Dr. Kennedy, your book, Anxiety RX, has been a transformational read. The repetition, at first, was noticeable to me before I heard you say this was intentional; however, I believe the repetition was necessary to get through to the stubborn ego's resistance to giving up the alarm-anxiety cycle. Brilliant! In fact, I read the book twice. The second time revealed more truths and I highlighted key points that resonated with me during the second read. I would recommend reading this book again to anyone who has only read it once. I experienced the 'aha moments' in this amazing book and started to heal my chronic worry. Thank you, @theanxietymd. I look forward to getting the updated version of your book when it comes out.

Thanks so much for this Dr.Russell! I am 2/3 done with your book, just started section 3 and I joined your BMRX program. I do fall asleep every time I listen to the Yoga nindra meditation but I’ll keep listening. It’s all been very helpful!

Thank you Russell (and Rusty, and your daughter for insisting you say the "am I safe in this moment, etc" phrase in your interview with Dr Chattergee. It really had the most unusual effect on me, and in that moment, I knew I had to read your book).... Your first book is great. For the first time in.... soooo long, I have tools that seem to make sense, and are slowly making a difference. It has also generated an unexpected and unaccustomed feeling optimism. Thanks again ❤

Thank you, Russ! My daughter (10 soon to be 11) and I love your videos so much! We do your MBRX on the daily. We have gotten so much help from your method. Your work and education is a game changer. Please be cognizant of language although I understand you target audience is adults but please be aware that young children are finding value in your message too! Hugs!!

I am so grateful that I found you and these videos. I send these to my daughter in the hopes that it will help her cope with her anxiety. Can you talk more about the teenage brain, especially in females. It is such an epidemic of anxiety and depression for our teen population these days. Thanks again so much. I look forward to reading your second edition.

I agree! As a mother of teenagers with anxiety I would really benefit from more information directed towards coping during these critical years

Sometimes, my mind creates fearful content without my body being alarmed. What should I do then?
