    I am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis from age 10. Now I am 33. recently discovered rock salt bath can make relief pain. I highly recommend it from my experience. try twice a day.I also use fish oil and vitamin C. I avoid tomatoes, pineapple, soya milk. I eat lot of spinach, bell peppers and papaya. If it happens to eat tomatoes without my knowledge, I suffer a lot. then I apply apple cider vinegar to relief pain. hope someone would benefit.

      You can't eat tomatoes but you can eat peppers. Do you know why? They're both nightshades

    Thank you so much Dr. Axe. I have been suffering from both osteo and RA for about 3 years and had to retire from Neonatal nursing last July due to much pain. My RA doc wanted me to start on Methotrexate however I refused and decided to try more of a natural treatment. Before I started on your program for healing the gut, I took 3 tylenol QD, Plaqunil and Pyroxicam about 4 times a week as well as a muscle relaxer for spams and Diclofenac gel cream daily to get me through break through pain during the day. I am now on day 4 of an inflammatory shake with tumeric, ginger, cinnamon, blueberries, banana and flaxseed oil . I am feeling so much better already! I also made a detox soup rich with cabbage, onions, garlic, tomato, white beans, carrots, celery , fresh grated tumeric and ginger and cinnamon. So yummy and healing. Last night was the first time out of 3 days I took 1 tylenol and a muscle relaxer ~ that it for this week so far !! Sooooo very thankful for your videos and teaching. You are much appreciated~ Patty

    beverages high in organic sodium are imperative for arthritis ( okra, aloe vera juice, coconut juice, goats milk, celery and cucumber juice, dandelion root tea and strawberries are great sources of organic sodium which makes up one hundred percent of the synovial fluids that lubricate the joints ) also take moringa as it is awesome and quickly helps arthritis pain, and for sure learn and practice proper food combining for better digestion

    • @godofallgodswithnoothernam920
      @godofallgodswithnoothernam920 2 роки тому +1

      Raw unpasteurised organic goat milk from. Ellie's dairy online if your in England.
      Everything else yes, especially moringa.
      Ashwaghnada, frankincense and hops extract for immediate relief and yes. Moringa is awesome.
      DMSO if your diet is. Very clean add to smoothie with bottle (never tap water) because it's three times stronger than MSM and there's more sulphur in moringa then almost anything in the plant kingdom.

    I suffered off and on for five years. Last year it got much worse and my hips hurt most of the time, knee off and on, and my hands started to stiffen up. I was taking all the right supplements but eating a normal diet of fresh vegetables, fruit, grains, nuts, seeds, fish and rarely any added sugar. Then it moved into my lower back and I thought I was sunk. I do a lot of heavy lifting and I'm self employed. All my research led me to the keto diet with no dairy. A month in and all the pain and inflammation in my hips, knees and hands is gone. Pain in my back has gone from 8/10 to 2/10 and sometimes zero. I tried some cheese last weekend on both Saturday and Sunday and some of the pain returned so no more dairy for me. Anyone suffering from chronic arthritis pain should give the keto diet a close look. Won't hurt to try it for a few weeks and you'll probably lose a few pounds too. It's fantastic for weight loss.

      @@tr6151 OA. Like most people my diet was grain-based but mostly whole grains. Whole grain breads, lentils, rice, oat groats, spelt groats etc. I ate very little meat and red meat only about once a month. The pain was excruciating at times. Trying to get out of my truck after a one hour drive was so bad I couldn't actually get my left leg out o the truck on its own I had to physically lift it out.
      Now I eat no grains, most of my diet is animal products, and for the last month exclusively so.

    Thank you Dr. Axe, you are a life saver. I was recently diagnosed with degenerative disk disease (arthritis), and all the Dr. could talk about is surgery. I did some research and added bone broth made with pasture fed bones and most of the foods you talk about in your video, and surprise, surprise, in less than a month my symptoms have subsided.
    Keep up the good work Dr. Axe, we need more Drs. like you who teach people to take control of their health through diet and exercise, rather than going under the knife.

    Most of this is very accurate. One thing I discovered the hard way, is that less than 1% of the population has high acetylcholine levels. In my case I was really loading up on Omega-3's and that is too much for someone who for whatever reason has high acetylcholine levels. It can be hard to get accurate information about this but it is real. I do eat some Omega-3 foods which help, such as wild caught salmon and sardines, and even eggs. But for me the flax seeds, fish oil supplements, etc. were too much and I had to cut them out. But like I said this is the exception the vast majority of people will benefit from lots of Omega-3 rich foods and supplements.

    I love all of your videos and articles! I'm also surprised on how you comment back to people.... So, I thought I'd ask you a question! :-) My nine year old nephew was diagnosed with a tethered spine and they are wanting to do surgery on him at Children's hospital. My sister and I have both been searching for a more natural approach to this and I was wondering if there is anything that you can recommend?

    This is so helpful!!! I've been suffering with mild RA since I was 17 (i say mild because it's mostly localized to my right hand, with rare flare-ups on my entire right side). Now at 25 my right hand is sore and stiff every morning when I wake up, and continues to cause problems throughout the day. I am definitely going to try switching up my diet, and trying some of these supplements :)
