- This video is a '15 -Minute Yoga Flow for Back Strength and Flexibility", we have combined many powerful asanas which will help to get more flexible spine reduces overall back pain, helps you sleep, and strengthens your posture.

There are many asanas which work wonderfully stretching your upper and lower back, toning the muscles, and strengthening them. Just do this stretch after a long day of sitting and experience its soothing impact!
For example :
- Dhanurasana - Bow Pose
Bending your body like a bow improves the suppleness of your back. As you pull your heels away from the buttocks, the legs stretch, and tone. Other benefits - better digestion, flatter stomach, and toned arms.
- Tiger Breathing
Tiger Breathing or The Cat-Cow Pose helps stimulate and activate the spine and surrounding muscles, stretching the back, neck and shoulders.
***Before the practice please make sure that you don't have recent back surgery and practice within your limit !
