when you act dead, they don't deserve you.

Samuel Augustin we should be so far as to not care if they care if we appear “dead”. You do this to alter your own motivation. It’s not solely meant to punish the ex (however that does happen, which is in itself gratifying), it’s done to protect you in order to heal and break your addiction to their validation.
Radio silence is usually the safer option, not because it's better but because the dumpee tends to fall under the illusion of action. Even if you're posting and being 100% authentic it's still a danger that the dumper will make something out of nothing. Usually the safest format is to do what you have always done. Indifference is the key here. But why am I still here? I'm way past my breakup and have been on multiple dates already. Jeez, you'll all be fine in the end, my men and women.

He’s 100% correct. So my success story doesn’t involve my ex coming back. Idk if she will or not but I really don’t mind. So I when we were dating I was suffering from depression and anxiety and then we broke up. My mental health spiralled out of control. But something happened in me when we broke up, it was as though a fire had been lit under my butt. So I started hitting the gym and learning about nutrition and lifting weights correctly. My thoughts on this were “well I hear exercise cures depression” so I wanted to put this into practice. I treated my diet and my lifting like a personal science experiment. This was about 8 months ago now. Here I am today 26kg lighter at 92kg from 118kg. I’m able to deadlift 150kg, bench 105kg and squat 145kg and I walk 7km after each weight training session which I have been doing consistently for this whole time, 6 days a week. I have never been this strong in my life and also this fit. I was also taking anti-depressants while we were in a relationship but I no longer take them anymore as my exercise has treated my depression and I have found a passion in fitness. I’m also looking to join the military very soon too. My friends and family ask me about health advice now.. it’s funny because being the obese drug taking video game playing depressed guy to being an absolute fitness beast feels amazing! Focus on yourself, love yourself, be kind to yourself and others. Your greatness will radiate into others and inspire them too!

Hey Rory, me and my ex broke up and I've been going through all the stages you have mentioned and you have given me so much knowledge about all this. She left me, for the first week or 2 i was like nah, this isn't real.. Then it hit me like a truck that I actually lost her and i became so depressed, suicidal and all i wanted was her back. That lasted for about a month and now after about a month and a half, almost 2 months, im feeling so much better, ive improved and I used to have SO many positive thoughts and memories and it painted the picture in my head that she was this perfect person, but now my head is clear and while I would and could never say she is a bad person, she wasnt perfect either. She hasn't reached out yet, its only been about 2 months, but i don't expect her to and if she does, Im not even sure if I do want her back anymore.. I deleted her number, but didnt block her. Can you do a video for the dumper please?! Your videos are amazing and help the dumpee a ton (they helped me in the past) but there is a void for the dumper now that I'm on the other end and what they may be going through. There are many instances where walking away from someone you love due to real legitimate reasons is the right thing to do, and it is not easy. It can be a confusing time. Maybe common mistakes made by the dumper, ways to make it as painless/less awkward as possible, social media, getting past the awkwardness/guilt/hateful things you hear, what kind of contact is ok vs not. Thank you for all that you do.

I just want to say thank you to the Love Chat and all the other coaches. My ex dumped me and two days later was with another guy. We were both making mistakes in the relationship, and quarantine didn’t help. Once I told her what my problem were and how she was hurting me, she got upset. She said she never wanted to hear from me again and I was manipulative. She did this all over text. She showed me no respect, and I’ve been no contact since. She broke up with me after a year together. 2 days later she was with someone else. It’s a sad situation and I’m hurt. It’s almost been a month and I’m feeling a little bit better. I believe in a mixture of no contact and radio silence. I was good at No Contact until I realized I was looking at every post I made to see when my Ex would look at it or if he would like it or not. I was driven too much to post things for him to see. So I mix in Radio Silence to give myself a break but also give him nothing. I aim for 2 weeks of Radio silence mixed with a few posts and then back to radio silence.

Can you do one on messy break up? My husband of 13 years left me randomly and it has been 3 months of pure fighting. Him moving in with another girl, name calling, bashing each other to friends, I smashed our wedding photos, threw him out when I found out about said girl(moved in with her cuz no where else to go) Did smart contact for a month, was making small progress. But then saw them together in my truck on a day he ditched the kids. And I lost it. More emotional fighting. I asked him how they got together. With her on speaker he wouldn’t admit they were together he said: we don’t have a. Label on it/ ok she’s my gf/ she’s not my gf etc (she was on speaker) I sent him text messages from his friend trying to hook up with me, he ended up loosing 2 friends after this conversation as one he cut off and the other had enough as he has changed into this mean/cruel very unhappy person and they are very unhappy with what he did to me and the kids. I was told from another friend that after we had the big fight that lead to our “separation” he ended up getting drunk and sleeping with this girl right after and just decided he couldn’t fix it and that’s why he’s not back.. and he feels stuck with her. Everyone I see tells me how miserable he is..... Before this last fight he was showing me some emotion but would cut him self off quick. Felt like he was coming around and I screwed everything up with my last out burst. I’ve gone into complete no contact now even have other people doing our exchanges with kids (which he’s mad about and thinks it’s dramatic and immature) Marriage was good. I had post partum and other things going on which put him on the back burner. It shouldn’t of been enough for him to run from our 2 kids and me. He was still very engaged with me and kids up till leaving.... My question is... the messy break up. Is that enough to turn him off forever.
Hey guys, unfortunately I do not have a success story. My ex messaged me last night saying that he missed me. He was showering me with praise and affection. He said that I was the only thing that made him happy before lockdown. We had a lovely conversation and he asked me to meet up with him today. I spent all morning getting ready, I was beyond excited. He told me he’d message me in the morning to let me know when he was on his way. He didn’t message, so I messaged him....he said that he wasn’t coming and didn’t mean anything he said. He said he wasn’t looking for a relationship but said I still owed him sex (he literally said that) so I told him to leave me alone and to stop messing with my head. I unfriended him on all social media platforms and blocked his number. He laughed at me for saying that I didn’t want to sleep with someone without commitment. I’m absolutely destroyed. Feels like I’m going through the break up again but it’s even worse now.

I feel bad for cutting him off but I had too because I have to respect myself and my boundaries. His excuse was that he was drunk but that doesn’t make the way he treated me okay. He broke up with me, begged me to be his friend and guilt tripped me into saying yes. I'm on the same boat with someone I once cared for. In fact, it's almost close to year since we last spoke (or argued). Not once have I heard from her albeit don't have any intention of contacting her, even with the pandemic and the riots/protests going on in America. I do hope she is good health and spirits yes but at the end of the day, if she did cared, she knows where to find me.

Whether it's another guy in the picture, multiple guys to choose from, or just focusing on what prioritizes her life at the moment, it's her life and choice. However, sometimes they may return in your life. Its 50/50 when it comes down to that. Keep in mind, by the time she does decide to re-enter your life, whose to say you will move on yourself?! Perhaps another woman who truly values YOU, finding a social group you can relate to, new hobbies and interests, adopting new skills, or anything that elevates you and your purpose in life. Remember, you are the prize and once she realizes that, then it shows you are on the right track and the power will shift in your favor.

Hey Rory! I think many of us have faced the situation where we were broken up before the lockdown/quarantine and our ex has never reached out to us. Can you make a video on this topic? It burns my heart that some people can be so heartless, brutal and cruel that they don't even check up to see if the person who they loved the most a few months back is even dead or alive.

Managed to take photography class, found a new job, started to get more in shape, and even went to Phoenix for Thanksgiving. Despite all those achievements, still haven't heard from her. Even with the pandemic and protests going on, still haven't heard from her and I always wondered if I mattered to her or anyone else...

We are all getting messages from acquaintances and not so close friends but our dumpers who left us before the lockdown don't even bother to check up on our existence. Just makes you feel like that they are so indifferent to your existence, that just pains incredibly.

Or in a similar situation with someone or group of people who they invest their time, energy, and affection towards who may not reciprocate such back? People take things for granted and that's one of the main reasons why you may not hear back from said ex. I once learned this quote which is what I would tell anyone who hesitates to show any form of concern or care: 'If you admire somebody, you should go ahead and tell them. People never get the flowers while they can still smell them.'
My ex is in curious stage of no contact, she unblocked me and stalks my stories for a week but hasn't reached out. I think I will go to radio silence and let her see nothing, let see how it works.

My ex and I were together 2-1/2 years but dumped me 9 months ago. She blocked me slowly on all sm after a month of still talking. For the last 4 months she blocks and unblocks me on FB once every week or two but still hasn’t reached out at all. She’s just checking up on me. I guess it tells me she still thinks about me but that’s all.

Hey Rory, I am in true full agreement with you that it is extremely important to love yourself first meaning love self love, self importance, self confidence, self improvement, higher self esteem, and any other self helpfulness of highest self worth with self investments of serious work and self efficiency to improve. This ofcourse easier said than done but I myself must confess as I am going through a healing process I have made internal improvement by noticing I have become stronger than I thought and stronger than I thought. I also with in reason still reach out to friends and family primarily via text, email, phone call, and just doing my best to be good to myself via some sunshine, simple walks, my favorite TV shows or movies or motivational positive UA-cam videos and books. Moderate exercise, and just taking it one day at a time and heck sometimes one moment at a time

Update: After 3 1/2 months of NC Radio silence towards my Dissmissive Avoidnt ex (he broke up with me)...I reached out due to a natural disaster in our town. He responded immediately and we went back n forth that day and the day after...then everything went silent. Sooooo Im goin back to No Contact/Radio Silence for the next 3 1/2 months. This will buy me time to get back to my treadmill and workout and lose 30lbs. Come Oct 1st, I will triumphantly return to my IG acct and post a really great selfie that will show me looking slimmed and great. Thats my stragedy. Then pix to follow after that...and my usual funny memes...see what happens...also post videos of me showcasing my new musical talent of playing guitar... 👍
I think radio silence is what I did at first. I walked away without begging, which was the total opposite of what she expected. So she began stalking until, for about a month a allowed It to see if she would reach out, which never happened, so I thought she was just trying to mess with my head, so I put everything on private so she couldn't see. Deleted her number and the chat, so every time I went to speak to someone I didn't have to see it there. Hi Rory, I'm wondering what I should do. My girlfriend broke up with me, mainly stating that she thought she needed space to try to pursue her own goals- space which she didn't feel I was giving her. That alone is not a reason for her to always hate me, but she is transferring to a college that's very very far away next Spring. She's also somebody who is extremely goal oriented, very motivated, and works extremely hard. When she says she's going to do something, she does it. I'm worried that the combination of these things will mean that regardless of if she ever misses me or decides that I was a good thing for her, she'll be too far away and also too busy with herself to let herself rethink our relationship, regardless of the work I do on myself.

Samuel Augustin we should be so far as to not care if they care if we appear “dead”. You do this to alter your own motivation. It’s not solely meant to punish the ex (however that does happen, which is in itself gratifying), it’s done to protect you in order to heal and break your addiction to their validation.

Radio silence is usually the safer option, not because it's better but because the dumpee tends to fall under the illusion of action. Even if you're posting and being 100% authentic it's still a danger that the dumper will make something out of nothing.
Usually the safest format is to do what you have always done. Indifference is the key here. But why am I still here? I'm way past my breakup and have been on multiple dates already.

He’s 100% correct. So my success story doesn’t involve my ex coming back. Idk if she will or not but I really don’t mind. So I when we were dating I was suffering from depression and anxiety and then we broke up. My mental health spiralled out of control. But something happened in me when we broke up, it was as though a fire had been lit under my butt. So I started hitting the gym and learning about nutrition and lifting weights correctly. My thoughts on this were “well I hear exercise cures depression” so I wanted to put this into practice. I treated my diet and my lifting like a personal science experiment. This was about 8 months ago now. Here I am today 26kg lighter at 92kg from 118kg. I’m able to deadlift 150kg, bench 105kg and squat 145kg and I walk 7km after each weight training session which I have been doing consistently for this whole time, 6 days a week. I have never been this strong in my life and also this fit. I was also taking anti-depressants while we were in a relationship but I no longer take them anymore as my exercise has treated my depression and I have found a passion in fitness. I’m also looking to join the military very soon too. My friends and family ask me about health advice now.. it’s funny because being the obese drug taking video game playing depressed guy to being an absolute fitness beast feels amazing! Focus on yourself, love yourself, be kind to yourself and others. Your greatness will radiate into others and inspire them too!

Hey Rory, me and my ex broke up and I've been going through all the stages you have mentioned and you have given me so much knowledge about all this. She left me, for the first week or 2 i was like nah, this isn't real.. Then it hit me like a truck that I actually lost her and i became so depressed, suicidal and all i wanted was her back. That lasted for about a month and now after about a month and a half, almost 2 months, im feeling so much better, ive improved and I used to have SO many positive thoughts and memories and it painted the picture in my head that she was this perfect person, but now my head is clear and while I would and could never say she is a bad person, she wasnt perfect either. Can you do a video for the dumper please?! Your videos are amazing and help the dumpee a ton (they helped me in the past) but there is a void for the dumper now that I'm on the other end and what they may be going through. There are many instances where walking away from someone you love due to real legitimate reasons is the right thing to do, and it is not easy. It can be a confusing time. Maybe common mistakes made by the dumper, ways to make it as painless/less awkward as possible, social media, getting past the awkwardness/guilt/hateful things you hear, what kind of contact is ok vs not. I just want to say thank you to the Love Chat and all the other coaches. My ex dumped me and two days later was with another guy. We were both making mistakes in the relationship, and quarantine didn’t help. Once I told her what my problem were and how she was hurting me, she got upset. She said she never wanted to hear from me again and I was manipulative. She did this all over text. She showed me no respect, and I’ve been no contact since. I believe in a mixture of no contact and radio silence. I was good at No Contact until I realized I was looking at every post I made to see when my Ex would look at it or if he would like it or not. I was driven too much to post things for him to see. So I mix in Radio Silence to give myself a break but also give him nothing. I aim for 2 weeks of Radio silence mixed with a few posts and then back to radio silence.

My husband of 13 years left me randomly and it has been 3 months of pure fighting. Him moving in with another girl, name calling, bashing each other to friends, I smashed our wedding photos, threw him out when I found out about said girl(moved in with her cuz no where else to go)
Did smart contact for a month, was making small progress. But then saw them together in my truck on a day he ditched the kids. And I lost it.
More emotional fighting. I asked him how they got together. With her on speaker he wouldn’t admit they were together he said: we don’t have a. Label on it/ ok she’s my gf/ she’s not my gf etc (she was on speaker) I sent him text messages from his friend trying to hook up with me, he ended up loosing 2 friends after this conversation as one he cut off and the other had enough as he has changed into this mean/cruel very unhappy person and they are very unhappy with what he did to me and the kids.
I was told from another friend that after we had the big fight that lead to our “separation” he ended up getting drunk and sleeping with this girl right after and just decided he couldn’t fix it and that’s why he’s not back.. and he feels stuck with her.

Before this last fight he was showing me some emotion but would cut him self off quick. Felt like he was coming around and I screwed everything up with my last out burst.

Hey guys, unfortunately I do not have a success story. My ex messaged me last night saying that he missed me. He was showering me with praise and affection. He said that I was the only thing that made him happy before lockdown. We had a lovely conversation and he asked me to meet up with him today. I spent all morning getting ready, I was beyond excited. He told me he’d message me in the morning to let me know when he was on his way. He didn’t message, so I messaged him....he said that he wasn’t coming and didn’t mean anything he said. He said he wasn’t looking for a relationship but said I still owed him sex (he literally said that) so I told him to leave me alone and to stop messing with my head. I unfriended him on all social media platforms and blocked his number. He laughed at me for saying that I didn’t want to sleep with someone without commitment. I’m absolutely destroyed. Feels like I’m going through the break up again but it’s even worse now.

I’m doing the work now and this just reinforced that I should keep going for ME instead of hoping to reactivate social media in the future just to hopefully get a reaction from him.

However, sometimes they may return in your life. Its 50/50 when it comes down to that. Keep in mind, by the time she does decide to re-enter your life, whose to say you will move on yourself?! Perhaps another woman who truly values YOU, finding a social group you can relate to, new hobbies and interests, adopting new skills, or anything that elevates you and your purpose in life. Hey Rory! I think many of us have faced the situation where we were broken up before the lockdown/quarantine and our ex has never reached out to us. Can you make a video on this topic? It burns my heart that some people can be so heartless, brutal and cruel that they don't even check up to see if the person who they loved the most a few months back is even dead or alive.

I think radio silence is better in terms of moving on and forgetting your ex.
My ex is in curious stage of no contact, she unblocked me and stalks my stories for a week but hasn't reached out. I think I will go to radio silence and let her see nothing, let see how it works.
Same thing happening to me for 2-3 weeks. She unblocked me after 1 year. And now she is watching every story I'm posting in my whatsapp.
How long did it take her to unblock you?
@@TheKG636 it's complicated, I begged and pleaded her in a month, so she block me, then I went no contact, and she unblocked and then blocked and un blocked and now unblock, 2 months for sure
My ex and I were together 2-1/2 years but dumped me 9 months ago. She blocked me slowly on all sm after a month of still talking. For the last 4 months she blocks and unblocks me on FB once every week or two but still hasn’t reached out at all. She’s just checking up on me. I guess it tells me she still thinks about me but that’s all.

Hey Rory, I am in true full agreement with you that it is extremely important to love yourself first meaning love self love, self importance, self confidence, self improvement, higher self esteem, and any other self helpfulness of highest self worth with self investments of serious work and self efficiency to improve. This ofcourse easier said than done but I myself must confess as I am going through a healing process I have made internal improvement by noticing I have become stronger than I thought and stronger than I thought. I also with in reason still reach out to friends and family primarily via text, email, phone call, and just doing my best to be good to myself via some sunshine, simple walks, my favorite TV shows or movies or motivational positive UA-cam videos and books. Moderate exercise, and just taking it one day at a time and heck sometimes one moment at a time

Update: After 3 1/2 months of NC Radio silence towards my Dissmissive Avoidnt ex (he broke up with me)...I reached out due to a natural disaster in our town. He responded immediately and we went back n forth that day and the day after...then everything went silent. Sooooo Im goin back to No Contact/Radio Silence for the next 3 1/2 months. This will buy me time to get back to my treadmill and workout and lose 30lbs. Come Oct 1st, I will triumphantly return to my IG acct and post a really great selfie that will show me looking slimmed and great. Thats my stragedy. Then pix to follow after that...and my usual funny memes...see what happens...also post videos of me showcasing my new musical talent of playing guitar... 👍

I think radio silence is what I did at first. I walked away without begging, which was the total opposite of what she expected. So she began stalking until, for about a month a allowed It to see if she would reach out, which never happened, so I thought she was just trying to mess with my head, so I put everything on private so she couldn't see. Deleted her number and the chat, so every time I went to speak to someone I didn't have to see it there.
Then after 2 months I think, I decided to take it off private a week leading up to my mum getting married. I did notice she began looking again. But, it was getting to that stage where it didn't bother me as much now . Fast forward about 10 months, I don't even look anymore. But I wouldn't want her back

Hi Rory, I'm wondering what I should do. My girlfriend broke up with me, mainly stating that she thought she needed space to try to pursue her own goals- space which she didn't feel I was giving her. That alone is not a reason for her to always hate me, but she is transferring to a college that's very very far away next Spring. She's also somebody who is extremely goal oriented, very motivated, and works extremely hard. When she says she's going to do something, she does it. I'm worried that the combination of these things will mean that regardless of if she ever misses me or decides that I was a good thing for her, she'll be too far away and also too busy with herself to let herself rethink our relationship, regardless of the work I do on myself.

Sounds a little depressing but am I the only one who feels that it's hopeless and I'm one of the few that no contact just hasn't worked in terms of getting my ex back? It's been 7 months and I've heard nothing so is it over for good? I was with her for 4 months and we were in an LDR. I know there's the global pandemic and she's in a stressful job and I appreciate that I really do but my anxiety is telling me its hopeless. I've worked on myself and made changes, there's still work to do but I have the motivation to continue. Anyone got any advice?
