She went on maternity leave, but the company made her turn her K9 in, and then after promising not to issue the K9 away, they issued her K9 to another handler elsewhere. So my wife, by not having her issued K9 partner anymore (we do explosive detection), is not able to return to work. It sounds like you might have a legal claim. I suggest talking to a lawyer in your area as soon as possible.
