    Well the company I just got fired from has violated at the least ALL OF THEE ABOVE! Should I sue?

    if i was hired with a 1 year contract, paid per diem to move to where the job is, and signed a lease, plus paying a lease where i live, but the employer work is completed before the contract is up, and now they let you go, but now your stuck with both lease, and is not being paid for the rest of the contract term.

    I'm Illinois you have any contacts? My employer said I had 19 days of PTO and terminated when I used 5

      Where is there a document hr sent to show how many pto days you can earn?

    I was demoted from my state job and my union rep kept telling me they had just cause, yet they refused to allow me FMLA or reasonable accommodation

    Is what you do outside of work hours a grey area when it comes to employment law? For example, if a coworker pretends to be friends with you and you send innocuous messages to him/her on social media messenger and then they send those messages to HR, can the HR terminate you for harassment? Especially considering the fact that the recipient always has the option to block the sender on social media messenger at any time and the recipient never mentions that they are feeling uncomfortable with the conversation and/or that would want it to stop for good.

    I discussed wages and unpaid bonuses with a boss on behalf of myself and another co worker and then 1 month later i was terminated for two irrelevant reasons.. I requested my termination letter and on there it says i was terminated for pretty much confronting them about it. Wages, even have texts confirming this. Thats illegal no?

    Great video. I am a scientist and was terminated because i testified for a minority female colleague. I understand WA laws may be slightly different from VA. But would appreciate a few queries:
    1. If an extension to appeal is granted, is it from the date of order when it was granted or from the original due date?
    2. Is there any way to qualify for efiling as a pro se litigant?
    3.Do i have to order separate past hearing transcripts to go with the appeal of summary judgment?

    My other youtube channel recently got wrongful deleted and youtube won't help. These kids are false reporting youtubers and they have banned over 200, i have 255k subscribers, my other friend had 1.2 mill and my 3rd friend had 4 million, what type of laywer do need? We need help so bad

    You have essentially defined "wrongful termination" as something judges legislated from the bench. Strictly speaking, this only means that it should be the job of the legislature to define it, not the courts.
    "Workers have a legal right to do these things.
    Workers also have a legal right to attend protests. But, if they do so when they are supposed to be working, they can and should be fired.
