How to submit a car
• Video - Авто та транспорт
I love regular car reviews because it doesn't just review the pros and cons of a car. How fast it goes how many square inches the trunk has or even just the price point. It tells you why a car exist and why it's a thing people drive around. It anylzes the social economic conditions which lead to the car. It's like a car social studies and history class. Keep doing what you are doing.
Arturo Nava hell yea
Arturo Nava and BROWWWNNN
...and it throws the odd poop joke or some other random tidbit of toilet humor in for good measure. Y'know, to break things up.
Seriously though, agreed on all counts
except he's wrong over half the time
entertaining none the less
"Car Social Studies" I would have been much more interested in school if they had this class
"Come, Intern. Let us go and chop sticks in the woods."
I wonder if this is the RCR rite of passage. Spending time in the woods with Mr. Regular in a shack.
Its where he keeps the other interns........
Brendan FitzPatrick that's where he keeps the ones that fail him. It is motivation not to fuck up.
6:42 - It wouldn't be PA without some short, narrow, turn-of-the-century tunnel going under a rail line that's been abandoned since the Great Depression.
deloreanman14 Yup, we have plenty those in NY as well lol
most of north east america haha
we have tons of those in MA, and also random ass rock walls that block nothing
the one behind the lebanon mall comes to mind but i think that one is used.
I'm actually a pretty big fan of the Japanese luxury cars of this era. For the most part, they were pretty reliable, had strong powertrains, and offered pretty nice levels of equipment for their price. The same could not be said at all for German luxury cars of the same era. So unlike something like something like a 2007 530i, this car is not unreliable, expensive to maintain, and horribly obsolete garbage.
Nailed it.
it's funny you say that, the engine in the 530i is extremely solid. like 300k miles if you just change the oil every 10k solid
True, BMW has largely moved beyond engines that simply commit suicide after about 100k miles. However, there is still a lot of other expensive stuff that likes to fail. The transmissions have been known to fail pretty quickly for instance.
old ones not newer ones
And there is nothing wrong with that
He never said that was bad or wasnt worth it, he just explained who is buying it (the mass of the people that buy it, not the niche of people who actually have interest in cars and have a reason of buying it besides trying to be an upper class looking guy)
Thats what some people get wrong about RCRs interview, it doesnt have to be true about you, but it is true for the mass of people buying that certain car.
And the owner of this M35x looks like a poor man's Ron Jeremy.
Har Mar Superstar?

Bars closed an hour ago. Just ate whataburger. Mr. Regular upload. Sign me right the fuck up.
Dude brah. I'm getting a Wassila BJ. I'm still in the bar.
Number 2 with cheese extra picked please. Papa bless whataburger
TheBackstagePimp I'm pretty salty about not having Whataburger in my area.
Only thing good about Texas is Whataburger and HEB

As a supervisor of a call center with a 60 mile round trip commute in sometimes hellacious conditions and a dead center middle class salary where I can afford ONE car...I suddenly want one of these. Badly.
keeneboy7700 you could afford it......just slack up the singles to Sparkles at Shake-it Hut
I have a 2013 Subaru Legacy Sport...it's like this, but minus the power. And air conditioned seats.
@@clevelandmaker386 That's one of the best things I've ever read.

End of discussion.

the dichotomy of Regular car reviews and Doug Demuro is pretty incredible
5 STAR DEFENSE AGAINST S W A M P A S S
Don't knock it until you've tried it.
They're seriously life-changing. Had 'em in a rental car a year ago, and still miss them. I would take cooled seats over heated seats any day, and I live in Wisconsin.
@Joshua
As a fellow midwesterner, I concur. I don't think I would daily another car without cooled seats again.
Who else needs that 5 star defense against SWAMP ASS
Dr.B097 5 1/2 please
Dr.B097 get a bidet.
Dr.B097 i need that on my chair im a sweaty dude
Seriously, dude's making fun of cooled seats but he lives in fucking PA. Move south of the Mason-Dixon line and cooled seats are practically a godsend. Gets hot as shit in the South and it's humid, unlike more out West were it's hot but your sweat evaporates quickly.
If I could only pick one, I would rather have cooled seats than heated seats.
"rotary clock"? WTF, dude? It's a clock. Or an analog clock. What the hell is a "rotary-clock"!?
😂😂😂
Must be a mazda part
Because instead of ticking like a normal clock, it goes BRAP AP AP AP AP
A clock that works on rotating gears. I'd say that's the best way to put it tbh.
James Smith So it basically works exactly the same as EVERY FUCKING ANALOG CLOCK IN HISTORY
The M35x actually used Nissan's ATESSA-ETS system, which sent all of the power to the rear wheels until slip was detected.
Which is why most people (except for god foot) can't drift a GT-R or any awd Nissan.
"Reads like a poor imitation of luxury" -this just immediately brought Mercury cars of the 90's and beyond to mind.

Excepting the Grand Marquis. The minor NVH/livability improvements over the Ford CV are welcome but not pretending to be anything more than that.
This is why I wait to go to sleep
The exhaust note from this car, and engine, sold me on it. Yes I own this car. Same year and color! It's a great "baller on a budget" car, and when debadged, with nicer wheels tires and lowered, it still makes people wonder what it is.... and that is why this car awesome.
Primitive Technology: Mr. Regular builds a car out of wood and mud.
Looks like Mr. Regular jumped back onto the weird train for this one. This was great fun and I enjoyed it.
If I had 5 minutes to chop up a branch that was thinner than my arm, I'd spend 4 minutes sharpening my axe.
I love these reviews because sometimes the guy will just make crude sex jokes and fart into the microphone, then other times he uses thoughtful literary analysis to question the very existence of the car he's reviewing.
I had this exact model, in this exact color, in 2014. Black M35x. This car needed another gear for the highway. Even though I didn't have this car long, I had some great memories in it. My son (age 8 at the time) flew from Ohio to FL to buy this. It was his very first plane trip. We drove it back and we had a blast - spent a couple days on Clearwater beach, saw some alligators, pulled over in Kentucky and slept in it. My model even had a very early version of adaptive cruise & the rear seat overhead DVD screen. While I don't miss this car at all, I would love to have my son again that young and sweet again. Now's he's a 15 year old dickhead that knows more than I do - just ask him. Those were the days my friend.
That truck driver was trying hard to pass only to get behind you and start tailgating lol
Oh yes, that got me sooo triggered too. What a meaniepooface the Infiniti driver was: Driving so fukn slow he even lured a lorry onto the fast lane ... and then speeding up just enough to make it impossible for the poor trucker to pass. Not cool. And absolutely antisocial behaviour. He the Shkreli of the roads or what? :(
NOT A MONDAY
You nailed it with this review. I'm actually looking for one of these for my wife who drives a lot. Yeah, it feels like fake-nice, but I'm tired of fixing our 5 Series. I'm willing to trade in some of that German design, if it buys me something that doesn't need a new set of suspension bushings every other goddamned year.
Did you get her the car? l'm still driving mine(400K) with only minor problems.
Just get the ls400 or 430. Much more refined and more reliable.
Scotty Wills how do you listen to music with no aux or Bluetooth ? I wanna get one but that’s a concern lol I know it’s minor
@@tevinmars1801 Fm transmitter. They are cheap on Amazon
@@tevinmars1801 its easy actually, as long as you have the advanced technology package. just connect a 3.5mm aux to stereo cable ($7 at walmart) to the a/v input in the center console. select source to aux. done.
only downside is you don't get 5.1 surround through that input, only the cd player and dvd audio.
EVERY RCR VIDEO FROM NOW UNTIL THE END OF TIME MUST REFERENCE OUR UNCLE BUMBLEFUCK
As a shift manager, this is my dream car.. You nailed it.
This is my new go-to video for explaining RCR to normal people. It encapsulates everything that is great about this show. Top work.
Great job of being informative and entertaining at the same time! Best car review video I've seen so far!
Thumbs up for the Uncharted theme! Such deep rational analysis. Love this stuff! Also helps I work on these infinitys all the time
Yay the Uncharted Theme Song!!!
Dr1ver Was hoping someone would do the drum beat.
I couldn't remember where that came from. Thanks.
For a second I thought it was the Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy intro
Dr1ver was wondering what the theme was I haven't played uncharted but sung thro the Heavenly chords of the Romans voice condones a look up
Haven't heard of that name in a long time.
Monday already!
The end really hit home. One of the best rcr video in a while. I mean, I like them all but I had put this on the favorites list.
Infinitis making it now. Love the G37 and all the new Infinitis of today. Great brand
G37 gang rise up 👍
Just bought my first g! Still got my m35 sport but NOTHING looks as clean as a G! Wanted one for so long, when I get home I just stare at it in the driveway 😂 🤜🤛
Lexuses cost more to buy
Bimmers cost more to maintain

Irregular car reviews?
Irregular timed car reviews
Irregularity just means that it's *Time To Buy The Raisin Bran Again.*
Where's the Metamucil when you need it?
Ah yes, the Canuckistan spin-off
What ru doing here Fokker
I love that you're from PA and embrace it by mentioning Kutztown and the Electric Factory even though you know not everyone will know that college or concert venue, love these videos
My friends dad bought one of these about a year ago. 210,000 miles, one owner and everything still works. The air conditioning seats are heavenly I tell you. We were out shoveling mulch for 3 hours on a 90 degree day and 1 minute with those seats running my taint was struggling to crawl back inside of me. 10/10 would do again
Oh so the owner is Ron Jeremy?!
Gives me some RCR avenger days vibes
Zman_ Autos I want those to come back
its not dirty and toilet enough to be compared w Avenger. I got some vibes from PT Cruiser review from how it went into sociology.
Avenger episodes won't come back because these reviews are Mr Regular's job. I get a feeling that those sloppy reviews would get him de-money-tized (don't know how to spell that word). That or Mr Regular matured.
I've been sick for a few days but now after going on a RCR marathon I feel better.
You are a healer
This is seriously one of the best subscriptions I have found on UA-cam. Every review you do is gold. 👏
Not the sharpest axe in the tool shed.

Really think you're reaching on this one Mr. Regular. The philosophy behind this review was excellent, but would be better applied to a car like the Chrysler 300. The GS430 of the same time was only $8K more than the M35, which isn't much more in the luxury car realm. Granted Lexus is higher quality, but it's just a shade higher, not the chasm that you made it seem. Full disclosure, I am an Infiniti dealership technician. Not here to shill for Infiniti, but I don't think you did this car justice. I've spent years getting to know these cars intimately and they really are brilliant pieces of engineering with all the luxury to go with it.
I drive a m35sport And well hes not wrong but he has an outsider view of this car. Also this is a very mysterious car it basically just exists and is always hiding in the background i never knew this car existed till my cadillac cts started having problems so i asked my dad for his infiniti and i now its mine for just under a year now
@@fs6823 Ya nailed it! When this design first came out in '06, it was awesome! Being ten years old liking the car but never noticing it on the road, I figured people who owned it knew it was that awesome and didn't want to risk ruining it!
Why did Infiniti leave out the audio bluetooth? I can't listen to my music
The Chrysler 300 is for ghetto people who think putting large chrome wheels is the meaning of having money.
@@Get_yotted I see lots of those type where I work. And they love blasting some gangster rap thinking their the shit.
Hey, Mr Regular, THIS is the kind review we came here for. Your new stuff is too, sensible...
Thanks guys, really enjoy your videos. Looking forward to the christmas special, I wonder what absurd vehicle you will choose this year.
Official car of Bill Lumbergh
The AWD system in the m35 is the ATTESA AWD system, which means in normal driving it functions as a RWD car and when it senses loss of traction then it sends power to the front wheels. So for normal driving unless you're really losing traction all the time or something it should basically function like a RWD car and not have the fuel economy drained like a full time AWD system. My guess on the reason for it's subpar fuel economy is a combination of it's weight and it being quite a heavy car with a bunch of luxury features. Also, the ATTESA AWD system is the very same system from the JDM Nissan Skyline, and a modified version of it is actually in the various Nissan GTR's.
Awesome work, Roman!
Its my fathers 55th birthday and he's always been a serious and stern man. In the midst of watching this video he walked past my room as you said "SWAMP ASS" and walked off with a smile on his face. Im amazed.
ah, nice surprise at 10am London UK, an RCR car review to get the day going!
I have owned Lexus gs300 and BMW 5 series, this car is by far better! BMW contasntly breaking down and the Lexus pretty much has same exact qualities as the M! Just look at customer reviews on this car....WE LOVE THESE CARS! JAPANESE CARS ALL DAY LONG
As someone who just got one of these used (09), this video both amuses me in its accuracy and saddens me..in its accuracy.
Love these cars, I've driven mine every day since 2008 and still drive it. I keep looking at new cars but they just don't feel as good as my M35x.
I’m about to buy one has it been reliable?
@@rashadvq Mine has been. I still drive it. 238,000 miles so far. Still looks beautiful inside and out and still drives like new.
11:05 - 30 seconds of Mr Regular whackin' it
Avocado Toast: Sacrament of the Basic!
F off, avocado toast is fantabulous.
Whoa there Mr Moneybags. Some of us cant afford avocado toast
Yeah, how is it basic when it's so expensive. When avocado toast, iPhones and Starbucks are for the basic - things must be going really well.
I thought for sure it would of been an Acura RL, but still enjoyed the review none the less! Great work as always Mr. Regular!
I love these absurd cutaways LMAOOOOO @5:11 , also the literary analysis. Thank you for your efforts!
That uncharted intro got me rolling 😂😂😂
You are right, that was quality content.
I like the weirdness returning to the series, it reminds me of the OG stuff when the boys were rolling around in an Echo and making the oddest yet funniest car reviews known to man
I look forward to these so much when I see a new one!

Dude, an AvE reference? I knew I loved RCR for a reason. Lol
midgeport brilling clashine
He chowdered the frig outta that log at the end.
MegaMobass He's had several AvE references. And AvE has done his own spoof of RCR too. It's evident they're fans of each other.
E Anderson which vidjeo was rcr spoof?
Jackson Bennett I just went back and looked and I guess AvE deleted it, as he's known to do from time to time. It was a review of a Jeep Wrangler he rented. He even did a funny irregular car review logo on the thumbnail if I remember correctly. Shame it isn't still up.
Finally, a return to 'regular' form. Good work.
So nice, I watched it twice. Could you please include more references to the working-class struggle in the future. It helps me relate
this was REALLY good
To be fair, i think they had rcas in the back that could be used with and aux to rca cable.
I don't know how you keep making more and more amazing commentaries, but you do! Because of your hat?
The wood chopping is this episode’s hidden track (sometimes called a secret track or ghost track). Like in a piece of music that has been placed on a CD, audio cassette, LP record or other recorded medium in such a way as to avoid detection by the casual listener. In some cases, the piece of music may simply have been left off the track listing, while in other cases more elaborate methods are used. In rare cases a "hidden track" is actually the result of an error that occurred during the mastering stage of the record's production. There’s many layers to RCR.
Actually it's 275hp for this year. 09-10 is 303hp
Reginald Jones Yep 👍. I'm surprised he let that information slip. The 2006 - 2008 Infiniti M35 had the VQ35DE with 275 horsepower, the 2009 & 2010 Infiniti M35 had the VQ35HR (high response) with 303 horsepower.
Reginald Jones - drives M35x
Yup i have the m35 s. 275 emaciated horses
Arthur Wall try again bro. Mine is rwd with a sport tuned suspension and rear steer with afaptive front lighting. Does your steering wheel have power adjustment? Its just a suped up lux nissan though.
Michael Rivera yeah doubt the Maxima has all that 👍

I really like the feel of the shift lever button on these, it's like a piano key feel. Weighty.
Love the carton of Guer's tea in the cup holder. A better billboard for "I'm a Skook" has never existed
First gen M45 is badass.
tecums3h
yes.
it's too bad they went with the _melting bar of soap_ styling on later generations.
I drove one from 2007 to 2009. Was actually my bosses car and before he went to trade it in I swooped it up. Great low mile example that didn't see any winter weather. The exhaust Y pipe and mid pipe were a weakness in these cars and not the easiest to access unlike every other car I've owned. Still a blast to drive and could hand a lot of luxo barges back then their lunch aside from AMGs and the such.
Shit dude I had no idea that thing existed
Agreed its one of the originals that popularized VIP Car style !
And lots of Yukuza boss still drive it !
Infinity m35 I sit when I pee and stand when I poop

I’ve driven a car with air conditioned seats on a test drive too. It’s like dipping your taint in fresh, powdery snow. It’s serene. It feels wrong, but so good.
Yoooo this dude is crazy. I listen to the vids at work just to laugh. I already watched them all
Need more Regular Primitive Technology reviews.
Okay, but did you just call it a "Rotary Clock"?
You need to stop going on the mazda forums
Dude, Mr Regular, it's not gonna bore us, that sort of insight is the reason we come here.
WEEEEN Secret show at the Electric Factory!!!! Oh and your words on class and society towards the end... you blew my mind the way you strung together familiar concepts in a way that presented them in a new light. Fucking brilliant folks @ RCR, thank you so much.
Sup brah. How's mom?
AvE watches RcR?
I guess he does, not surprised given his ease with words.
Lol how's mom.
Infiniti is a performance brand who also pioneers in technology they've never tried to be anything else .... Hence the Infiniti FX and G35-37
They've only just now started to focus on pure luxury with the 2014 to present line up starting with the Q50
You guys make the most interesting car reviews in YT. I wish you would be able to so a review on a mitsubishi eclipse
Great review!
this car was in the anime Blood Plus.
Oh fuck this sums up my parents I can't handle this 😂😂😂
RegularCar Reviews would be my favorite show on TV, if it could make it to that medium unchanged. Thank you, Mr. Regular and supporters.
God the deep closing statements of these reviews really gets me. I love it
My dad got a promotion for managing an apartment complex, and now needed to drive a lot. So instead of getting something comfortable he got a manual SVT Cobra
Will Ferland sounds like he's got his priorities in order
You wouldn't believe how differently my 09 M35s drives to the X. The newer 7 speed makes a pretty big difference too.
Matthew Cooper no way they change the transmission on the same model ?! You are thinking of the 2011 m37 right. That’s 7 speed auto.
lucas huang Nope! My 2009 has the 7 speed with the VQ35HR which is more powerful and higher revving than the VQ35DE in the car shown here. The car lost a bit of wait and gained rear steering as well.
Weight*
i have a 2008 m35x which is a 5 speed transmission. great balance of sport/luxury. however, i feel like sometime the car is always stuck in first gear and revs higher than regular. maybe of this reason that my city mpg is around 13-15.
lucas huang With the 7, pretty much 50/50 driving, and I'm not easy on the car, I get about 19. Since it's the S, though, I had to put it on 245/45/r19 up from 40/r19 to make it ride a bit softer, but now it rides just like the regular one, while having a true LSD, rear wheel steering, and a shorter final. I do love the car, it's got an Bose stereo that is actually quite good from the factory, and I just added a powered sub to it and am totally happy there. I removed the 5 bolts to pull off the second muffler, which sounds good, just basically like a stock 350z.
that's some quality content you got yourself there.
Now this is the kind of video I subscribed for.
