How long can you calculate front pay for? I guess someone got hired at the post office as a carrier and planned that being their retirement plan and then got fired for race discrimination and he loses out now on that career with retirement can you calculate for 10 years? If that was his plan before getting fired?

Every 2 week pay day ill get $1200 check to hand $900/$1 Now my manger Hispanic lady she came in and cut my hrs n let her hubby works more days. Yes all my days are gone only working 2 days a week.. I ask her for more days but she told me to work night shift if i wants more hrs.but I always the morning cook. I gave her 6 month for her to fix my hrs or days nut still hasnt I need a lawyer
