Hi😊, I wanted to ask if it makes a difference if I work every day in the week on an other Part of my body like Monday arms and Tuesday legs or if I work every day on a bit of everything, like a bit arms a bit legs? 🤔
It actually is the same just in different times but I thought it may change something so yea 😅😜

Monday: 10 min. arms, 10 min. stomach, 10 min. back, 10 min. legs, 10 min. all stretches, 10 min. lose all fat
Tuesday: 10 min. arms, 10 min. stomach, 10 min. back, 10 min. legs, 10 min. all stretches, 10 min. lose all fat
