Today I’m going to share the best remedy for arthritis. This herb is probably in your backyard and can greatly help with arthritis, muscle pain, or joint pain.
The best herb for arthritis is stinging nettle. We don’t know exactly how, but stinging nettle greatly helps reduce inflammation and pain.
Stinging nettle is edible and contains a lot of nutrition. But, for arthritis, you may want to try using it topically. If it’s not already growing near you, consider growing stinging nettle instead of buying a supplement.
Stinging nettle root can also be used to help with prostate enlargement, and the leaves can be used to help reduce histamines. Stinging nettle also acts as a natural aromatase inhibitor, so it’s great for those who have too much estrogen.

This is my most favourite plant, ever! It’s also fantastic for allergies…… made into a tea. When you dry it or cook it, the sting disappears. We use it as a winter vegetable, steamed with lemon juice, drizzle of olive oil, S & P. Also use it in stews and soups. We also infuse it… dry it, fill a jar with dried nettle, cover with olive oil, jar in cool dark cupboard, shake every other day, 6 weeks. Remove the nettle and use the oil on joints. Make a strong tea of it (overnight infusion) use as a hair rinse, great for restoring hair.this is a wonder herb. 🌞 Loving your content these days Dr Berg. Thank you.

@@peter58peter God didn't create sickness, the devil did that. God created the things for us to use to heal sickness. Read the the first book in the Bible, the book of Genesis 1 -2 "In the beginning..." meaning the beginning of this world. "Under the direction of Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ created a wonderful world where we could live. The creation took 6 days. Day 1: Jesus divided the light from the darkness to make day and night. Day 2: He organized the heaven and the earth. Day 3: He divided the land from the waters and created grass, flowers, trees, fruit, plants, and herbs. Day 4: He created the sun, moon, and stars. Day 5: He created the fish and birds. Day 6: Jesus created the animals. Then, most important of all, Heavenly Father created man "in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." Genesis 1:27 Adam and Eve were the first man and woman to live on the earth and care for it. The beautiful world we live in is a gift from our loving Heavenly Father. We can show our thankfulness by caring for the plants and animals on the earth. Our bodies are also a gift from Heavenly Father. We should especially take care of our bodies and always remember to show gratitude and reverence for their creation." Day 7: He rested from his labors. Best wishes!!!

I got juvenile rheumatoid arthritis when I was seven years old. Almost 60 years ago. We lived in a very small country town in those days, probably about 500 population.
Everyone in the town soon new about my problem. People were knocking at my parents' house with some remedy or another. One was stinging nettles. I was put in a bathtub with warm water and all these stinging nettles floating around me. I could not say it helped. I was having "jungle juice " brought to me in old beer bottles. I swallowed raw eggs. I had copper bracelets on both my ankles and wrists. These are a few of what I could remember. We lived (in Australia) in those days a good 2 day drive from our state's capital city, Sydney. I spent 10 weeks in the children's hospital there. My condition deteriorated to a point where everyone expected me to die, so I was told years later. I know of 2 occasions in hospital I was slipping away. I just felt so relaxed, and the horrific pain all over my body had eased off. But, I was rudely awakened in a bathtub with ice cubes floating around me and an electric fan blowing on me. I just wanted to sleep. I did not know until years later I was told my temperature had spiked to a dangerous, possibly deadly level.
A couple of years went by, and I am still skin and bone. I am in a wheelchair all bent up. My health is at a very low state. A couple of the local 7th Day Adventist people came to visit my mother and me. They told my mother about the goodness of vegetable and fruit juices and gave my mother a nutrition book, and loaned her a juice extractor. My mother was very fortunate that her father ( my grandgather, pop) had the local fruit and vegetable shop. I would consume a pint of carrot juice per day ( a 28lb bag per week). Mum would make a large glass of juice from whatever fruits were in season when she brought me home from school each day. All these juices were easy for me to drink. I could not eat much solid food, especially meat. After about 6 weeks, I was now gaining some weight for the first time in 3 years.
There is a lot more to my story. It does get better and better ad time goes on. There is just too much to write here for now.

Here's my story. Years ago I had a bad case of eczema on my legs and hands: the itch drove me crazy. I would scratch my self till I bled. Unable to find relief from the itch, I rubbed gasoline, paint thinner and other caustics to kill the itch. The greater pain actually brought some relief. Then one day I thought of stinging nettle! I figured the pain and the numbness would definitely bring some needed relief. I whipped myself with the plant in the affected areas. I swelled up a bit, and the initial pain countered the awful itch, and the numbness did bring relief. Here's the unbelievable part. I did this no more then 3 different times, perhaps over the course of a month, AND MY ECZEMA DISAPPEARED!! Never to return. What a beautiful relief. I'm not a Doc, and I'm not recommending just anyone try this, I'm just saying it worked for me. That was 40 years ago. If you try it and it works for you, be sure to give this post the credit. :)

I have to confirm that info about stinging nettle. When I lived back in Europe I used to have arthritis pain every winter and was very weather sensitive. Then I read some books about this plant, it stings with the same chemical as ants. We call it ants acid. So, we had a lot of this “weed” in our backyard. One day I took a bunch of stinging nettle (wear gloves) and whipped my knees with it. It was painful! Than for the whole day I felt like needles in my knees or like ants are crawling. I did that once! And I didn’t have that pain again for the whole winter. We also have a remedy for arthritis with ants acid - take a bottle of live ants and add some alcohol to it. When ants die they release that acid which is remedy for arthritis. I know it sounds cruel, forgive me for that, but that’s what I knew from old book. And yes, we made soup from stinging nettle, early spring when food is scarce and body needs that vitamin boost… and tea, it is well known for its medicinal properties.

@@oksanadzhavala1424 you can also Google and pull up an acupuncture maridian chart and shine the infrared light on those areas, especially along your spine, good for general health. Another thing I do, if you have access to dry powdered herbs like turmeric, ginger, comfrey, Vietnamese cinnamon, individually or combined together, is to soak them with olive oil with an oil to herb ratio of 2:1, into a glass quart jar. Close lid, shake well once or twice daily for about 2 weeks, and there you have a medicinal rubbing liniment oil to rub into the effected area. However, they will stain your clothes, which is the major down side. I don't bother remove the sediment powder as they will settle to the bottom of the jar anyways. If you are adventurous, you can also add some cayenne pepper powder to this mix so it will provide warming sensation to those achy areas. 🙂🙏

The knee was injured decades ago, I am 63, and is pretty good but gives occasional twinges of pain and much weaker than the right when doing exercises. The next morning, 20 mins ago I noticed that the arthritic type pain was gone, so thought I would do some single leg step raises on my stairs. I can do them all day long on my right leg, but the left knee has limited movement and gets to feeling that it may even tear or pop if I go too low. I started of very carefully on the left, then realised there was no pain at all. Then I saw that I was getting the full range of movement, I rattled of 30 reps of full range knee raises with no ill effects at all. The Nettles not only took the slight inflation away, it feels like they have "cured" the entire joint !!!! I cannot thank you enough Dr. Berg for this amazing information, and cure !!!!

I worked with a lady from Columbia. She told me her grandmother had arthritis in her knees. She would catch some bees in a glass jar. Open the lid and placed the jar upside down on her knee. The bees would sting her and her arthritis was better. I also saw on TV a elderly woman was outside and got stung hundreds of times by disturbing a bee nest. It almost killed her, but her arthritis was gone.

Brushed the leaves and stem on my joint and almost instantly the pain decreased and with in minutes was gone altogether. Funny thing is I have been stung countless times from it over the years living out in the country but when I rubbed it on my gout I felt zero stringing.

About 25 years ago, I had gout in my right foot, and it was persistent and quite painful, having had it over a period of about a year. One day, while out cutting grass with a line trimmer, I struck a bullant nest. Needless to say, they were airborn. One fell into the back of my right boot and bit me twice near the ankle bone. Yep, it hurt like the proverbials and two great, swollen welts came up over the next couple of hours. It was an intense, burning, stinging pain for a couple of weeks. Eventually the pain subsided and the welts faded over time. Despite the annoyance, I have never had gout since then. Some medicines are tough to swallow but can work wonders.

Thank you for the insightful tutorial. : ) Nettle tea and added to soups is amazing, and a great spring tonic. One thing to keep in mind, stinging nettle is very rich in iron. Eating too much in one sitting can cause gastrointestinal distress, extreme constipation... and too much iron over a long period of time can cause a range of issues.
