The US & Canada are like the same place!! Mr.Odd that couldn't be further than the truth.. We have universal health care, no guns, we pay taxes, our government has programs that generally support the citizens.. The US has hardly any social programs, if you get sick & don't have adequate health care you sell your health to pay for the astronomical health care costs. The US has the biggest global employer the military!! & They are war mongers (government), The US has loop holes so that higher income earners like the Oligarchs pay no taxes!! Regular people pay all the taxes in the US. & BTW our family is ready to start boycotting US companies here in Canada.. Netflix, Costco, Home Depot, Amazon, UA-cam +, Walmart, Starbucks, Macdonalds, most of these companies are also on the watermelon list!! Another pretty good reason to limit as much as possible US companies.. They are offside on this one big time. What kind of president speaks like Trump? He acts like a leader of a rouge Oligarchy Mafia.. This is when everything in the system supports the Doners of AIPAC, THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, THE BIG CORPORATIONS, WALL STREET, & THE OLIGARCHS.. The rest are forgotten and left behind.. News flash, this isn't a democracy it's an Oligarchy..
Same place as being customers for the same giant companies you listed. The point is that there appears to be a vip status for these companies and should be addressed by Trump. Of course Canada is not the same as the US
For the month of February I have planned to buy 164 additional Nio shares. For the month of March another 334. With now 7502 shares, I will end up with 8000 shares in March. Ultimately, after bad news, there is usually good news. In any case, Nio will not get much cheaper in my personal opinion.
I really don't like to use these terms. But, as I said Canada is the only country that has a unique relationship with the US. We use almost everything the US makes
The system is completely broken, & corrupt. The US government is run on doners by the military industrial complex, AIPAC, Big corporations, Wall Street, & Rich Oligarch's.. Think tanks are paid off to form policy that is rubber stamped into law. The US is a Plutocracy or Oligarchy.. The US government is going off the rails & nobody is more fitting to accomplish this feat more spectacularly than Mr. Trump.. Biden was a tool for war & was completely controlled.. Many criminals in the US government & I would love to see a long list of people have arrest warrants in the US government by the ICC & ICJ..
Remember…. Canada is big in land mass only, they have very few things to offer. Overall a small player compared to America. The population is the size of only 1 state in the U.S. know your roll Canada. sit back, do what your told, and keep getting Americas protection.
It's bigger than Afghanistan. America doesn't win wars. Honestly how do you lose to a country that has no navy and no air force? And then lose to the Houthis that execute a successful naval blockade without even having a navy. US taxpayers should ask for a refund from the US military.
Tariff’s are a great negotiating tool. If used for trade correctly it can benefit the U.S. economy very well. The eventual goal with a tariff is to get the best deal and also help offset the taxpayer for the better, eventually getting to the point where the tariffs handle the entire obligation and not the tax payer. It worked in the past, and can work now for sure.
The trump admin requested the canadian gov secured there border crossings issue with the usa and mexico do the same or tariffs !! The canadian and mexican gov both chose tariffs over assisting the us the question is why would they say no ?
USA certainly had a right to be angry with the Mexican Goverment with the drug cartels. Hopefully they will work together and get these horrible people out of everyone's life
@@TheOddInvestor No, you left out the part where Canada said is there anything we can do…. Except helping secure the border. That was the wrong answer and they got tariffs. One for 25% and one for 10% on energy. They forgot…. Trump will set the terms not Canada. They are learning now.
Canada like other countries is dependent on the US. Fair trade, reciprocity are now the terms. Any fear, sky is falling equity is selloff is a buying opportunity. Anything Canada or other countries do in response is futile
Great Video and Canada great country! If it wasn't so damn cold up there I would beg to immigrate to Canada!

Totally agree. Every drop is a buying opportunity imo
Thanks Mr Odd

Canadian dolar is losing value against usd, that's bad
Yes, the US dollar is gaining on most currencies
US should give every citizen in Canada 100k so it can become another US state.

helloooooooooooo odd investor EY ....
Mr. Odd, I think we a have an idiot in the White House. We have no better friends than Canada!
Canada is can’t make up its mind to do anything. They say they want to go green but put 175% duty on solar panels. Go figure. Justin’s an idiot.

Yes would be good if NIO builds a factory in the USA??????
I was under the impression that trump lowered the tariffs on evs from China to 10%
No. 100% unless they build factories which makes sense to me

I hope trump puts a 100 % tariffs to every country including Canada
That was also what Cinthia freeland said Canada was going to do.

No. When asked if anything can be done to remove the tariffs, Trump said, no
