practical to counter budget cost since differential gear quite expensive but if power distribution not balanced on both side of motor, it's highly dangerous to getting skid since electric motor torque is unlimited and damned fast as hell

There will be wheel slip in rear wheel, differential is for a reason ,even if want to use 2seprate motor for each wheel then you must use e- differential other wise motor could get damage .

In india Ship motors available in scrap rate.many are 45v to 72v and 3000 rpm and above.some are dc some are ac motors.we have enough product available in india.zero bike motor 🇺🇸 is very powerfull.that is also a good option in scrap.

But still it is a creative work 😊 and i appreciate the creator 👍... As Sam Mathew said above, automotive company (TATA) may consider this option for small vehicles with further improvements..
You could've used 1/3 less angle iron with a full support bar in the back and only the with of the mounting holes between the motors with support from that bar. On piece of scrap between the support pieces and it would be sturdier

I hope you've tested the frame (for the motors) for static any dynamic deflection (under impact loading) as the IF (Impact Factor) can become very high under high speeds. Nevertheless, good stuff, from a design POV.
It honestly depends on how it's driven. From the description, he's using a 60v 35ah battery pack which is 2.1kwh. the motors are 2.5kw x 2 so 5kw. Worst case scenario, it'll take 40 minutes to drain the battery, but you should be able to drive for a few hours if driven conservatively. I don't know how to figure out the milage though...

mileage should be next to nothing. If you take 1.5kWh as full capacity, and real 2x2.5kW for the motors, the battery will be dead after less then 15min. If you drive slower it may run for 30-45min.
smart idea but we have other alternatives. Discard the electric engine by only retaining the gearbox, electrical motor and electrical connections. just dismantle the head along with the pistons. remove only the connecting rod. Fit the electric motor in the same place where the engine head was mounted connect it to the chain when you start the motor all other parts of your old patrol vehicle will function in coordination with your electric motor. All that you need to connect the E.Motor with a controller, accelerator with the leg pedal and your brakes remain the same old. use your gear lever for idle running. Probably my way of explaining is not very clear but most of the electrical engineers can understand my basic fundas. My field is aeronautical and this present field is electrical and mechanical.
1- Friction force will consume more energy. Because there will be more equipment. 2- 1 more powerful engine will be needed. It can't run 2 engines that way. 3- The weight of the vehicle will be too much. In this way, a lot of hardware is canceled.

The driving motors require electronic synchronisation or both will pull differently. Also the motors are fixed just above road level and this is very dangerous. The couplings from the motor to the wheels are weak. I suggest you redo all the fittings for safety. The motors could use a simple transmission to get reverse driving.

Good idea, but one big problem is there, if one motor fails car will yaw left if left fails right if right fails, you may argue that steering is there to compensate but, it will cause Tyre wear, my suggestion is to use 2 motors one to power front axle another for back axle using differentials

An electronic solution would work well. Use wheel speed sensors and based on the sensor inputs reduce power on one side.

Good idea, but one big problem is there, if one motor fails car will yaw left if left fails right if right fails, you may argue that steering is there to compensate but, it will cause Tyre wear, my suggestion is to use 2 motors one to power front axle another for back axle using differentials
interesante trabajo, pero en algunos momentos del video, se oye como chillan los neumococos al dar la vuelta, eso es por que los dos motores giran al mismo tiempo, sin tomar en cuanta la diferencia de giro en cada una, yo o solucionaría conectando mejor los dos motores en paralelo o serie a un diferencial. pero esta muy bueno el video.
una pregunta. y como poner el neutro o como lo neutralizas se puede poner en relenti.? y una subida como puedes darle mas potencia?
