HEY YOU ABOUT TO POST SOMETHING STUPID:
Yes, I know my hands are large/fat. It's because of a heart condition I suffer from called Congestive Heart Failure. Here's a link to some information about CHF: cle.clinic/2TdS2Ux
One of the symptoms is that it causes fluid retention, mostly in the hands, feet/ankles, and face..

There is a filament holder for the top that is pre lodaded on the printer. It works well. I put mine in an enclosure so I top feed mine.

Thanks. I wanted to see the new stands in use, though. All that video footage to make them, but no closure ;).

that thing is really fast the rate that it looked like it was pulling filament at was impressive

Appreciate the explanation of what Corexy actually means!

I'm planning to just mount a spool holder on the wall above my printer. But I'll be modifying the filament arrester so it still functions properly without flipping under the spool and locking it up

I don't know if it's the case, but keeping the filament spool on the side instead of on top couple conceivably be because it could make it harder to keep the frame steady when it's moving very fast.

The print quality there really didn't look anywhere as good as I would expect for a machine advertising what this one does. Comparing it to any Bambulab printer stock, youll see much higher quality.
I've even seen higher quality with other creality printers and in other reviews.
I feel like something is off here. Maybe the wrong print profile is selected or something, because the first layers looked really really rough which they shouldn't for something that has nozzle based (through the bed load cells) auto levelling, and the top surface quality also looks very rough.
It's really hard to pinpoint a culprit for what I think is wrong here because the symptoms are quite all over the place.
Poor first layer consistency, poor top surface finish (which feels like over extrusion based on what seem like bumps that are only ever high), gaps near features/corners.
Really hard to put a finger on, but I would just generally recommend perhaps double checking the print profile/making sure the pressure advance is set correctly/make sure there isn't a partial clog being compensated for with an extrusion multiplier (which is the last thing I thought of but the thing that makes the most sense to me).
I think this printer really should usually be getting better quality than this.

😂there has to be a way to set auto home to bottom left in software or firmware would love to move the run out sensor and spool to the top

does yours have foam under the build plate? I'm sure its supposed to be there to insulate the build plate but just curious
